My back windshield and front windshield was busted in their lot and they had my vehicle slammed flush against another vehicle which busted my side mirror so they could save space.

Had a flat in southwest Springfield and called 3 tow companies. The first two had a wair time of over 3 hours. Maines responded within 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

Went to get my van out which was in good condition when it got towed got there to see that my van was destroyed windows all broke my new tiers flattened and all my stuff worth anything stolen from inside it tools fishing gear camping gear would never recommend this place ever!!!!!!!!!!

Maines was wonderful! The man was able to get my car moving by putting down oil dry and pushing it, along with my neighbor. Since he didnt have to tow me, he didnt charge me. Thanks, Maines!

They damaged my car, then denied responsibility. Now Im fighting to get car fixed. They somehow caved in the back hatch, shattering the back window.

I have AAA and AAA left us stranded broke down in the middle of nowhere for over 4 hours claiming they couldn’t find anyone to take the call. We called Maine’s and they immediately came and got us. They were professional and courteous from the lady answering the phones to the driver Buddy who towed our vehicle home. Absolutely would recommend Maine’s Towing to everyone. This company towed my car after I was hit and taken to hospital by ambulance The real injury came when I went to retrieve my car (which was still very drivable) and was charged $540 for a 3 mile tow. This is clearly a predatory company who price gouges people when they are hurt and at their most vulnerable. Compared bill to 3 other local towing companies which were all under $125. Avoid!

Had to bring my father here because they wouldnt tow it to his home which would have been cheaper. Also, theyre not friendly at the front desk. Customer service is terrible. Only good thing is that they honor veterans and senior citzens.

They came fast and tow truck driver was friendly but office staff wasnt.

I am sure that since this is a well known towing company and my son was young that they felt is was ok to take advantage of his situation. Towing bill $1153.78 to get a car towed. I understand that it was a unique situation but to charge for a supervisor (2 hours) that was my NOT at my sons request (cant help the people that work for the company cant figure out how to get the car issue taken care of) is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard of. Also not sure two forklifts and the equipment (carrier for fork lift and rigger) to bring them to the site was my sons problem. I think this was nothing but overkill and taking advantage of a situation. And then to top it off they never sent a bill and told my son that he has to come pick it up???? What business doesnt mail invoices? Yes I paid the bill because as a parent that is what you do to take care of your children.

I had the pleasure of having Julius Tow my car tonight. I definitely would recommend this place to anywhere, I waited no longer then 20 minutes, Julius was very professional and handle, and parked my car with care, I highly recommend him. Despite my night, they had the right person for the job !!!

They were pretty quick. The rate/mile was a little high, but other than that no complaints.

Called to have my car pulled out of the muddy mess, that I’m less than proud to say... is the current state of my yard. The dispatcher said that she wouldn’t send a truck, because they are “too heavy” for the alley behind my house to support.Panicking, I called the other known local tow company (goes by only a first name 😉), and they not only showed up within minutes... WITH A BIG TRUCK... but they pulled me out for no charge!You’ve lost a potential customer, as well as anyone else I can can push the way of your competitor.P.S. The alley supported their “big truck” just fine.
