I love my new Phonak acrylic hearing aids! They stream with my electronics. I can easily change to different programs as well as adjust the volume as needed. Plus, they have canal locks so when I eat or talk, they stay put in my fairly straight ear canals. Most of all, I love theyre in my ear and not tangled up in the face mask ties or my glasses.Candace and her staff are wonderful to work with. They made me feel like I was a special person, not just a warm body. I look forward to continuing this friendship for years to come.

I felt that I was being treated with respect and I felt I was in control of my own context. Nothing was pushed - just full info and choices being left to me. The testing was so real life not just a series of beeps or tones. I was very impressed. I love the new aids, which exactly meet my preferences and hearing needs. Everyone there treated me like a person, not just a patient. This is the only place Id ever go for help with my hearing. The quality of products and their price were both great. Dont go anywhere else.

To start off with a BIG thank you to everyone a Hearing Wellness Solutions. Ive known for quite some time that my hearing was lacking. Even tried ordering some hearing aids online and that was a big mistake and waste of money. So glad I called Hearing Wellness Solutions, the hearing aids I selected from them are so comfortable that I forget Im wearing them. They only increase the frequencies that Im weak in as opposed to the internet ones that were basically just amplifiers. Everything was completed low pressure I felt like I was in complete control the entire time. The only thing I regret is that I didnt call them a long time ago.

From the very first moment we walked in it seemed like we were with family. The whole team made us feel so welcome & we felt at home. The office is so relaxing and decorated beautifully. There was never any pressure to buy. They just answered any questions we had & helped Larry with the hearing aide he had at the time. Dori is always helpful in scheduling and Kelly is so helpful with the technical side of things. Then a couple of months later Candace helped him decide the kind of hearing aide he needed to purchase to give him the hearing experience that he wanted. Candace was always very professional and explained everything well. It was very important to get the right hearing aide due to Larrys loss of hearing in one ear already. I cannot Express enough the need for follow up care after the purchase of hearing aids. Hearing changes with time and never be fooled by an organization saying, there you go, you will be fine now... get those follow ups. It makes a huge difference both now and in the future!

I have about 20 years experience wearing hearing aids. The most important component of the whole experience is the specialist that tests you, fits you and makes follow-up adjustments. Candace is the best I have ever know. She is definitely an expert with the technology but most importantly she is an expert listener. I’ve had some in the past who were not very good listeners and the results were less than favorable.Candace is going to listen carefully to you. Ask a lot of questions and listen to her explanations. I believe you will have a good outcome.Additionally all staff are friendly, professional and thorough.
