Amazing experience! Sunny was very attentive and did exactly what I had pictured in my mind. All of the staff were very nice, and they were very quick and efficient. I thought at first since Ive had only a few acrylics it was a good deal, with my full set done in just an hour. Though I ended up w the worst set to be. They broke quick and were very painful coming off. Looking back I realize the job felt very rushed & lacked quality. This picture is what my nails ended up as. This was back in Februrary 2021.

Ive been having my Nails done by Thuy for the last 5 years and I am always happy with her work and the amothshere. Will continue going to Ultra nail with out fail. Here are a few of my sets recently.

They dont seem to be able to follow how I want my nails. I file them before I go in and explain that I want the same shape. They cant seem to get them round on the top and no square edgesI will NEVER go back.

This is my favorite nail salon in Springfield, hands down. The staff here are always kind and creative, and they have so many colors, styles, and designs to choose from. This is what I just left with, I decided to go simple today.

My daughter and I went in for a mani/pedi. Five days and $110.00 later we have chipping toe nails and gel polish peeling from the edges. They lifted so much so fast that it was catching on my hair and clothes. We went back in and the person in charge blamed us and our nails, refused to refund the money, and ultimately gave us $20 in cash. No apologies, just attitude. She claimed this has never happened before. 🙄 Go to nails now in gateway mall, they always do a nice job.

I have been going to Thuy (Twee) for years and never really had any problems. Went in after they reopened from the virus to raised prices. No biggy at all. BUT along with the price increase, they are using less than half the product leading to immediate lifting, 2 snapped off same day and 3 had hardly any acrylic on them at all. And it wasnt just my tech, I have seen 4 other sets from there and same story. Very, very disappointed!!! Very.

I have gone to ultra nails since high school, they have been my go to nail shop for many years and I love the environment. I’ve always been so comfortable and very pleased with the outcome of what I get done. They never disappoint me. Thank you guys for being so amazing and for a very reasonable price!

Hahn and her group at ultra nails are the only salon I am willing to go to for my nails. They all do a very nice and clean job. Hahn especially does amazing nails. I recommend them very highly

I had to wait a little past my appointment, but the young man who did my nails was very friendly. He did a great job on my nails and the prices are affordable. The salon was clean and the staff were curtious.I would recommend this place.

I absolutely loved it here!! This was my first time getting my nails done and theyre perfect! Twee is great, and she knew exactly what I wanted!

I had solar nails put on, just 1 week later they started lifting. They told me I needed a fill. (Really? 1 week later). So I got them filled, thinking it would be fixed. 3 days later 2 of them started to lift again. They said it was my fault. I will not be going back, neither will my friend. She had the same thing happen to her.

Took my daughter to get her nails done, they asked her who she had an appointment with. She was berated for not remembering the techs name. She was told no one wants to do her nails and that she was disrespectful for not remembering the techs name. What kind of place does this?

Had to go home and touch up my own nails afterward. At least it was close and the price was cheap. Am I the only one who finds it kind of offensive when the staff converse extensively with each other in their own language in front of customers? Its one thing if they need to communicate something about business or convey information but when its going on and on youve got to wonder what theyre saying. Not a horrible experience but dont think Id go back either. Little Lily is much better

I got there 2 hours before they closed. They said they only had time for a pedicure, but not a full set. At 5:52(close at 7) they took a young lady for a full set, and told another, she was next. My pedicure was finished 1 hour an 15 minutes before they close. I feel discrimination was a factor!!! I wont b back, way too many other choices in Springfield!!

Twee is amazing!! She does my nails every month without any issues like lifting or cracking that have happened when I have gone to other places. She is patient and very sweet. I wont go anywhere else.

I got pastel nails really good, but they didn’t have a lot of color actions for pastel, but overall super nice place, super nice people except one her name was Leslie and she was so rude to a costumer but linda was GREAT

Im supper picky and love my glitz and bling, that being said the one time I had to go to a different shop (Caesars) I was HIGHLY unimpressed and litterly got to hahn as fast as possible to fix them, which she did! Hahn has never messed up my nails and it so quick and efficent🥰my cuticles are never knicked, acrylic is to the nail bed, always has great shape and durability, and the polish and acrylic is smoothed evenly! Everyone in this shop is great honestly!

They are good quality. I have had nails many times in the past, and they always break or lift. My nails have not lifted once since going to ultra nails, and they look great. I am very hard on my hands, and they hold up. Recommend!

I paid 50 dollers to have a pedacur and manicure and in 2 days my polish came right off of my finger nails and they wore the gel polish

What is it with the nail salons in Springfield. They all say one thing on the phone and then its all different when you get there. My wife likes to get extra attention paid to her feet to keep them soft, so she called and asked them if they use callous remover. The lady on the phone told her absolutely. When she arrived they just used lotion and when she asked the lady tried to say that the lotion was callous remover but the color and texture was different and it just wasnt callous remover. Were still looking for a decent place for my wife to get a great pedicure, not a mediocre pedicure. Any suggestions?

The lady that sits underneath the nail polish did not do a good job and when I pointed out that she was not getting polish on the full nail she didnt fix them. When she started putting on glitter it was not put on evenly and my nails look like blobs now.

I got an excellent care by Thuy and everyone else here. The jobs is always well done. Im always pleased. Im recommend everyone who want to have their nails and pedi should come here!:)

My young daughter forgot the name of the nail lady she usually sees when making her appointment. When she got there the owner berated her the entire time her nails were getting done about forgetting the name of the nail tech. She is humiliated and will never return. Unprofessional.

Linda was so amazing. She listened to what i wanted, double and triple checked the shape and even got the glue and acrylic bits that get caught on the underside of the nail. Those bug me soooo much. She even was very careful with the nailart i wanted. The positive reviews dont lie.
