Starting with my quote to the follow up calls prior to moving day to the end with everything unloaded and in our house Great Job perfectly describes my experience. They were on time and their communication was excellent! From the follow up office calls to the crew lead calling me the day before the move. They handled everything professionally and nothing was damaged neither our belongings or the walls of our home! Best move ever GREAT JOB!

Had two guys here today to move and apartment. They were awesome and I would highly recommend. They are communicative, patient, and flexible which are very important qualities considering how hectic moving can be. They were great, and I am very pleased. Definitely recommend!

Perfection. From working with them to initially set a date/time all the way to the final delivery of furniture. It was smooth, effortless (for me!) and I would use Great Job again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone.Ive never used movers before and had no idea how it might go, so I admit I was worried but they were great. They kept me in the loop to let me know what to expect and when to expect it. The guys who worked my job were excellent! They were fast, knew exactly what they were doing, and almost more importantly... they were nice! Friendliness and courtesy go a long way.What a relief to do business with people who do what they say, do it well, and are friendly doing it.

WARNING DO NOT USE. Jayson Chapman was the person that gave me my quote estimate. He goes over some many different options and he knows exactly which terms to use to confuse you. He gave me a quote that was supposed to include packing, disassemble and assemble. He also told us that all material was included that it was a full service move. He said all material was included. Well, when he recommended that we pack majority that is what we did but when we ran out of boxes decided that we would pack while they loaded. The day before when the crew member confirmed the movement I asked him are you bringing extra boxes so that we can pack while you guys load and the guy said ok not a problem. The day of our move he calls and tells us we are adding another crew member and you will have to pay the difference. I said wait I didn’t request an extra member, so if you elect to bring extra help that is in you. We went back and fourth in the phone about everything and that is when he informed me my quote was wrong but he said it to me very nasty and with an elevated tone. My husband was irritated after hearing the guy starting to yell and told him not to yell and that we were not going to argue and to have the manager or Jayson call us.Jayson after 45 min of requesting him to call, finally called back. NEVER TOLD ME that any of the prior conversations were recorded. I told him that is fine that they are recorded but I am standing by that he made his quote session very confusing and misrepresented by using terms he knows that most assume means something that is not their intention. Such as if you say all packing material is included ( most would think boxes, tape, dolly, and cover etc… G&J packing material is what is needed to load in the truck). I told him I feel bamboozled he said oh well I’m going to play the recording and if you say you are bamboozled I’m just going to cancel now. So disrespectful and no regards for people situation. DO NOT USE THEY ARE SLICK with their words and want to lock you in with no recourse to elevate.

My experience with G&J Moving and Storage has been--at best--frustrating and disappointing.- During the initial conversation, I was promised frequent and consistent updates about the status of the out-of-state move. The carrier service took 18 days to arrive, and I received less than 24-hours notice before the movers arrived, which prevented me from reserving the freight elevator.- I was told that the flat fee would apply unless the movers encountered previously undisclosed large items (i.e. baby grand piano, exercise equipment, etc.). All items in my move were accounted for on the initial inventory but I was nevertheless charged an extra $560.- Only 1 mover arrived, and the other just did not show up. Unfortunately, the carrier driver refused to help and even had the audacity to ask me to help move my own items.- The carrier service driver demanded $300 in cash before unloading my items, supposedly for the long walk from the elevator to my unit. There was not a long walk and, besides, he was not the one doing the actual move. This was unprofessional, inappropriate, and not a previously discussed charge.- Zero care was given to fragile items. My flat-screen TV, bedroom drawers, and decorative mirror all arrived broken. Despite my request, I have yet to receive insurance claim forms.- The movers created a significant amount of trash with wrapping materials but refused to remove it.- My representative, Jayson Chapman, is so incredibly hard to reach. He rarely answers his phone and will only respond to the occasional text message.Unfortunately, this has been the worst move of my life. G&J Moving and Storages inaccessibility and lack of communication only exacerbate the problem. I would look elsewhere if you want a smooth moving experience.

By far the best movers I have ever hired. They were prompt, speedy, careful, and thoroughly professional from start to finish. I shopped around beforehand and they also gave me the best and most honest price. I can’t recommend them enough!

They were friendly but during the move the movers left a deep gash in my wood floor.They also misplaced some items and haven’t responded to multiple attempts at reconciling it.It wasn’t a bad experience but the follow through and disregard after they get paid is terrible.

Aside from the crew being 2.5 hours late (9-11 window confirmed but showed at 1:30), having to assist physically moving items myself, a missing step stool the crew utilized but didnt return, and money missing from my daughters piggy bank, it was a great experience! Friendly down to earth crew. Charged well over quote and no furniture was reassembled. Never again.

Very professional and courteous team that showed up for my move to a third-floor walkup. The team worked fast and efficiently at both ends of the move, alleviating any concerns I had prior to the move about the charges per 15 minutes. No dragging out the time by the team despite the 90-degree weather.Everything was handled with care, and they did an extra job to put back together the bedroom-- for the first time in three moves, my king-size bed didnt squeak or have something off after reassembly.Would definitely use this team again.

These guys were very efficient, professional and did a great job moving my stuff to new home. Brought extra boxes with them and helped each pack last minute items and clothes etc. without any reservations. Pleasant and friendly crew helped reduce my stress and anxiety during the move. I wish there was a 0 stars option for GJ Moving. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The management at GJ is unprofessional. They also have a transparency problem.My experience:As a “professional” moving company, you are supposed to clear the height of your moving truck. GJ failed to do this beforehand, doubling their moving time.I was unfairly charged for this additional time- for THEIR mistake.I called to dispute the charge. Jayson Chapman at management told me he would return my call to reach an agreement. Instead, I’m met with COMPLETE silence. Then, the full amount, including the unfair upcharge, was withdrawn from my bank account.I specifically mentioned that I did NOT consent to being charged before a discussion.They took the money anyway.I have yet to receive a response from Jayson Chapman, or anyone at GJ for that matter.On top of this:Most of my furniture was damaged. My items were handled carelessly.No mats or coverings for the floors.Not COVID safe.Clearly, GJ Moving thinks they can get away with treating customers like this. This is not a company committed to customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed with GJ Moving.Stay far away from this company.

I worked with Great Job Moving and Storage (working under the name G&J Moving and Storage) on my move from my 2-bedroom apartment in Arlington, VA to Richmond. The crew of three guys were great - they moved quickly and efficiently on both ends. Where there were complications - e.g., a door that needed removing, taking the legs off a couch where needed - they took them in stride and had re-assembled everything in a flash. Despite sitting in traffic for 3 hours on the way down to our destination (which could do some serious damage to a job paid at an hourly rate), we still finished significantly under the projected costs. Nice guys to work with, too. Recommend very highly.To other potential clients, please note that there is a fee for paying with a credit card, so I would recommend paying with check, if possible.

If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. Please avoid Great Job Moving -- absolutely TERRIBLE company. We were charged $1000 for 8 items to be moved less than a mile. The movers slow-walked our stuff to extend the time of the job, and we were tricked into paying for 4.5 hours when we were told we would be charged for the 3-hour minimum. When we challenged the price, the Foreman got LOUD & DISRESPECTFUL. When I called Jayson the Manager his voicemail was conveniently full, and no one from the company called me back. PLEASE AVOID, TERRIBLE COMPANY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

We just had a great move with a great team! The estimate was for 7 hours, but took them about 4. They were friendly and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. Highly recommend G&J!

What a great experience we had with Great Job Moving. They were very reliable and well priced for the service. No surprise charges from what they mentioned.

The 2 guys they sent did a good job. They were overpriced, and it took way too long (over 6 hours - to move 2 beds, a couch, tv, and boxes). There was a list of additional fees, driving charge, gas charge, stair charge, bulky item charge (which was a concept rower that could be taken apart). I would call ABC moving.

I was sooo apprehensive about a big move since Id never hired a service like this before. The guys were on time, very efficient, friendly and safely moved me from one place to another - actually a storage unit which they packed very neatly, maximizing the space. The price was right for what I wanted and what I got. Ill use them again.

Quote and move went fine. Went to plug in TV after the move and it was broken. Filed a claim and was given $30 for a $900 TV. Brand new TV, not even a year old and they dont care that its a TV, only that it weighs 50 lbs. Movers never told me they dropped or hit the TV where it it clearly visible something happened. Will not be using or recommending this moving service again unless claim is adjusted.

I give them a 4.5 only because communication with the owner and I was a bit off about all that was being moved and extra costs for packing materials. The four man crew was great, careful, professional and courteous .

Great Job made our move to Florida easy. We are truly grateful of Dustin, Akex, and Franklin and his team. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. There was just a change of driver due to family emergency, which is understandable, but Akex was able to commission Franklin in record time. Franklin, on the other hand is phenomenal. The moving team showed up within a couple minutes of the time they promised. From the start, I knew it was going to be done carefully and efficiently. The crew was very professional taking care to wrap the more delicate items very securely. They loaded up our items from a 10x10 and 5x10 storage unit in 1 1/2 hrs. The delivery will be in 2 weeks. If the delivery goes as smoothly as the pick-up, I will be very pleased!

If i were to move again, i will definitley hire them again. This guys were proffesional, they are carefull with our stuff and protect our floors during the move. They wrapped our furniture with plastic and drop cloth for double protection. Price is reasonble too compared to other that we’ve called.

They did the job at a fair price.Showed up an hour late. Never got a call when team was leaving. Got a different group than the one I spoke with over phone.They refused to use the freight elevator, opting for the stairs instead. Damaged a couple furniture items, including a diploma frame.Did not use masks. They had them but used them poorly. My neighbors are NOT happy, nor was I.I was recommended this company by a friend and will NOT be forwarding that along.

These guys were awesome. Everyone I dealt with in contracting and scheduling my move was very communicative about the process. I had to do two moves: one out of my old house and one into my new one a couple months later. The G&J folks were able to accommodate that and gave me a ton of flexibility regarding move dates. Best of all were the actual guys who moved my stuff. They were very helpful and polite and went out of their way to make sure everything was done well. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs to make a DC area move.

Gave us a 9-11 am window. Didnt show up until noon. For some reason the multiple emails and phone calls reminding me of our appt the week and day before didnt get relayed to the moving team. They actually didnt dispatch anyone until i called at 11 am asking where they were in their transit. Finally sent someone out. They called me shortly after 11 am and said itd take about an hour to get to me. Fine. Noon start. Just adding to the heat for the day.Was told by the sale rep that theyd pad the floors and walls with neoprene covers since were moving large items in tight spaces. They unfortunately did not. I asked them when the movers got there. They said itd be too slippery.Biggest gripe with all of this was that multiple new large furniture items were dinged up during the move. Several items said to be wrapped werent cared for and must have been dragged across the truck as it was taken out. MOST of the items came out unscathed. So we do thank them for that as we had a LOT of large pieces of furniture. BUT still...Base of our home bar was chipped. King bed headboard was nicked on both sides. Desk was chipped. Several display cases were chipped and scratched. The end of our guest bed wont stay attached because they stripped screws out of the frame trying to take it apartOne of the 4 movers was more clumsy compared to the other three. Had a few dings in the walls at both locations. Had them go through the back door because the front entrance was too small to bring in the larger items. Part of the rear entry door at the final home was chipped from them banging items into it.Quoted for an 8 hour move. Started at noon. Finished at midnight with an hour break for lunch. This i understand completely. We had a lot of furniture to put back together after they took em apart. 4 movers. Small truck. Did two trips. They took occasional breaks throughout the move.We provided two 24 packs of water. They left tools at one location or the other so I had to drive between the locations to get the tools so they can put together/take apart the furniture. Added to the delay of the move.We were 90% packed. And understand that added to the time scale to finish the remaining items. Even understand 1 hr destination fee. Had no issues with the timing of the move. Its mostly the care for the items that is what brought down the review scoring.Ive been through about a dozen moves in the military. Some local, most between duty stations. State to state and some international moves. Few paid out of pocket on my own with my own uhaul. And few done by professional movers. This was my first professional move that came out with this many dinged up items. And they wrapped the majority of the larger items up so I dont know how we still had so many scratches and chips after unwrapping.Claims process was never explained outside of default VA liability insurance for .60 per pound built into cost of move. Company never provided any claims forms or bothered to reach out to discuss quality of move outside of an automated survey.

They are reasonably priced and good on coming the whereabouts and estimated arrival time of their movers.When I challenged them on the use of a 3rd person who happened to be experienced in what should have been a 2-person move (per the original estimate), they understood my point and adjusted my final bill. I will not hesitate to use them again after 3 moves.

UPDATE 2: Owner just tried to pay me $500 to take down and/or falsely modify my review. He wanted me to sign a written agreement. This is against Googles/Yelps/BBBs terms of service.NOT COVID SAFE. Repeatedly and boastfully refused to comply with my mothers request that they wear masks. Three days later, she tested positive and is currently having severe symptoms. She would be writing this review herself if she werent currently incapacitated.Other issues:-the movers took extremely frequent smoke breaks-they were completely unresponsive to any of her questions or concerns-they failed to pack an entire cabinet of dishes, even though the kitchen was the only room they were supposed to pack-they broke a washing machine by pulling it roughly out of the wall-they did not lay down mats during the move, even though the contract claimed they would-the supervisor has refused to address these issues, and responded sporadically and unprofessionally to emailsUpdate: After we filed our insurance claim, the owner of the company came over for a routine inspection. We repeatedly told him what happened, he apologized for his crew, and we appeared to reach a reasonable agreement.Then, not 20 minutes later, he called us back and put us on a pointless conference call with the foreman from our move. For several minutes, the foreman accused my mother and her other two witnesses of lying, and of having an attitude. When I asked Alex why he thought this call was necessary, he responded because I want you to hear what he (foreman) is saying. Frankly, the entire thing felt like an intimidation tactic.

Had G&J help with my apartment move (fourth floor with no elevator!). Great group of guys, they were polite, efficient, knew their stuff, and took great care of everything. Definitely using them again for my next move!

The two men that the company sent worked consistently and carefully. Nothing was damaged or missing during the move. They were professional and very caring, putting everything in the new place exactly where I wanted it. This was the easiest move I ever had. The only minor complaint I have is with scheduling and planning the move. I described exactly the items I had to be moved and the price I was quoted was about half of what I actually paid. I would expect the scheduler/planner/sales person to be better at estimating the cost than that. Others have had a similar complaint from what Ive read. Trying to reach the company by phone the day of the move (a weekday) proved difficult as if they had an answering service rather than a staff member answering the phone.

My experience with G and J started off positive, and immediately turned into a horrible experience on moving day.My apartment has two buildings, and I was moving from one to the other (they are literally next door). You can only reserve freight elevators for two hours at a time. So, I made both my moving and elevator reservations at 11 AM and was told my movers would be there on time so they could use the correct elevators.Well, my movers showed up 2 and a half hours late then moved as slowly as possible. I attempted to contact the G and J office multiple times, and every call was either sent straight to voicemail or let ring until it went to voicemail.After the movers loaded up the truck, it took them 20 minutes to get to the other loading dock. They are 30 feet away from each other and I have no idea what they were doing with that time. It was 3:30 at this point and we were half was through when we should have been completely finished.Then, because the movers were so late, other people were using the loading dock/freight elevator and my leasing office told me we would not be able to move furniture in the main elevators and would have to wait until 5 PM to use the freight one. That is when one of the movers started complaining about how frustrated he was that he now had to stay until 6 on a Friday, when it was their own fault that the move was not already completed! They then disappeared with all of my things in the moving truck for another 20 minutes and somehow started moving everything into my new apartment.The only time the G and J office called me back was when I left a message saying how disgusting it was that they would not call their customers back and that I would not be paying for the move. Finally, Jason (a sales person Id been dealing with) called and said I had to pay for four hours of the move. I was fine paying the movers for their labor, but at $770 they are NOT worth it.Please, save yourself the time, money, and frustration and do not use G and J.

I have moved with Great Job moving twice. And always very satisfied with their service. Team is very attentive, careful and quick. Packing and assembly/disassembly service is also super helpful for the busy professionals. Totally Recommend. They know what to do.

The movers were very efficient. They were strong and quick. They were also very courteous and thoughtful. I’ve used a number of movers before; and I’ve never seen it done so quickly. I also had pick ups from 2 different locations before delivery to my home. And it all went smoothly in less time than was estimated. It was quite impressive. I’d definitely recommend them.

The initial estimate of how much time and how many movers we would need was a little off but once they reviewed our planned move they adjusted and we were able to get it all done in one day. The guys doing the move were great! We had a lot of fun interacting with them. And the owner got personally involved to correct the initial mis-calculation. I chose them after a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed.

GJ Moving and Storage is amazing. When calling to get pricing (I called about five companies) and GJ offered the lowest. Of course in my head I thought, oh no low price low quality, but we were on a budget so we decided to give them a try. I couldnt be more wrong thinking we would get subpar quality and I am so happy we got the opportunity to move with them. GJ Moving and Storage was half the price of some competitors and their customer service I would give a 10 out of 5 if I could. They broke everything down to me, were very friendly (most companies sounding like they were on repeat) and were very good with explaining the process and pricing (if we ended up using more time than expected. The movers were amazing! They were so fast (it was 2 people for a 900-square foot apartment) They definitely deserve a raise because how fast they moved and how heavy the items were OMG! I do not know how they did it. I will 100% be using GJ Moving in the future and anyone who wants great service for a great price should use GJ Moving and Storage! We didnt get hit with any additional fees or anything, we did go over the time and even with the added time we were not surprised by the price. GJ Moving you are doing a spectacular job!

This company is terrible. I used them a year ago and had a decent experience. Figured I’d come back to them. The guy that quoted me over the phone had no idea what he was talking about- Jason. He just said what I wanted to hear. In moving day the wrong amount of movers showed up, and they complained the entire time. And the company did nothing to rectify the situation. Stay away from these guys, their overpriced and the product and service is sub-par at best.

The 2 guys that came, although a small job, did a very good job in wrapping furniture. Overall, they were very good at their job and curtious. I will recommend you all to family and friends and will use your service again if need be.

I never expected a moving crew to do as good of a job as G&J did. The crew was very polite and professional. Nothing was damaged in the move and they took the time to make sure everything was where we wanted it. Our next move will likely be states away and I already know G&J will be the ones doing it.

DO NOT USE THEM! Total scam. Absolutely horrible experience with them. 1. Total cost ended up to be over the estimate which was ridiculous to begin with since I was literally moving a mile away (which side note, they charged $150 for the “trip”. 2. They damaged my furniture, one dresser badly. 3. No one told me that if I paid by credit card I would incur a percent charge which ended up to be an extra $100! Which I don’t have extra lying around especially after paying for these guys. In the midst of moving I would have found my checkbook and prepared a check beforehand to save the money. 4. I am at high risk for COVID and they did not wear a mask the entire time. 5. They trashed my old apartment without cleaning tape and scraps of plastic they left behind. 6. I was told I would be called beforehand when they were on their way, nope I received a text when they were already there. 7. I filled out their survey and followed up with an email with these complaints and haven’t received a response. Overall it is astounding how much these guys charged and how unprofessional they were, I felt taken advantage of and scammed.

Simply Amazing!!! We have experienced quite a few moving companies over the years, but G&J Moving and Storage is head and shoulders above them all. If you are looking for a quality moving company then we would suggest that you make them your first and only call. The are prompt, professional and courteous. Truly the best. This was my first move actually hiring movers, moving from a 2 bedroom apt and storage unit to a 4-story townhome and G&J Moving was amazing! First, they actually responded to request for moving quotes and the front office staff was very communicative and eager to assist. Second, they called me to confirm early, the day prior to moving. And third, on move day, G&J sent out a friendly, professional and polite group of three guys, who worked so hard and timely in the Northern VA humidity!!! I will recommend them to anyone I know moving in the area.

My move in date changed three times, I was accomodated each time with no issue. Everything was done to make my move a smooth transition. Professional, courteous, and non-stop working to make sure they were within the quoted time. I appreciate the guys so much. For the amount of items I needed moved, three guys made it look easier than it was. Even last minute additions were taken in stride. If you need a stress free transition during your move, this company is the choice to make.

It was a last minute move, the other movers didn’t show up. GJ came prepared, they packed up and loaded my house on the truck for 8 hours. Now all my staff is at their storage facility.I will recommend GJ to everybody!

I could not be happier with the incredible service I received from James and Marquette! They arrived a little later than I expected but it actually worked out great. They handled all of my things with care and were very fast! They had a top notch moving truck and great equipment. When we got to my new home, i was very nervous about how far it was from the truck but they were supportive and casual and just got to work and finished in record time. This was by far the best move i have ever had!!!

What should have taken maybe 3 hours at the most to move a small one bedroom apartment with little furniture took 5 HOURS ! The 2 movers showed up with a strong smell of marijiana, one guy worked at a decent pace, the other had no clue what was going on. They showed up with large cardboard boxes that they put on rollers, filled them up with our boxes (verses using hand trucks), took them to the dock and instead of rolling the large box onto the truck they unloaded one box (small and medium boxes) out of the large container onto the bed of the truck one at a time, while the guy inside of the truck would pick up one item and carry it to the back of the truck. I asked why didnt wheel the large container that they loaded up the ramp of the truck, that it would save so much time. The guy responded Thats just too much work.When they got there, the guy that had obviously worked for them before reiterated the process of how to file an insurance claim (60 cents per pound) , and again went of the process when he left. After unpacking we understood why. We have come across many things that they broke.One of the movers continued to press personal questions and we saw the other mover sitting on our furniture taking a break a few times.We have moved several times in the past few years, but NEVER EVER had we had the slowest, poorest attitude of movers that those at J&G Movers. I had provided them negative feedback directly to the company and gave them several days to respond. Today I called to follow-up and they person they transferred me to said he didnt have time to follow-up that he was going to call me today or tomorrow and then claimed he just called me, when it was me, the customer, who just called him.DO NOT USE ! Unless you are not concerned about paying by the hour for the slowest movers ever, you dont care about the smell of pot and could care less about customer service.POSITIVE: They showed up on time.

These guys were great! They were happy to put on masks for me. They worked very hard and took such care of my belongings. And my dogs loved them (that says a lot during stressful times). I’d absolutely recommend them. (Btw, the staff is wonderful too!)

I went with this company due to the previous reviews and ratings. The quote was reasonable at the time of consolidation. I did not have the best experience..My bed was deunsemble and then reassemble incorrectly.. pieces were missing and bed wobbly and now I buy another bed....after a good rack of funds to move.

Excellent work by this company. On time, great job packing and protecting my items and never a complaint even though I had A LOT of stairs. These guys worked hard and were wonderful.

Worst experience ever. They showed up late, sent three packers when I reserved four, gave me the run around about when the fourth man would show up. The owner came, didn’t even address himself or the issues and ended up canceling my move, without completing the packing. Luckily I found a real professional firm to help me the next day. Don’t be fooled by there fake reviews, they probably post them internally to boost their scores. Stay away. By the way. The owners name is Alex, a Russian man who made me feel very threatened while showing up at my house.

0 stars. Absolutely horrible. I’ve been in the military for 15 years, have had good moves and bad moves. This one with GJ Moving was the worst out of them all......damaged stuff, late arrival, trashy crews. Stay away at all costs!!

They were very professional and worked quickly. All of my furniture was wrapped (even the cheap IKEA stuff!) and well protected. I would definitely use their services again.

Terrible from start to finish. Sales people are good taking your money, then they disappear. The dispatch guy hardly speaks English. The movers show up in a rental truck, not enough pads to protect my stuff, complaining the entire time about how overworked they are. This company charges way more than most and isn’t worth the extra dollAr. Save yourself some money and don’t listen to their empty promises. Go with some other mover

Overall, very good move using G&J Moving and Storage. The movers (4) arrived at the start of our start time window and were all very nice and professional. Had two locations to get our stuff from and they were able to pack everything quickly and safely. All of our stuff survived the 2 hour drive and didn’t have any issues with stuff being broken or damaged. I’d definitely recommend using this company if considering a move, local or long distance.

My 3-man team was courteous, efficient and professional. They were careful to not cause any damage, and my fragile items arrived safely. They did a great job with a couple of large, awkwardly shaped items. I’d definitely use them again!

Fantastic company! After I used G&J for my residential move, I had no hesitation using them commercially. They took the utmost care of all our corporate office furniture and accessories, and even gave us a great deal on temperature and pest controlled storage. Eric was extremely helpful with all the paperwork and the crew was extremely professional and careful. I wouldnt think of calling anyone else in the area to handle any move for me.

The truck was too small for the job. A second trip was needed and I was charged for the additional time it took. The crew was pleasant and worked hard. I was expecting the beds to be put together before they left. The queen beds were but the three twins were not put together.

There were some unexpected complications. The two workers handled them cleanly and without complaint. I am grateful for the help provided.
