I love Expo Nails! You wanna know why? They remember my husband and myself everytime I come in ❤ I will not go to any other nail salon. And they always do a fantastic job.

My pedicure was good, but my friends wasnt. It was like everyone avoided her. She has a thick nail on one due to being injured twice, the other foot has several toes that curl under & they kept telling her to relax her toes, but she cant! They were rough & even cut her while doing cuticles, it bled & they never said sorry! Wont go back.

Mine was good, but my best friend got terrible service, she got yanked on , told to relax her toes, she told them she cant, her toes curl under. The lady cut her while trimming cuticle, made her bleed & didnt say sorry. We wont be back.

Wont be going here no more a guy did my nails he was so quiet didnt even speak to me he didnt measure my nails to see if there were the same length I have some that are not the same length at all the back from my nails are really bad as well what I got was not worth it at all

Reasonably Priced which is a Plus but it seems like they dont really want to talk to or interact with their clients just each other (The Staff) I mean.I loved how my nails turned out just kinda felt more like I was invisible and another number being rushed through. I was there when they openedand was the only customer for a good 15-20 minutes till 2 other ladies came in. Just wish they would be more attentive to the clients as they are with each other. I wished I had taken my Headphones with me to listen too I was pretty Bored just getting my Gel Nails filled.I will say they are pretty Reasonably Priced for Manicures, Nails and Pedicures. Hoping to get the full workup soon and get fancified and spruced up again. Soon

I came and had an appointment which they didn’t honor. I waited over an hour and a half for them to even start. My pedicure was fine other than the lady kept smacking my toes with her tools on purpose because they were frustrating her. When I got my nails done the man didn’t check his work so my nails are unevenly shaped and painted. They also don’t change towels after each person.

Got 3 of us in for pedicures as walk-ins. Very nice people. Will come back again.

Came in to get a French manicure and I absolutely love it! They did such a wonderful with my nails. They even did my 3 year old daughters nails with design on both of her thumbs for FREE! We cant wait to come back.

Ive never posted a bad review but these nails are so bad. My sister and I both got a brand new set and I asked for coffin shaped nails. Both of us had our skin buffed off on multiple fingers. I could see my blood smear on the buffer pad and he put it back on the drawer when he was done. My nails were sore for several days after from using the electric buffer on my nails too long and too hard. Instead of coffin shaped I just got weird croocked rectangles. Every single one is crooked and the tip is like at a slant instead of flat. Three of my nails are already lifting after only 5 days. (I work on an office and Im not rough on my nails at all.) They charged me $35 and didnt even come close to what I wanted or just a decent set. Im going to have to have them removed because they cant be fixed. Save your money!

I had an appointment at 530. Sat there till 645 then they messed up my nails. They are crooked and uneven. The jewels fell off the same day. Never again

The lady that did most of the work on mine and my daughters nails was very nice. The problem was that I made an appointment for us and said how important it was that we are at the same time. Made sure they had enough people for this to happen. The guy said np. We get thetr and our appointment time was not honor. We had to wait 40 min then they kept moving us around and would do a little work and move onto to someome else. Back and forth. It was not fun. We were there over 2 hours. This was for my wedding. What shouldve been a nice time. We will not go back. Plan on a long wait and dont bother to make an appointment.

I got a pedicure for the first time in a long time and she did a really good job. They have massaging chairs for you to sit in while you soak and relax. It took about 45 minutes, and they were not crowded at all.

I’ve gone here quite a few times and they aren’t professional , they only care about money , even during COVID they are not washing hands before services and their prices are high and the quality of services is poor . They’ve never been busy since I’ve started going there and I should have took that as a sign . I’ve tried several other nail salons and they were not good either . I’m trying to avoid paying a hundred dollars or more just to have my nails done . I am looking for good customer service and a good job on my nails . That’s what I am paying my hard earned money for . My nails are never the same shapes so I have them done and then go home and reshape them . I tell them what I want and they always make other suggestions and if you don’t tip them to their liking , they will do the worst job they could do so you won’t go back . I have had enough with this place and will not return .

I used to get my nails done here all the time since 2014. This time I did not appreciate being spoken to like Im a child. Come on. When you are a loyal customer and they treat you like this. THIS BUSINESS CANNOT GO ON FOR LONG.

I have been going to Expo nails for over ten years. I love this place. They always take great care of my nails and are always so friendly. I highly recommend getting pedicures and manicures done here.

My experience at expo nails was amazing. I was looking around for a place that had good ratings. I went inside and immediately fell in love with the place. The pedicure was so relaxing and they were so gentle.

I just wanted to brag on Thy; she is the best. She greets me with a huge smile every time I come in. She is very through when she does my pedicures and even lets me take a little nap. When she gets done I always just wanna give her a big hug. I don’t feel like I get very good customer service anywhere these days and she treats me so well. Thank you Thy, I tell everyone to come see you at Expo nails. She gives the best pedicure in Springfield and I’ve been to them all.

I used to go to expo nails before I moved to the other side of town, but since I moved I went to others near my house. They didn’t impress me as much as expo nails did, so I decided to come back. They still do a very great job and im still genuinely impressed!!

The pedicures are INCREDIBLE. They are so relaxing and gentle on your feet. Loved how my toes turned out.

I had a pedicure done. They did an amazing job and I was in-and-out pretty quick. Everyone is super nice!

Would not recommend or go back. My nails look like I done them myself. Had to ask to have polish wiped off my skin. Was told it would wash off in shower after a few times. Paid 130 for pedicures and powder dip nails for myself and grand daughter. Expected this amount but also expected a professional job.

In my opinion, they’re the best place in Springfield to get your nails done. They’re kind and friendly ince you step in the door. They get you in almost immediately and they aren’t too harsh with your hands or toes. Would definitely recommend!

They are so kind once you walk through the door. They take their time to make sure you are satisfied with your nails. And the pedicure is so relaxing, it puts me to sleep!

Wonderful service. Best manicure and pedicure I have ever received, multiple times. I do a shellac pedicure and dip movie. Can be slow, expect a wait. Well worth it but if you have the time.

I’ve been to expo nails many times over the past few years and they have always done a really good job. I always get a pedicure. However many times the shop smells like cigarette smoke. I think that they smoke in the back room or perhaps out the back door. This last time I went was on a Sunday when they first opened at noon and when I walked in, it was filled with cigarette smoke. I did get my pedicure but I was so sick by the time I left. I’m sorry but I will not be able to go to this shop again because of the smoking.

Facility is so clean and they’re very professional. They get you in immediately and they’re the most gentle on your hands and feet. coming back soon.

I loved this salon! Got my prom nails done here with my best friend. The employees are kind and made us laugh alot! Nails were done PERFECTLY, which is really new to say, especially around here! Absolutely nailed (pun intended) the coffin look!

They did a good job, but I felt very uncomfortable. They just rush you through. Not exactly what I asked for. Wasnt a very friendly environment. I feel a little overpriced. They are experienced at what they do though. Lots of color options, and different styles.

Decent place. clean. generally friendly. but the man there has no place working in a nail salon. hes rude and rushes you through, and you will be left with horrible misshapen lumps.

The manicure was very painful, my fingers are swollen and red, very raw. They told me to relax but slapped my hands which is inappropriate anyways but was in pain. Unfriendly.

Horrible service. I paid 60 to get my nails done 2 days ago, they started to discolor so went back to get them fixed and they CHARGED ME to fix their mistake. I called when I left and spoke to the owner and he stated normally they charge half price and I told him I have never had to pay to get the nail salons mistakes fixed, then he replied with screaming and Im assuming cursing in his native tounge. Whatever the hell it was. Very unprofessional and VERY RUDE
