Extremely happy with their work- reasonably priced and professional/friendly service. They were on-time, worked hard, and practiced good safety measures. Owen, Gary, Austin, and Cam all did an excellent job clearing out years of storm damage/dead wood from several large oak trees, and even helped shape them up nicely so they no longer hang over our roof/cars. Fantastic clean-up afterward too. Would highly recommend them!

We had a stand of tall ash trees pruned 8 trees. Very happy with their service. Austin made sure he knew what we wanted done. He also made sure we were made aware of everything they were doing. He is a great communicator and worker. Eric was the climber and wow, what a great job. Scotty was the limb dragger/chipper guy. Cam came later and seemed to do a little of everything. This stand of trees is by a stream bank. steep hill. We have plantings on upper part if hill. How Scotty managed to get some HUGE limbs up the hill time after time and manage to avoid all of our plants is a miracle ! All four men were hard workers and very professional. Clean up was awesome. Will always use Superior Tree Service in the future.

We bought our home in 2016, and loved the fact that it had a gigantic redwood right next to the house. After a few winters, and losing several large branches onto and around the house, we knew it had to go. We contacted Vince, and he got out to check the tree out immediately. He gave us a quote that we liked, and a few days later his crew showed up and removed the tree in two days. The crew were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and even contacted our neighbors so they could remove some debris that had ended up in their yard during the removal. They cut down a huge dead Birch tree. Only took them hour and half. Did excellent cleanup. I will have them back for sure

Vince surveyed the job. The crews were here twice. Once to take down a large pine and a larger Doug fir. Another time to take down 10 twenty year old birch. They were very efficient and courteous. Brent had good advice and they did a good job in cleaning up the sites.

I hired Superior to remove a large, unslightly Sweet Gum tree in my front yard and grind away the stump as well. What can I say, the service was definitely “Superior”. Honestly, Superior was head and shoulders above most companies in the area simply by answering the phone and being available to do the job. They were fast, efficient and took the time to do cleanup the right way. Additionally, the price was very reasonable and the work was performed in a very short period of time. My only complaint—and not enough to warrant dropping a star—was that the chip removal wasn’t done as well as it could have been the first time so that had to send someone back. However, they got someone out here quickly to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the job they did. Thanks Superior and if I need service in the future I will definitely. Give you a buzz!

We had Superior Tree Services cut ten large trees this week. Several of the trees were close to a fence and one huge pine was close to a storage shed. Before hiring them, we got several estimates to make sure their fee was reasonable. They completed the job in one day, and returned the next day to clean up the area. At all times they were courteous, safe, and professional. They left the site neat and checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Plus, they honored the Savvy Saver coupon, as advertised.

Superior sent out Carlos to remove a large Trumpet Vine stump that then trailed everywhere. It was a dirty unforgiving job. He worked cheerfully nonstop going way beyond what I think most people would do!!Vince set up the job with great efficiency. Will have then back in winter for a big birch pruning job!

We had a beautiful large oak tree that came down in a wind storm in our backyard. Superior Tree cleaned up this mess and returned our yard to us in pristine condition. They responded quickly to make sure we were safe. I would highly recommend this great group of folks.

Vince and his crew came to my residential address in Eugene and trimmed my arborvitaes which made me very nervous as if done to closely they can turn brown and die. They did a terrific job. There was no need for the worry. They also trimmed my plum and cherry trees. I will definitely be hiring them this winter to go inside my cherry tree and remove the shoots so that sun may come through.

I had three tall cedars removed today due to root disease. Six guys came out and were done in 2-1/2 hours. Cut the trunks into wood stove sized lengths, chipped alll the branches, raked the yard and blew off the driveway. And a really great price. Highly recommended.

This company is actually servicing our neighbors house, they not only have been kind and respectful but they have somehow managed to not even drop a leaf on our side the f the fence or in our pool! We will definitely recommend this company as the neighbors yard looks amazing!

Vince came out and worked with me to come up with a plan to care for our 50 year old maple tree. Vince gave us a quote that was significantly less expensive than another arborist. Vince handled calling eweb to take care of our power line. I wanted to save money by handling the clean up myself. Ratger than leaving a natural mess, Vince had his guys chop and organize a lot of the wood as they were available during the job. Vince also didnt collect payment until he knew that I was satisfied with the job. I was. I highly recommend Vince and his crew.
