Ignore the bad reviews...They will come quick even late at night (literally the only place that would drive me and my girlfriend back to our hotel from 6 flags when Uber couldnt find a driver and cancelled twice) but definitely a reliable service will definitely use again any time Im in the area👍💯

Great experience with this taxi company! Was offered water, Red Bull and even the music I wanted to play in the cab. Great service and would recommend to anyone!!!

Rude, Unprofessional, and LATE for a pick up that was supposed to be 30min. If you are going to talk to costumers in that manner might as well not answer the calls.

Don’t know who these other reviewers rode with, but Tony was super efficient, thoughtful, and professional.

They dont ever answer calls and I was late to my appointment by 26 minutes .... And still got charged full price .

The current reviews are alarming, but we urgently needed a last-minute taxi for a visitor from my workplace in a remote town to travel 40 minutes west. I called & was answered by a friendly & cool gentleman named Tony. He gave great customer service the whole time. No false promises like other people apparently have experienced with this company. He was coming from another state, & still made it to my workplace in a timely manner to pick up our visitor. I appreciate the smoothness of the whole transaction, thank you again Tony !

A week before NYE I made a reservation for a taxi with Ace. I called 3 more times prior to NYE to make sure that they had my reservation and to check if they could send a van since we had more people than I originally expected. Each time I called the person answering the phone was pleasant and accommodating. On NYE my taxi was to arrive at 8:00pm - at 8:15pm I called the company to make sure the taxi was coming. After a few busy signals and 1 call that just rang and rang someone picked up - they said the taxi would be there in 5 minutes - probably sooner so to make sure I was ready. (which I was since the taxi was supposed to be there at 8pm). I waited 5 minutes - nothing ; I then tried calling the company but got a busy signal or it just rang and rang. I called non stop until 8:40 when we decided just to drive since our reservation was at 8:30pm. I continued to try and call on my way to the reservation and someone finally answered. I explained that they didnt need to bother with a car anymore I had already left ; the answer I received I tried calling you 3 times, the taxi was outside your house in the front I explained that I received no phone calls and that the taxi was NEVER in front of my house; the response Well maybe it wasnt in front of your house, I did call 3 times it isnt my fault if your cell phone provider isnt working. There is no where for a car to be in back of my house - all yard and when I asked if he thought he should have at least left a voice mail for me since he says he called 3 times. I was told he didnt leave a voice mail and that he was doing me a favor by trying to contact me on such a busy night and that now I am calling him a liar and saying he didnt call. We went back and forth for a little while -- him saying he called, me explaining I dont think he did - finally in the end I told him I called as a courtesy to you so that you werent still trying to send a car and so that you didnt bother coming and picking me at 1:30am like you are supposed to - have a happy new year -- and then I hung up. The gentleman I spoke to on NYE was completely unprofessional and didnt seem to care at all that the car never actually showed up ( I was standing at the front window watching and waiting) in the end I will NEVER use this company and suggest that you dont either if you actually want a taxi that picks you up.

I used them today with my service dog and their driver was really great as I have tough time walking and he was kind enough to help me with my 35 pound bag of dog food. He dropped us off at the store and gave me his cell number and came back when I called. 5 Stars from this Vietnam Vet.

The taxi driver I got was prompt (he was actually waiting for me as I called ahead and was arriving from somewhere else). The car was pleasant and the driver couldnt have been nicer. However the dispatcher told me it was going to cost around $30 and it cost $42, so I wasnt happy about that. But otherwise, it was very smooth. I think my drivers name was Eddie Serrano. Ask for him!

This is the most reliable transportation service known to man. I’m confused on how I just called (12/03 @8:20pm) and the wait is and I quote “an hour long, if not longer” I’m confused on how many taxis they own and have on the road. Yellow Cab is no better. This is why I use Uber.

First I called Ace for a ride. The guy told me they would arrive in 45 mins. I immediately hung up and called Yellow Cab. They arrived in half the time.

Just to be clear, I am *ONLY* giving one star because ZERO wasnt an option. This is the most unprofessional, unreliable company Ive ever dealt with. I manage retirement communities across the east coast and frequently use taxis to fill in where our bus cannot. Ive never had so many no-shows, late arrivals without a call, or such apathetic service anywhere. When I try to call to check status of a late driver, they dont even answer the phone. Im sure the only reason this company is still in business is because there isnt anyone else in town... Id rather walk personally.

Wish I could give a no star review. My friends and I were looking to go from red roof inn to luxe burger near the bball hall of fame : we were picked up and the dudes girl/ wife was in the front seat, no room for 4. Then they didnt know where they were going but got mad at me for looking it up on the GPS (knew they were going the wrong way). Things escalated pretty quickly and they Kicked us out of the cab and the cab drivers wife told him he should call police; would have loved to see how that would have turned out considering he was threatening my friend. Manager offered to send another cab, but we decided to walk back to our hotel and get food there, didnt want to take a chance.

Had a great experience, was in a tight spot trying to get to the airport and a nice guy picked me up and got me there as fast as he could.

Most unprofessional called for a taxi, took them 4 calls to pick up. Then rudely answered, I asked how long do you think I’m looking at since it was to get to my daughter day care. He had the audacity to say” whenever he shows up you’ll know how long” don’t use them would be recommended them. This was my first time even calling them for a taxi

Absolutely horrible waited for about an hour and everytime i call they say cab driver is 5 minutes away mind you my original wait time was 10-15 minutes... Never again i prefer yellow cab over this company

If I could give zero, I would. They had me walk 20 minutes to meet the cab and then called me and said, sorry, we arent coming. We dont send cabs to west Springfield. Im out of town. Took me 30 to find and get another cab. Take my advice- call yellow cab instead

Id give them zero stars if I could. They either show up more than half an hour late or not at all. The only reason theyre in business at all is because theyre the only taxi company in town. Utter garbage.

The worst service ever I called to get a quote the person whom I spoke to was very rude after I asked for his name and he then tells me thats not my concern thats not how you treat a potential customer you dont have to worry about me ever calling Ace Taxi in springfield ma cause its not going to happen.

At 1500 militar y time, I call for a cab and a hour later call back to see what was happening with my cab and they answer that they had an emergency to response to that it was going to take around an extra 20 minuts

There is never anyone available and they take more than an hour to pick you up. NEVER call if you need a ride for work! Call Uber!!

Dont call a cab in Springfield especially if you are from out of town they wont even answer or call back after leaving messages.

Horrible service. I called for a cab and they told me 20 minutes. Ended up waiting over an hour and despite calling them several times, they insisted a cab was on its way. They stopped picking up my calls eventually and a cab never arrived.

Went there and needed a taxi. clean taxi but driver did not speak english well.
