If you want to be rudely talked to the moment you step in this is your place!The male owner is super rude and was very rough doing my mother and I’s pedicure. He cut my nail and I bled and tried hiding it from me so I couldn’t see. He also went to check my nails if they were dry so hard that it rubbed off the polish and didn’t even fix it! My mother has scrape on her foot from how hard he was scrubbing her feet with the brush! She had blood on the inside of her shoe when she took it off at home.I will never ever go back to this place and I will never recommend it to anyone!The daughter in law was very nice tho but I sadly got the male owner.

I have enjoyed going here. Its family run. Father, Mother, two daughters and sister-in-law. Depending on who does your feet or nails you get really good or bad. Mother can do wonderful art on the nails. The younger daughter does really good on feet and nails. The place is clean and well kept in front. The back is worn and all the cleaning equipment is back there. They have a card for patrons but do not keep it up unless you ask and will only honor it on the day you go so if you miss it will not count. If you go with someone they only give you one of the two people credit. Price is good. Better than some places. Not so good than others.

I am one to always read reviews however never write write one. But I had to write a review on this place. I was getting my eyebrows done at Bliss eyebrows and I figured hey why not just try this place out. NEVER AGAIN. It was an older women with glasses who did my nails and she was rushing. She did a horrible job. Also the sign says $25 for a refill on gel nails, but she told me it was $30 while doing my nails and then when she went to go charge me she charge me 35 saying with color it was $5 more. I always thought the color was included when doing your nails. Needless to say I will never go to the place again and guys trust the reviews.

My second time doing my nails here and Im not sure why the reviews are like this.the nail techs were especially very professional, clean and organized here. The first time I came in Michelle did my nails and did a great job, my nails lasted over 3 weeks. The next time i came in the owner did my nails and was especially very nice and patient. Wait time is never an issue and its also very clean inside

1st time I went the lady in the front did a great job in my nails. 2nd time the man did my nails and did a horrible job. He messed up my nails and cut me deep 3 times. He also has an attitude problem. Never again!!!

I went to get my acrylic nails off and put gel and the guy was shaking his head most of the time and sighing. When trying to take off the acrylic he took a piece of my nail off and I started bleeding, he didn’t even say sorry and continued and he peeled my skin off as well.

Fabulous! After 10 yrs I moved back to the area & was so happy EM-K Nails Spa was still open & just as wonderful as it has always been!

I went to do my eyebrows and the lady asked me if I wanted a cleaning because my eyebrows were already thick and with a shape so I said yes . Now I have a whole different shape on my eyebrows but not only that! They are really thin, DIFFERENT FROM EACH OTHER and you can literally see where my eyebrows used to start! I went yesterday and it is still swollen. DO NOT GO HERE! My day got horribly ruined! When I went there to claim she was acting like she didn’t do nothing wrong and my eyebrows look nasty

Clean friendly reasonable price

Damaged my nails, cut me to the point where I was bleeding. Tried to remove my dip powder with a plastic tip instead of just soaking my nails with acetone. Bad service. Never going again.

Worst experience ever. THE OWNER WAS RUDE and did a very bad pain job on my nails. I asked her to redo my nail polish and she got very upset and start signing, saying OH MY GOD, and even started to argue with me because I was not happy with the outcome of my nails!

Just left here at 1:45, she used coconut oil on me after I told her I was allergic. It’s now, 3:20 pm and my tongue is now going down, my hives has subsided, and my life threatening allergy is subsiding,Nails are ABSOLUTELY horrendous. Will NEVER go here again and kinda want my money back.

Got my nails done yesterday and there was two young kids there who did a terrible lumpy job tried to charge me 45 for a full set I gave him 30$ never been so unsatisfied with my nails!! I do not reccomend this place at all almost seemed like he had no idea what he was doing!

Horrible horrible horrible..... sent my teenage daughter to get her nails done and they took a advantage that she had no adult with her.... her nails were done sloppy.... and the amount of acrylic that was left under the nail is insane..... and don’t get me started on the paint job...if I had a car I would have drove over there and asked for a refund.... and then they never pick up there phone.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Ive been here a few times and its not a good experience each time. They have very few colors to choose from, cleanliness is poor, and the quality it poor as well. The gel polish doesnt last a more than a week, they coat it very poorly and messy. They always cut my fingers and feet when cleaning them up, and I end up bleeding. They arent gentle and are careless when handling your feet and hands. Also Ive gotten nasty and painful infections spread to the edge of my nails. Hygiene is important, you dont want to get infections or fungus. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The price list has acrylic nails , full set listed as 25 dollars. I realize that extras cost extra ....but my nail tech seemed to have charged her own personal price . I first asked for a set with a natural looking shape. Nothing fancy .. just wasnt looking for big square nails . I have an 8 week old Nb. She gave me a really nice natural shap . When it came time for polish I asked for an American manicure. She didnt know what that was and I tried to explain and was met with argument !!! She literally painted my whole nail with white sparkly polish! When it came time to pay she charged me 45 dollars !!! Five extra for the gel overlay... (totally acceptable ) and then 15 to file the tips into a round shape. Ridiculous. She never mentioned filing my nails would cost much extr . I didnt get a fancy shape... stiletto, coffin ...literally just plain round short nails with clear polish (after I had her take the horrible white off) . I dont mind paying 45 dollars for 45 dollar nails. These arent it. everytime I go here they charge whatever price suits that particular tec . Ask in advance and ignore the bogus prices they have listed. Its to get customers in the door!

Hey. My daughter was quoted at $15 at this place for a full set of acrylics. When she went to pay they charged her $30. Theyre not even squared right, theyre not rounded right, it doesnt even have an actual destination in shape. Its just kind of shaved all willy-nilly if you will. But nail polish job they did was garbage. Shes 18, and shes new to this but Im never letting her go to this place again. Shoddy work with even worse personality. There was a woman who got in there to get a set of gels removed. Be quoted her $5. She gets up to the counter they charged her 25. She just about lost it.

I will never go back and I suggest you dont go either. I got my acrylic nails done two days ago and paid $40. they talked me into getting gel polish because they last longer and are better for your nails. three of my nails broke, one fell off, and the rest of the gel polish is peeling. not to mention, when the women was painting my nails she screwed up several times and had to redo them 5 times and the polish dried wrinkled. very disappointed and unhappy.

Never ever will I go back here again. I got a set of pink and white acrylic nails, very sloppy, couldnt believe how low quality my nails were. I had to come home and fix them. I am a nail technician and you should never let any of the product touch your skin and that is all she did. It was dripping all over the place and she was rushing so fast that she made me nervous. Cut my skin in a few places. The white part wasnt even and there were black marks in the pink part. Also the gel coat she put on was bubbling and not covering the whole nail. DO NOT GO HERE...HORRIBLE! Very dirty place.

I went there just yesterday and I got a matte burgundy color, I specifically told the old lady I wanted the round oval shape and she gives me this square shape the matte doesnt even look good so getting my nails done somewhere else, the side of my thumb nail is not painted, I do not recommend this place to anyone I think the man is the best out of all the women

In and out within minutes and my eyebrows came out flawless

I have never paid for worse nails in my life. The painted messed up took him two hours and they are so off shaped and not even lined up right on my nails. I will never go back

Bad Service

I had no issuses,art work was on point,and,shape,eyebrows done on point.The woman I had,was Jeanette.

Went there on a Sunday at 5 oclock... all we wanted was a polish for my grandaughter. Was told it would be a half hour wait. So went shopping and came back a half hour later and was told they were closing! Didnt care that they told me to come back! Pretty much ignored me! I will never give them my business again! Plenty of other friendlier places! Dont go! Reviews arent good anyway! This salon is located in the Eastfield Mall..Springfield Ma.

Went to have a simple gel polish changeand my nails werent filed properly snagging on my clothes, the Polish was not evenly apples and there are fingers that have polish on them like itried to do it myself.

So I went there with my sister she got gel I got acrylics both got full sets came to 80 bucks and the lady swindled her into a 17 dollar tip my sisters nails fell off no lie within 2 days mine are all lumpy and wide and I have acrylic drops under my nails 😲we went back and ask they fix her nails or give a refund they wouldn’t do either I told them that was bad business and then they called security on us

Peduicurs are not good at all polish chips nail filing is bad it seems that they like white people more then Spanish or black my feelings sorry

40 dollars to get a full and gel color. Then she was pushing for tip. I will no longer go to the eastfield mall to get my nails done. They rip you off and rush you out.

The equipment was dirty, instruments not sterilized,nail tech was rude, wont go again.

This business doesnt even deserve 1 star.I would never recommend this place. I went there 2 days ago and 2 of my nails completely peeled off, Also 2 have chipped. I went back today to have them repaint them to which i was rudely pushed away and told to return in an hour , never an apology for having to come back to have them fixed needless to say i didnt return to the rudeness of the staff. I would recommend you choose another business to spend your money at.
