Do not trust them. I do not recommend these guys. They say you can post date a check and did not wait to cash it. They cashed check immediately and left me with bouncing fees and processing fees. Kenny from the company said they will send me a reimbursed check to cover it since it was their fault. Never did. Do not trust this company. Liars and cheats.

Removed trees 3 years ago and did not grind out stumps properly. They were in too big of a hurry to get to the next job across the street. I had to call them back several times before they would even answer and they still didnt get the job done right and now Im left with a huge mess! See picture. Also they were in my neighborhood last week and I asked them about it and they said they would come back the next day and fix it because they wanted their customers to be happy. They never showed. Also the neighbor picked someone else. I wonder why. RME If they had ground the stumps out properly this wouldnt be here!

I saw them working on my neighbors’ tree and I asked them about a quote to trim one of my two trees out front. The guy said both need trimming but I was hesitant because I like them both I just really wanted one of them to be thinned out in the area where a branch was overlapping the power line. He said he would fix both and said that my neighbor tree alone was $400 but could do mine both for the same price. I said it was too much. He said $300 to thin/fix both. Next thing you know the tree I asked to leave the branches on one side alone was completely naked all the way to the top. On top of that my neighbor said he only paid $250 for his. I’m very disappointed!

The Tree Guys from Springfield ,Ohio thinned out three trees (oak). while performing this operation, the climber informed us that a large oak in the rear of the property had stress cracks in the upper branch and trunk areas and recommended that it be taken down before a strong wind did the job with possibility of damage to the house. The tree was located on the NE corner of the house approximately 8 feet from the house. we authorized the take down. They mentioned that there was little maneuvering room below the tree on our property but that they said they could remove the branches without damaging any property.They started and the person doing the climbing and cutting seemed to be well qualified as he lowered the top cut branches and maneuvered them into the space available in our yard. I did not watch the entire process however and after they finished and cleaned up, I found a number of holes in the lawn where cut branches were dropped . I also found debris in the neighbors yard near where the tree was.. While finding the debris, I noticed that a hedge of evergreens had a gaping opening in it which was not there before the tree removal process. The neighbors now have a direct view into an area previously obscure to them.I placed three calls to The Tree Guys over a 10 day period, none of which were returned. I asked if they would drop off a bag of top soil so I could fill the depressions and plant grass. I also asked what they could do to correct the gap in the wall of evergreens. They did not reply.

Took out my neighbors gutter and refuse to replace it. They also go by the name Arbor plus tree experts... Angies list is trash full of scam people like these guys. Spend the money to get work done by professional people and ALWAYS get a receipt!!!

While the guys were nice and worked very fast, I am now having someone else regrind my stumps and roots bc they didnt do it enough. They gave me the lowest quote but now Ive paid more than my highest quote.

Keith and his crew dropped a large branch on my neighbors house and will not pay for the damage. Avoid this company

Took stump grinding tuck into back yard after rain and got it stuck. Took over a month to come back with smaller grinder to fix. Refused to fix ruts said grass was to long. The worker was also cussing when talking to him. We will never use them again and I will tell the neighbors who had asked about them to look someplace else.

Unprofessional...say they got a bond and license...but refused to show it...cut trees on my property without my consent or permission
