Did not provide the services were paying for then demaned a gag contract before returning monies paid. We refused to sign and to date have not received any refund. Although the owners are awesome people, Mike in the office is far from a service minded professional.

Excellent service that exceeded our expectations. If future Bi-monthly services are even close to what we seen on the 1st visit. We know we chose the right company for the job. Everything about this company, Bug Zero, is as professional as you could possibly attain as we see it. Our expectations are rather high with any services I hire into my home. I’m only going to write a honest review about this company. Yes this company is professional and very respect. But their work isn’t much so. We had to call them in multiple times to spray for ants. Apparently they don’t spray porches and can’t spray inside around personal belongings. The first time they sprayed, we had ants the very next morning. Second time they sprayed, they disappeared for a couple of weeks. Within a month we had just as much ants as the beginning. My husband and I had to pay double price for this company and basically didn’t even get a good result out of it which really disappointed us. If you have a really big ant problem, this isn’t for you.

Getting set up with Bug Zero was easy and fast. Had them available the next morning. Robert showed up on time and ready to go. Everyone within the process has been very nice, professional, and reliable. We look forward to working with them.

While no one wants to be in a position to need an exterminator, if I ever find myself in that position again I know who to call. We had a few hiccups in the process that were handled immediately.. they were very professional, friendly and able to help with everything we needed.

It was a regular yearly inside and outside spraying. Dakota was so kind and considerate, asking if there was any areas we didnt want him to go in..Then he went to do the outside. He knocked on our door and asked if anyone had lost any money. I had lost a $20 bill outside over 2 weeks previously. He had found it by one of the drain spouts and handed it to me. I thought that was very commendable. I hope he always is our bug guy! Most people would have pocketed the money. But Dakota went out of his way to check with us. Hes very courteous and professional. The ants are on the second floor. Chris told me what he did and what he was doing. We made a plan for the next visit if the ants are still coming in which I would guess will happen. Called to get a termite inspection and Chris did an amazing job of explaining the process, what he checked for, what he found, and what he recommended for action. Was honest that the signs were from old activity, not recent at all, and no immediate action was needed for termites. He discussed their maintenance plans - the price was very reasonable considering the treatments and coverage - and he got it started the same day. Would recommend Bug Zero Springfield and Chris to anyone I know!

The company I work for used Big Zero for years. Ive always noticed how respectful, courteous, and professional the technicians are. Ive had Robert before and he is great! My daughter happened to be home sick from school when he arrived. We skipped treating her room since she was still sleep/sick. Robert was only there to do the Interior treatment and he just happened to mention that they would be back to do the outside treatment later and replace termite monitors. Both my dogs were there and I happened to point out and mention how one of our dogs always chews up the monitors. He went outside after finishing up Inside and proceeded to replace the monitors in the heavy rain and cold temperatures. He replaced them where our dog couldnt chew them up any longer. I caught him as he finished up and told him my daughter woke up and if he wanted to he could come and do her room. He didnt hesitate and he even covered his boots again before he came back inside since he was outside in the rain. Ive had nothing but good experiences with Bug Zero over the approximately 5 years of working with them.
