I called in today to check on a rim. I spoke with Andrew and he pointed me in the right direction even though it probably meant that he wouldnt receive any business from me today. Let me tell you about B&I tire... Andrew is a outstanding young man... Hes very attentive, polite, and by far this has been the best tire experience I have ever had... I spoke to him about what kind of tires i needed on a budget that was a aggressive all terrain tire, that could handle rain, snow, mud, sand, ice you name it..Within minutes already had me in the back checking out dick cepek trail country exp...For under a grand, these have been the best tires, I have ever had on my Toyota tundra, the handling is smoother, has more of a bite, gas mileage has improved, stopping and starting in snowy rainy mix are no problem for these tires, it does not slip, braking in icy conditions stops on a dime... and on top of all that free rotations for the life of the tires, and oil changes... Aggressive all terrain 10 ply Tires under a grand, who can match that these days???I will from now on be a B&I customer for life, thank you Andrew for all of your help, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!!! He definitely deserves it...

Our shop deals with B&I regularly and has had great service. I took my personal car in today for a four wheel alignment and cant beat the service and price.

I received my new tires on July 3rd at 9am but after calling several shops including a good friend of mines nobody could get me in until this afternoon and even a couple told me it would be Friday. These guys got me right in and 20 minutes after pulling in I was back on the road. The service was hard to beat. And to speak on their efficiency it is now 11 am on the same day and I am sitting in a restive waiting on my food.

Great Service at a fair price. I stopped in at 9:30 AM and they didnt have the tires I needed. They asked me to come back in 3 hours. Sure enough, 3 hours later the tires were there. Installation took less than 10 minutes. I spoke with two people and they were both very courteous. The location is great for me so this will definitely be my go to place for tires.

We only needed help to air up our 100+ psi RV tires. (A nearby Discount Tire store wanted to help, but their equipment is insufficient for large tires.)An employee quickly came out and got to work. Note, two tire stems are very difficult to reach. He gave the necessary extra effort and got us safely back on the road.

Although I havent been to the shop, I have experienced the awesome customer service due to catching a flat on I-44. Bill offered his assistance, made sure it was taken care of and had me on my way as if nothing had ever happened! It is hard to find people that truly care about others and doing their job. I have no doubt their in-shop experience is the same. Bill turned my unfortunate circumstance into a blessing, and for that I cant thank him enough!

This is a great shop. I take my Jeep Cherokee there for alignments and tire balances. I do all the other work, but they jump right on the Jeep and they get me out as fast as they can. Good people to work with.

This is my one stop shop for flat repairs, new and used tires they have great prices and can usually get you in and out in a short time almost every time. On my last flat repair I was in and out in 30 min and for 17$ i could stop airing up my tire every three days. Thank you B&I Tire !!!

I had 6 tires put on my truck and a front end alignment done. My trucks steering is way off and eating the steers up fast. I brought it back in to have it checked out, left my truck there for 5 hours to find out they didnt even look at it!! Very disappointed with the customer service and the work they did. Definitely wont be using these guys again!

These guys are Awesome! Took my wifes car in for new tires and they took the extra time to search for the best deal on brand and preference! Also rather then just trying to upsell me on an alignment, they took there time to show me why they suggested I needed an alignment. Keep it up, B&I!

These guys awesome. They are honest, friendly, and fast. My family has been using these guys for over a decade and have never been disappointed. Especially being a woman it is a comfort to know they are honest and have the customers best interest in mind.

My car was in an accident at the end of March. It was struck on the drivers side back door. The issue was that my tire looked bent inward, I didnt know if it was an Axel or the actual frame... First impression at B & I was great. Fast and friendly service. Within five minutes my car was pulled into the shop and two workers were underneath looking at it. They told me it was not the frame and that it was a rear axel piece that was bent. They told me they would call around to find the best deal on ordering the piece. And also convinced me to get four new tires (which really were needed) After several days I called them to see the progress and see about an estimate on when it would be finished since I was having to arrange rides to work. No one really knew when I called. So they said they would check and call me back. No call back. So I got a ride there to ask. When I got there they told me my car was finished... It was a little frustrating with no call back. But hey, the car was done so no big deal... They told me I was set and with a new door all would be good... Here it is two months later and Im now able to replace the back door that was smashed. Well. I find out the frame is twisted. The door will not seal correctly. And with the door not sealing correctly it makes my drivers door difficult to open. So now im told it may not pass inspection which I need to renew plates.... So. I took my car here and specifically asked that the frame and underneath be looked at before a decision was made to replace anything... The part and labor was $600. And the tires $300. So I spent $900 here for pretty much no reason. 👍

The folks at B&I Tire are good folks who are honest & just do a good job. They are very reasonable & straight forward with thw work that needs done to your vehicle.Upon first moving to Springfield i had to get a vehicle inspection & they were good, convenient, & low cost to get this done. Nevertheless upon taking my car here to get a tire looked at for a leak, one was found. Upon fixing it, a slight mistake was made & a hole was placed in the sidewall.The guy working the counter called me up & gave it to me straight & replaced the tire for thw cost of the flat repair. I thanked them for their honesty & appreciated the good work they did. That gesture & my past dealings with B&I have made a future customer out of me for as long as i am in Springfield.

The service at B & I Tires is fantastic. Today I had a my front right tire blow out when I took a turn. The weather was extreamely cold that night and my tires had not warmed up yet. I took my tire to B & I to see what could be done. The first person I met in the door immediatly asked if he could help me, and took care of everything. He refilled the tire, tested it for leaks, sealed the back of the rim, and had me going in less then 20 min. When I pulled out my wallet, he shook my hand and said not to worry about it, he was happy to help.This is the second time I have been to B & I, and the first time was just as amazing. B & I Tires will have my business over any one else. Thank you guys for getting me going on such a rough morning.

I came in for an alignment because the car was pulling to the right they told me they needed to replace my right axle before they could do an alignment. This would add about $300 to the bill so I replaced the axle myself and found that it did not need replaced. Sad commentary for B & I Tire. I also found that a front end alignment has nothing to do with the axle.
