Absolutely horrible phone staff.The woman who answered the phone when i spoke with her, and explained i needed a machine moved, down a flight of stairs, across the street and up 3 flights...... she had the balls to ask me And you cant just go buy a hand truck?.....Im sorry i am a business trying to support local business....Never again will i call them. Horrible phone etiquette. They are better off with out her.

These 3 men were terrific and very caring about the items being moved. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The guys were great with my long distance move. Friendly, very helpful and considerate. They helped with packing delicate figurines, a large painting, and so much more.After delivery, the movers helped move furniture from one room to another for me, and more importantly, the movers stood my new mattress and put the zip up mattress protector on for me(my partner tipped the boys well, and they were grateful). The guys were also careful not to damage the walls or the tile floors.

I used Cabrini to move my son to his Boston Apartment. The team arrived on time and took care of everything. Never a complaint or an issue even though the apartment was on a hill in the middle of Boston! This team would not let you down - EXCELLENT service!!

When I scheduled my move with this company, I asked for a certain quantity of tape based on my previous moving experience. They only wanted to give me 1 roll of tape for 12 boxes. I had to ask the delivery man who came to my home to give me more tape. He only had one more roll in his truck. He told me that 2 rolls were enough for 12 boxes. I had to call their office to ask for more tape. They did not even want to give me anymore tape. They told me 2 rolls of tape should be enough for 12 boxes!!! Based on my past moving experiences, this is untrue. I had to explain myself as to why I need more tape. After explaining myself, they still wanted to leave me without one more roll of tape. I just moved last year it required 5 rolls of tape to pack all of my belongings. However, they still had an issue with providing more tape. If Im paying for the tape, boxes & tissue paper, I should not have to explain WHY I need soo much tape!!!!

Im looking at some of these reviews some are very good nice and some not good well all I can say is Ive used cabrini moving and they are the best no matter the circumstances we got all kinds of peoples in many ways all I can say is they did there job like they suppose to do very happy with there service one thing nobody didnt mentioned and that is about tip Ive always tip them well due to there hard work doing there best of taking care of the furniture so tip the movers ITS HARD WORK PEOPLES HELLLOOOO. thank you

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t ever use this company!! They showed up three hours late for the job and smelled of marijuana. They didn’t move all our belongings as they said they couldn’t fit them in their truck. We had to pay out-of-pocket to rent a U-Haul and move the rest of our belongings ourselves. When I called to speak to the owner about the issue the staff was rude and hung up on me.

Excellent moving company with very reasonable rates. Movers could not have been nicer or more efficient (and believe me, we put them to the test! ... sorry guys!). Called on a Friday for a Tuesday move (not recommended) but they were able to accommodate us. I highly recommend this moving company!

Very curtious movers . Handled all items as if theyre the most important. The crew is no nonsense and fast. Theres no better company to move Your belongings.

They put together a crew last minute for us, on a Saturday, in the rain... They were VERY professional and hardworking. They also KNEW what the were doing when packing a moving van. They packed the truck so perfectly that we, as inexperienced drivers, felt very safe and secure for our 5 hour drive back to Maine. Thank you so much for all your help. I would highly recommend them.

Could not have been happier with the services from Cabrini. They moved us from a 2nd floor two family house to a single family house in 2hrs and 15minutes. Originally we got an outrageous quote from another local moving company estimating $1,200 for this move, Cabrini did it for $385. I cant say enough about how awesome the three guys were, they worked hard and were gentle with all our belongings. Nothing broken and nothing damaged...including walls! Awesome job, thank you again Cabrini!

From my initial phone call with Cabrini, to the end of moving day, I was very impressed. The moving team was polite, efficient and handled my belongings (and walls!) with the utmost of care. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future.

We had a very negative experience with Cabrini. We liked Cabrini right away. The people were very friendly and we felt very comfortable with them. Unfortunately, they were not at all reliable. We called in August to book a move for the end of December. We called once a month to obtain dates from them for when they plan to pick up and deliver, but they never had firm dates for us. However, they continuously reassured us that we were all set. Finally, in the first week of December, we called and asked for dates and they said they werent able to move us anymore. After months of communication, they abandoned us two weeks before we needed to move. Fortunately, we were able to find a much better moving company (Sitterly movers) and the story has a happy ending! However, I truly would not recommend this company.

The driver was high as a kite, talking bad and very unprofessional. I had 3 workers n only 2 of them were working but I had to pay for a 3 men job. It took a whole day to move a 1 bedroom apartment. Mind you I had everything in boxes. My fridge was scratch and when my husband told the owner he did not want to be held responsible for it. The experience was terrible from beginning to end. I will never recommend or use them again. And I got charged an arm and a leg for a crappie unprofessional job, plus I had to see the driver high on drugs, legs bending not working and me paying for that.

Cabrini has moved us four times so far, including two office moves for our business. The movers are friendly, professional, efficient and careful. They really go the extra mile. We highly recommend Cabrini and wouldnt use any other mover!!!!

Terrible experience. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service.Thank goodness I read the other 1-star review and got a different referral (Sitterly).Whoever reads this be advised, ANY other moving company will not charge you a movers fee. AND there is no such thing as an extra cost if it rains on your moving day. Both 100% real things the lady tried to sell me over the phone. Whoever the lady is that answers the phone is dismissive and judgemental.So shady. Go anywhere else.

Rudist driver ever. Blocked my driveway with his truck while moving a neighbor, and then was the rudest idiot when I asked to move my car. Terrible terrible attitude. Nasty. No thank you to move my house!
