Wonderful people but limited service when it comes to commercial mowers.

They were prompt and one time. Fixed what I needed and charged exactly what he told me he would. His prices are fair and they are kind and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

They arent going to charge me to look at my chainsaw.but they also didnt tell me it would take 10 days before they would get a chance to look at it. I could have taken it somewhere else. Perhaps next time Ill know better.

Local lawnmower repair shop. They stand behind what they sall. If they fix your lawnmower it will be fixed right. They also sell used lawn mowers if youre in the market for a lawn mower its a good deal.

Best place in town to get your blades sharpened $5 apiece. A good Briggs & Stratton dealer have most parts available without ordering.

I should read Jeffre Moma comment first to do maintenance for my lawn mower. When I drop my lawnmower last 2weeks ago, said I can pick up next 2 week. When time come, I call again, they did not even touch my lawn mower yet. I will never come back for this terrible Kunz Mower Service.

I began patronizing Kunz mower over 10 years ago because they were a Dixon dealer. I was treated with respect by Mr. Kunz and became a repeat customer. Purchased from Kunz over the years were: a motor for a Dixon ZTR, a new Toro ZTR and several accessories, Toro walk behind mower, Toro snow blower and a few parts. I also sent two family members there who both purchased Dixon ZTR mowers. Time has passed and the business is under new family ownership. Recently I was in the shop to buy a part and became interested in a Toro My Ride. I spoke with an employee who evidently gave me wrong pricing/sale and trade-in information. When I called a few days later expecting to buy a mower the owner wouldn’t honor what the other person had told me and repeatedly denied that the other person would have never made any such quotes (basically calling me a liar). He was combative and attacked me for service calls he’d made because I live a distance away. He accused me of being, in his opinion, a demanding customer over the years. He was also resentful that I “stuck” him with an accessory I purchased years ago which I subsequently returned because the part didn’t work. Here I thought he had valued me as a customer when in reality, he resented my business. He insulted me by telling me I have abused my current mower (which he hasn’t seen) because I purchased new tires after 6 years of use and ended by abruptly hanging up. Sad.

It takes more then five weeks (instead of up to 3 weeks promised) to get a simple task done! When I was trying to complain over the phone, they simply hang up on me! Unbelivable!Next time (if I ever get my lawnmower back), Ill find another business.

The women at the front desk are very rude and act like they don’t want you there.....I’ve been using them for 10 years...NO LONGER!!!!...They need to get rid of those two sour face old women at the front desk!!!

I came in with what I thought was an engine problem. Turns out it was bad gas in the primer. He fixed it in the parking lot and didnt charge me anything. I will be going back for all of my future needs.
