I have had an excellent experience today with Becky!!! She is very friendly and professional. Becky has a good heart as she was the one who recommended me to donate my hair!!! I always wanted to do that however wasn’t sure about the length needed etc. She is very sweet, it shows how she is enjoying her job and she is full of positive energy! You will have a great experience with her. She listens to your needs and delivers results:)The salon is beautiful and welcoming. The receptionist was very nice and caring as she called me as soon as there was a window open so it can fit my schedule. So very nice of you!!! Customer service bellows zero. As soon as they find out that I have a Groupon, got feeling that they just want to denied me and gave me only one available appointment in the early morning. When I said that I’m working and looking something in the late afternoon the woman told that it’s better for me to return my groupon. I asked about any Saturday (her answer nothing available at all). On my question how far are you schedule your appointments, she end the phone call suddenly and unexpected. Extremely poor and low quality service. You can’t treat like that your potential client

A wonderful Salon and Barber Shop. Had a great experience with Arlene and Angelo. Cool haircut from Arlene and a beard trim and shave from Angelo. The Salon staff is extremely professional, courteous and passionate about their work. They offer color, keratin, hair extensions, haircuts, manicure and pedicure and spray tanning. I am impressed and will continue to use the services.

Debbie is fantastic with hair color! I was nervous to throw some red in my hair and she listened to my vision and perfectly incorporated red balayage into my hair. It somehow was not shockingly different yet completely give my hair a red quality which is EXACTLY what I wanted!! It felt clean and safe with everyone masked in the salon and taking temperature checks.

I receive an amazing cut and color with Arlene every time I go. Shes incredibly helpful with guiding me to hair coloring products that are best for my hair type. Time passes quickly there with all of the great people to talk to!

I had a fantastic day of beauty at Imagines Encore Salon. I had a haircut and a keratin treatment with Arlene the owner who is a master stylist. I cant believe how straight and beautiful my hair looks. I also had my hair highlighted and touch up color with Michael who is a real artist! Then I topped off my day with a spray tan from Kristen. I feel and look like a new person!
