I have no words about this office , regret doing a load

Never dealt with a better broker they take very good care of our drivers!

THE WORST BROKERS OUT THERE! I dont know where giltner found these crooks but they lie, lie, and lie! The load was booked with Bryan Earl for pick up 05/04/2018 out of Crete, NE. Our company has an accessorial policy that we have set in place and have sent them prior to the load being picked up. Bryan told us this is a meat load and truck will be loaded 2-3 hours from the time he checks in. Truck checked in 11:15 AM and checked out 09:55 PM. We advised when truck checked out. 1650 loaded miles to the first drop. Due to shipper taking the whole day to load the truck, we could not make LEGAL delivery on time. Broker tells us to check in at the first drop by 22.30 PM . Product is loaded backward on the truck now. We have written msgs between giltner and us that the receiver will reload the truck and take their product off. Truck checked in 08.20 PM and they reject the truck due to their product is being loaded backwards. I have called their after hour line many times, and they have completely ignored me. Truck had to wait till the next morning. We call them at 6:00 am for an update, they still dont know. Apparently customer is still working on that. At about 11:15 am, broker lied to us telling she emailed us 3 hours ago and told us to go re check in. Truck went to check in again, got a door @ 14.20 and checked out @ 15.53. Called them about the 2nd drop. Customer is still working on that. Called receiver directly. Per receiver the apt is set for friday 05/11/2018 @ 09.00 AM. 3 days later! I called them back, she ignored me. Will be calling the customer on this load, so they know who they are dealing with!
