I contacted the company to remove a tree from out front yard. We set up a date to remove the tree (December 21, 2018).The day to remove the tree, they didnt show up. I contacted the company and asked where they were and was told the climber had an appointment.We rescheduled. They didnt show up. We rescheduled a third time because I am gracious and understanding of life issues. The date was set for the 2nd of January 2018: they again didnt show up. Around noon that day I was contacted and told that would not be able to make it.We needed a tree cut down ASAP. The company did not respect our time and need and instead delayed our project by more than two weeks.I then opted to find another company. I informed them of my decision. He was very polite and understanding. The new company charged $50 more than Monster Timber and did the job the next day very well.4 stars for politeness, 1 star for not respecting their customers time, 1 star for not showing up and not contacting the customer for changes in the schedulePlease show more consideration and respect for your customers. Keep a schedule.[Response to comment: you chose all three dates to remove the tree and did not show up to any of your scheduled events. Nor inform us of the cancellations. That is the sole reason for the negative review. Not my schedule.]

The company was a no call no show.
