I ship freight a lot at my job but Ive never been the customer myself. I picked Estes because they have very competitive rates and reasonable transit times. While there were some issues getting my pallet to me, NONE of these were Estes fault. One particular employee, James, went above and beyond! Excellent communication, polite, professional and an all around great to work with. If I need LTL service again, Estes Express all the way. Thanks guys!

Professional and thorough

Great customer service! Drivers are all courteous and friendly. Havent had 1 problem in my 5 years of dealings with them. Very appreciative of our Springfield facility.

Chose Estes to ship some brewing equipment. It was the wrong choice. More than a third of my equipment never showed up(it was all on the same pallet). What did show up was damaged. There was never a delivery appointment set. I just showed up to a torn up pallet on my driveway with pretty much everything missing.

Unreliable and indifferent. had to pick my items up to avoid nearly week delay in delivery. Order was Scheduled for delivery on the 20th (item arrived that morning). They told me it would probably be 5-6 days before it was convenient for them to deliver it. Management didnt even make excuses, just said that is how it is, deal with it. Sorry but its not 1950, people expect their stuff to be delivered on time, not a week late. I understand a day late but they werent even trying.

Ordered play yard from Home Depot with free delivery from Estes Trucking. I got a call from Estes and they scheduled me for a delivery after 4:30 pm on 3/24. At 10:00 that morning a truck driver called saying he had my play yard on his truck and would be there in an hour. I was fortunately able to get my son to meet the truck. Apparently they loaded my residential order on a semi truck which couldnt navigate the turn onto my road. I called the dispatcher and another delivery was scheduled for 3/26 after 4:30. This never arrived. I called dispatcher at 6:30 pm to check ETA and was told there was no way she had that information until the trucks got back between 10 pm and midnight and turned in their paperwork. Again, no delivery and no phone call. I called the dispatcher early on 3/27 and was told theyd deliver late Saturday, 3/28. I called to check today that this would occur as I had told them previously we had arranged for people to build this on Sunday. There is no answer as apparently, they are closed on Saturday. I got ahold of the previous truck driver who called the drivers making deliveries today and neither have my item on their trucks. Did email via website Friday asking a manager to assure the delivery took place today and got a response basically blaming me because a man claiming to be my son told the Tuesday delivery person they couldnt make it onto my street. Plan to send this back to Home Depot and purchase from someone who can get it actually delivered to my home. Terrible experience all the way around.

Do not deliver when they say they will! I suggest you request any other service.
