Chris is extremely professional and curtious! He is always on time and made sure to double check our agenda and times needed. He made my hospital stay so much better by knowing he was there and knowing he knows how to help patients in and out of the vehicle. I cant say enough good things about him and his service.

Had occasion to have to use Janes Ride to quite a few appointments.Chris was courteous, prompt (often early), patient, kind, & has the right kind of medical knowledge to make you feel safe & secure when he is taking you somewhere. He shows real interest in his customers and is easy to talk to and he makes the ride more pleasant and the vehicle was well equipped and extremely clean. Highly recommend his services when you cant drive!

Chris was very polite, professional, prompt and skilled with transporting my mother-in-law with extreme care after she had a surgical rod placed in her leg which confined her to a wheelchair. He is a very sweet Christian man with excellent appearance and demeanor and you can tell he takes extreme pride in his work. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing non-emergent medical transport in the Springfield MO area.
