This was the best experience I have ever had at a service center. The staff, service, and overall experience was excellent. They provided a detailed inspection report of the entire car and included pictures of everything. They did not push me into fixing everything on the car but they gave me details on everything I asked about. They fixed my car quickly and really raised the bar for everyone else. They will be getting my business from now on.

We have been sending our heavy duty trucks, personal vehicles, off road vehicles and motorcycles here for many years. Randy & Cindy are the best! Their staff is amazing! I recently had to take my ford 150 in, which is my familys primary vehicle, for major repairs. I was extremely impressed by their caring nature to get us back on the road. HUGE shoutout to RC Enterprises! If I could give ten stars, I would. My family and I were traveling for our first Indianapolis race when our truck broke down. After numerous failed phone calls trying to find a shop to diagnose and repair, were recommended to try here. I have never experienced such knowledge, professionalism, and just plain old salt of the Earth people as I did here. These guys know what they’re doing and REALLY took care of us. 2” leveling on my favorite truck today. These guys were so professional and generally happy people. The mechanic noticed a few things that needed attention before the leveling kit could be installed. They fixed everything very promptly and the level of communication was great. The email with the pictures and issues with my truck was so helpful. I was looking directly at what needed to be done.I highly recommend this shop. It’s just a great energy all the way around. I will definitely be going back.

I have been taking my Cars,trucks, tractor and horse trailer to RC for around 20 years. The reason I keep going back they have great service,a small family business that cares about the quality of work and the people.They make you feel like family and even when they are very busy if you need help and cant wait they try to work you in.They have also put very good and caring key people around them to help run the business. Their honesty is as good as you could asked for. Yes they do make some mistakes but have no problem redoing their work at no cost to you. All I can say is fair,honest and caring.

Ive had my truck in for service here before and was impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness and service each time. This isnt the cheapest place, but they have fair prices and their service is exceptional. Definitely worth a bit more for the added peace of mind of getting a quality result delivered as promised without surprises and on schedule. This last time I had a very expensive repair (transmission on a heavy duty truck) and they handled the process very satisfactorily throughout, from the quotation process to the work being done and going out of their way to make it as easy on my wallet as possible. Thank you RC Team! I will be back for more. (Hopefully not for awhile though!)

This Automotive and truck repair facility is beyond reproach, the place the customer 1st, not trying to sell non value added servives. They say what they do and do what they say

I have the BG service done on my vehicle every 30,000 miles which includes transmission, power steering, brake fluid and coolant flushes. RC employees are all professional. They do a full inspection of your vehicle including a test drive before and after service. You receive a detailed report of their findings and it tells you what repairs may need to be done immediately or in the future. Never seen this kind of detail or professionalism anywhere else. Highly recommend.

RC Enterprises consistently provides us with the best service. We are guaranteed that we will not be talked into a repair we dont need, but we will know what needs to be done for safety. They kept our 2000 S10 and 2004 VUE running safely. This is a wonderful company run by wonderful people.
