Randy Nixdorf is our go-to guy for all our tree service needs. We have several rentals in Springfield, MO and have used Nixdorf Tree Service to trim some low-hanging tree branches away from rental homes. They have also removed several dead trees from our properties. We have used them to clear vacant lots of trees and brush to prepare it for building new homes as well. I had 3 sweet gum ball trees in my front yard and a sick looking redbud tree in my back yard that I wanted cut down. I contacted 3 different tree companies and this company was by far the least expensive. Randy came by quickly to give me an estimate and was prompt to come and start/finish the project after I notified him that I was ready. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up well. They also ground down all stumps, including one that another tree company did a poor job on. I will definitely contact them again and refer them to family and friends.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This company came to cut down the next door neighbors tree. They damaged our wooden fence in the process along with parts of the front yard soil from falling tree trunk pieces. More than 50% of the tree was cut and dropped on our property. They did not even ask if they could drop all the branches on our property. When confronted they were very defensive. Overall they handled the job very unprofessionally. At one point one of the workers stormed off in a pickup truck after an argument with another worker. Ive seriously never seen a more unprofessional job.
