Weve been wanting to trim up our trees for a while, and LA Trees was in the neighborhood. They were quick, courteous, and receptive. They gave us an amazing price to trim up all 7 of our full grown trees. The yard and our trees look fantastic now. Thank you!

LA Tree service was on our street cutting down some trees for neighbor when husband asked if they would dump the mulch in our yard. He then asked for estimate on some dead trees in our yard. Lorraine (daughter of owner) gave us a fair price for 3 trees to be cut down, walnut tree branches trimmed and 4 stumps ground up. They came the very next day and did all that work very, very efficiently. Everyone of their workers stayed busy and did a pretty good job of cleaning up the debris. The actual climber was the busiest of them all....climbing the trees, immediately trimming the branches and cutting the logs. Lorraine did all the tree stumps at least until she ran into a metal pole embedded in the stump; who knew that was there.Everyone was courteous and respectful of our property. She even cut the river birch branches into the specific sizes I wanted and helped stack them so they wouldnt get mulched accidentally. We would certainly call them back!

Lorraine @ L.A. Trees took down trees for me in the past. During the process, they broke my window. It happens. They paid for it.Years later, they come knocking again. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them another shot at taking down another tree. I had to leave before the job was completed and paid her more than half of the money due with the rest to be paid upon completion. She saw this as her opportunity to get paid for uncompleted work and split. Judging from the reviews online, it appears to be common practice for Lorraine @ L.A. Trees.I dont believe in karma, but for some reason, Im sure her shady business practices will come back to haunt her.

Our neighbor had them remove stumps from their backyard. They drove their stump grinder thru OUR yard and left four deep tracks in our yard. My husband has called them four times with no response. I am contacting BBB next.

Unreliable. No proof of insurance, etc. Does not complete contracted work. Does not return to finish work. Does not return phone calls. The ultimate example of unprofessional workers. Stay away!

I havnt had any trees done by the company but I have known people who worked for them and they are very unprofessional....the one that owns it has his daughter run it...shes supposed to be a door knocker and to trim the branches off the huge limbs that the climber cuts down, but instead she talks on her ph most of the time to her girlfriend.... she expectes the ground crew to pick up these huge logs and branches while the climber is still cutting them down.... very unsafe....because she wont trim the branches off they dig into the ground when the ground crew is expected to drag them to the chipper...no wonder why they are getting so many complaints! they need to get someone in there to run it that will actually do their job to make it safe for everyone....also they dont want to pay fairly for all the workers....its not right that some are making more than 500. a week and others who work harder are lucky to get 200....

Cut down 1 branch of my tree which landed on my neighbors tree, killing it. Proceeded to cut down the rest of my neighbors tree and stated they would return the next day to replace the tree and finish mine (had it written down as well.) 6 days later and about 1000 missed calls, no show. The number on their business card is disconnected, and the number on their proposal form is a wrong number. Scam artists! Totally unprofessional, unreliable and unskilled. Run away fast and DO NOT give them any money!!

This place is ran by drug addicts. Unprofessional shady business. Reporting to bbb.
