Super nice and helpful. I had got a flat tire on the other side of town. I didnt really know who go to . so my driver said that she had a good experience that this and seem pretty reasonable. When got they hadnt opened yet...while setting there I had realized I had a little to much coffee. It was definitely time ...so I asked her if she wouldnt mind going back to the gas station.she had no problem taking care of situation. Always had a smile on her face..thanks

If you were wondering why taxi businesses are failing in the era of rideshare, look no further, because this should be your example. The first mistake was not answering the phone, for the multiple times I called. When they did pick up, the dispatcher was rude, and didnt wait for me to finish talking before hanging up on me. I called back 45 minutes later to ask how much longer and was told that it shouldnt be much longer, and having decided walking in the rain was preferable to dealing with this company, I attempted to apologize and cancel, but was hung up on. I do not wish this service upon my enemies. Download Uber or Lyft or walk. Dont use this place unless they change their staffing or policies.

They are the worst company I have ever seen. The evening dispatcher is rude, and doesnt answer the phone. They schedule times but then dont show up no matter the notice. They left my disabled child at school, and after 30 min of calling they informed me that they couldnt give me a time, and had no concern to him being stuck. Even made a rude statement about me. The dispatcher is ruining business, and if you cant keep scheduled times, then dont set them. She should be fired and replaced with someone who knows how to treat, and talk to people.

90 minute wait for a cab that never showed. My elderly disabled mother and 2 teenage nieces were left waiting with multiple calls and assurances of : well be right there, should be there any minute, then quit answering their phone. It was 85+ degrees outside and they had dropped them off. I have no idea how these people are in business. My mom now has an Uber app. Abandoning a fare of 3 vulnerable ladies is about as low as it gets.

This is an amazing company with the potential to be great. I feel that if the owner hired a young sassy person like myself this company cld be turned around in less than 6 months. We are in 2021 and they are handling business like its 1990. Only needs a lil work and elbow grease to shine again.

They literally wont answer the phone for me now and Im a regular customer. And when I do get an answer Im waiting 2-3 hours for a cab when I was told im the next one up and itll be here bout 15-20 minutes. It just seems like they dont care about who needs what when. They answer whenever they feel like it. You really will be upset dealing with lincoln cab right now. Find another cab or you will need meds.

Never pick up the phone when someone needs a taxi, and when they do pick up the phone it takes almost 2 hours to get to noodles and Company or anywhere to pick someone up, and they are very not reliable!

Needed a taxi from my hotel to the airport this morning. Scheduled a pick up with them for 515am. When no one showed, tried calling dispatch, no answer. Started to try Uber hoping one was available this early and got lucky. At 6am, I get a call from them asking if I still needed a ride. I would have missed my flight if an Uber wasnt available. No wonder taxi services are going under, dont schedule people if you dont have anyone.

I called and booked a cab a hour in advance at 1pm for a 2pm pick up didnt show up till 230pm then when i made a complaint since i was late too work the lady who looked like she was under the influence of some type of drug tells me cabs are not guaranteed i guess thats why people use uber bc it gives you a time frame how can a booked cab not be on time or guaranteed makes no sense at all last time i use them.

Yellow cab #51 in Springfield Illinois was a refreshing experience. The cab was very clean and didnt have any horrible odors. The driver was polite and didnt cough every 2 seconds. He should definitely be commended!

An hour late amd im out in the cold until almost 11 i called for a cab at 9:30 when i left the dispatcher know that information she said that 27 is on its way and hung up on me. Poor service and she should be fired ive run into her multiple times. If you dont like your job, get a new one. This is completely unacceptable i couldve walked and made it home by now

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is absolutely the worst ran business I have ever had to deal with. We called you for a pickup at QikNEz on North Grand 2.5 hours ago for an elderly woman needing to get to the hospital. A cab just now showed up. This lady is so distraught and when calling to ask how much longer and was treated so rude. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Called last night for a cab this morning 5:40 am for my wife who just had surgery on her foot yesterday. She needed a ride to dialysis and I had to leave town for a delivery. Csb shows up at 645pm last night. Told him no, it was for this morning. Called dispatch back. Said she was sorry, didnt know how that happened, knew it was for this morning and would change it.I left this morning at 5am. Wife sat waiting. At 6am she had to drive herself using her left foot. Called dispatch. First time no answer. Second time a guy answered, said he didnt know what happened and put me on hold. One minute later I was hung up on. Literally called back 15 time with no answer. My wife needs a taxi twice a day three time a week for the next two to three weeks. Nice to know we CAN NOT rely on Lincoln Yellow Cab for a ride. Great customer service...Not

Highly disappointed in their service. First, the lady on the phone is very unprofessional. When asked to get a ride she responded “I got you”, then hung up not telling a time or any other information. Secondly, we waited anyway for the ride but none showed. I would recommend using another Springfield Cab service.

I called for a cab last night to bring my cat to an appointment. They showed up on time, and were quite polite. When I called once more this afternoon, they showed up, picked me up and made a round trip with me. They are quite polite, nice, friendly, prompt. Their cabs are clean. I will be calling again if I need a taxi anywhere

I usually have nothing but amazing things to say about Yellow Cab from their dispatch to their drivers but tonight I had one of the worst experiences ever! The driver was requested, by me, to take me to Shop n Save on North Grand and then to another store and then home. I have done this many times and the fare is usually around 5 dollars. The drivers are so nice that I almost always give them a nice tip of one dollar or maybe more. Tonight I am almost broke, waiting for payday, since I am on disability and only get paid on the 3rd of the month. I came out of the store with a few food items and only had 5 dollars left and he said we arent going anywhere, I would just have to find another way home. Maybe easy for some, but impossible for a 59 year old woman who is disabled. I have had some of the nicest drivers that I have tipped well who know me and would have taken me home only to catch me on the next trip and allow me to pay them back OR just do it out of the goodness of their heart...kind of like pay it forward! But not for Kenny. He was rude and snapped at me when I got out of the cab and shouted obscenities out of his cab at me to the point that my neighbors could hear the bad things he was saying. Kenny will never drive me anywhere again. He needs to learn respect and manners when it comes to women and seniors. The part I didnt tell you is that I took my groceries back and got my money back so I have no food afterall. I paid Kenny so if was more like I just took a joyride with Kenny tonight. I totally waisted my money and have nothing to show for it. I can live the rest of my life without ever meeting another Kenny again!

Driver was high and smoked a joint while I was in the vehicle. Had to tell him 3 times where to go, even though it was a STRAIGHT LINE down a main roadThen they passed my destination and tried to say it was my fault they missed it. This is the last time I take a dirty drugged up can because the city refuses to do something about their cabs or just ignores it completely.

This is the worst cab service ever! I went for an appointment with my doctor this morning, in a clinic. Unfortunately, I left my phone at home, so I couldnt call Uber or Lyft. One of the front desk ladies called Lincoln cab to take me home after my appointment. First, it took over 30 minutes for the cab to arrive! Then the cab was very dirty & I had to clean the seat myself. The cab driver was extremely rude, his driving was rough, and he played an extremely loud rock/metal music that gave me headache. I repeatedly requested that he should reduce the volume, he completely turned it off and rudely asked if that made me happy(!?!) As we approached the last traffic light to my home, HE ASKED ME if he should turn left or right and I answered, turn left at the traffic light, but stay on the extreme right lane thereafter. He yelled at me, I dont need your help, I know where Im going. Ive been doing this for quite a while now. I simply kept quiet. Right after the traffic light, he stayed on the left lane which will force him to make a turn away from my home! I insisted that he stays on the extreme right lane and keep going straight until he gets to my home. Then he raised his voice in a very scary way, I told you I know where Im going and how to get there! I had to remind him that the destination is MY home, before he ended up changing the lane towards the right direction. He kept yelling at me and I finally decided to end the trip due to severe headache from his loud noise. I paid him, and completed my trip by walking home!

Called at 7:38 am for a ride. Started calling back at 8:11 am. Finally got through at 8:17. Was told they were extremely busy because it was the first of the month. Explained to dispatcher I wish I had been told that when I placed the ride because now I was late for work. I was told I was nexted. Waiting another hour, called back my name had been taken off the board because they claimed they called me back to see if I still needed the ride. Which they didnt. I asked how much longer and she said she didnt know because she would have to reenter it. Now using unpaid time off because of it.

Very bad experience with Lincoln Cab!!! They came a hour after my husband called a cab and made him late for work. They did not let him know they were behind on time. He called in a few times after to see what was going on and dispatcher says they are short handed. That would of been nice to know in the beginning when my husband called for a cab. I proceed to call and talk to a manager and she was rude. She told me wrong information and got an attitude with me. She told me they werent short handed but it took a hour for my husbands can to arrive. You are better off using an Uber or Lyft. They are decently priced and they will come right away. Their customer service is good and you can track your driver. If your driver is late they will credit you money back or give you credit for another ride. This company doesnt care about the people spending money to keep them in business. I have heard bad things about this company for years. Ive heard things from the cab drivers their self. As you see from the reviews they are ranked bad. Im surprised they are still in business!!!

I no longer give them any business. Multiple times I have been forced to wait for over 2 hours for a cab to show up.The first time was for a doctors appointment, of which I ended up taking the bus and ended up almost missing my appointment. The only way I know that it was over 2 hours late was the cab company called me on the phone to tell me that the cab was waiting for me in front of my house, so I told her that after about 30 minutes of waiting I had no choice but to take the bus. She copped an attitude with me about not calling her to cancel the trip, so I pointed out the fact that after taking so long I had to assume that they were not coming at all. I further told her to check the time I put in the call for a pick up asking her why anyone would assume anything else other than no one was coming. So every time afterwards I called for a ride from my address or phone number she started playing the Im going to ignore you game with me like she was punishing me for receiving bad service.For the final straw they lost my business altogether after waiting for over 2 hours with all of my groceries melting in the summertime. I kept calling to find out what was going on with my ride and she kept telling me that they would be there any minute. When the driver finally showed up he told me that he had just received the ride call 5 minutes minutes before he showed up. I told him that when he gets back to the station he can tell her that she lost another customer and that I told him that I was going to be registering for Lyft/Uber as soon as I got home. He told me that they call her the Queen - bi*** and that she likes to disrespect everyone; customers, staff, whoever. She is going to single handedly run them out of business if someone doesnt put a stop to her actions. Lyft and Uber show up usually in under 10 minutes, its cheaper, the vehicles are clean, and comes with no attitude.

Im only writing a review because the last couple days Yellow cab has shown poor customer service and apparently there drivers have no heart or sympathy. I work security and I call for residents and clients all the time but the last two days were disgusting to watch. A young guy who was recently recently released from the hospital was just dropped off more like ditched in front of the building with no clothing in the freezing cold when apparently he was supposed to go to a shelter the young guy was really confused and lost before I could help he walked off and I couldn’t find him (I hope he’s ok) and tonight a lady was also released from the hospital that lives in the building Im working she has no legs and was watched and offered no assistance to even get inside the cab driver made her get out as she was trying to call someone to help her the poor lady was in the cold with no coat crying and crawling to the door until I went out and saw her ....SHAME ON THE DRIVERS I hope the family calls and report you

I have been using this can company for several weeks now. I am on there schedule to be picked up at the same time on the same three days every week. Now even though they approved me to be picked up at a schedule time that does not change they are never on time. The only are late daily. I mean fourty min to an hour late. Because of this tardiness I miss a third of a medical treatment that has been keeping me alive for the past 5 years. Yes this is serious, very serious. In addition to being habitually late i have only experienced a handful of pleasant drivers the didnt complain the entire trip. Furthermore its not just the drivers that are rude. The lady dispatch is the worst, rude bad attitude inconsiderate. Dispatch wont call to let you know that they are running late but get mad when you call to check on your ride. They get paid to provide a service but the attitude is thet are doing the customer a favor so we need to be grateful and just hush no matter how late or rude. With exception of 3 cabs they all smell horrible and have disgusting filthy seat. As of today I will no longer be using this company. I would not recommend them to the readers of this post or anyone I know personally.

Not recommended. Arranged a taxi to be taken to an Amtrak station. They claim to be 24 hours, but they only occasionally answer the phone when you need them. I called right around the time of my scheduled pick-up, but got answering machine. Called again, got Shannon. She seemed annoyed at 515am. So was I. She said hell be there any minute. After waiting 15 more minutes, its now 530a and no one is answering the phone. Not reliable service.

When I arrived via Amtrak I was passed by...I figure they were not use to a city girl flagging down taxis from the curb. So I called when I was passed a second time, the same gentleman picked me up. The following morning, the dispatcher hung up on me as I was looking for the address. Cab arrived 30 minutes late. Cab smelled musty and of cigarettes. If that wasnt enough, as I got in the taxi my phone fell out of my pocket and was ran over.

On February 24, I used the Yellow Cab. I did shopping at the gas station and Dollar Family. At the gas station, I bought a ticket for the lottery: February 24 - Powerball, February 27 - Megamillions. After returning home, I found that the tickets were in a taxi. I called the company and notified them. The driver was promised and handed back to me. Today is 25 and I have not received a refund. Maybe the main prize would have been won.
