I love the responsiveness of the team at Hearing Life. I called their office recently because my right heading aid had stopped working the night before. I felt lost without being able to hear in my right ear. I called them the next morning. The team member on the phone said to stop by their office at my convenience and they would take a look at it. Upon arriving at hearing life, I was met In the parking lot and asked to wait a couple of minutes in my truck while they examined my hearing aids. Within five minutes, the specialist returned with both hearing aids functioning properly. They had replaced a defective speaker in my right hearing aid. What awesome service, with a smile!
