Diego is a scam artist. Came to fix my washer. $130 dollars later the machine runs worst then before he touched it. Called him up said he would come back . 2 weeks later hes still giving me the run around and havent made it back

Called in for services on my washer and oven, the technician came out and I was given a quote. Once I was ready to move forward with their services, I called the technician stated he would come on a Friday so I took off work, he never showed up!!!!! He then never answered!!! I attempted to call the office on multiple occasions and when I was finally able to get a home of someone there, the guy was so rude and told me he would contact the technician to call us. We never heard from anyone. Do yourself a favor and use another company who values and prioritizes customer service!!!!!!

I tried Sears repair first, and their repair man only looked at the model number and serial number, then told me to buy a new fridge, and wrote it up.I troubleshot my fridge myself, and found that one of its defrost heating elements was open.There was NO part number labeled on the original part.There is no information available for my GE fridge online, and all I could find for a replacement part was another seemingly identical GE part, which probably would have worked if I replaced the pair, with some rewiring. Other parts places would sell me one of the substitute parts I located a number for myself, or tell me that there are no parts for my fridge. None of the other parts places either had information for my fridge, or bothered to actually look anything up for my fridge.A & B Appliance looked up my fridge on microfiche, and gave me the actual original part number, as well as what it was updated to, and had the exact brand new replacement parts my fridge needed, in stock. Turns out the parts are even still available from GE. They even gave me a substantial discount on the price.They surpassed all the other parts places in the area, and I called around to several places before getting lucky, and finding them.I had no trouble installing the replacement parts from A & B Appliance, since they sold me genuine original replacement parts (the right part). The parts went right in!!!
