Rudest people on Earth! I am currently owed $58,000 for my 2 children and Clark County refuses to enforce support. In 21 years the man has never done a day in jail and has 10 kids!! This place received government funding to enforce child support and WILL not do it. They have made my life a living hell along with my childrens other parent, of course. Truly a sham and a scam!

Said they would call for an over the phone interview between a certain time. Never called. Tried calling them the following day to see if we could speak to someone. We left a voice mail. A few days later we received a letter in the mail saying we missed our appointment and will be losing benefits. Are you serious. Odjfs was supposed to call US. They never return calls. This place is a joke.

I have left several messages in regard to a case manager giving me a call back it is very unprofessional to be ignored its my case my info I need to know whats going on.

Extremely difficult to get ahold of someone about a child support issue. Cant call someone directly, have to call and leave a message and wait for someone to call you back (if they even call back at all).

I have been waiting for nearly 2 months for my food stamps. I was told that they would send me a letter for my appointment, never received it. They reschedule my appointment on the phone, and I give them my phone number, and they never call. It has been nearly a month since I was supposed to get the call. I have called, left messages, but no one ever calls me back. I am literally having to ask for help from my family to help me. I am supposed to be independent. That isnt happening though. And when I lived with my dad, they messed them up as well, by combining them when I wasnt listed on the lease. Any way, the only positive thing is the waiting music. Other than that, if I dont get my food stamps, I might sue. I need it to survive because I havent been able to get a job.

Obviously someone is just sitting down there denying appreciates! Ive been trying to add my son back into the house for months now. After calling numerous times I finally received a letter of denial for his medical SMH ... They say because of income guidelines. Ok how is that the other children eligible!?!?!?! Seems to me that no one has actually reviewed the application just made a decision to get it off their desk. I applied in March again in September its now October 28 and Im just now hearing from them.now I have to request for a hearing all because someone decided not to to do their job correctly!

Had to wait 2 days for a call back just for the lady to be rude as hell and then pretty much tell me she cant answer my questions! Work shut down 2 weeks all I needed was help with was one week and I wouldve been fine but all this people who dont want to work can get a check for yrs witn no problem. This system they have is flawed and they need to re-train there staff to know how to talk to people and actually be able to help especially after waiting 2 days to even get to talk to someone to be right back not knowing whats going on. So basically seems like you might as well not even try to get help one they dont care to help and 2 they more than likely wont help you anyways.

I pretty much agree with everyone else, I have been dealing with these people for years and they are rude. If they mess up your information they will blame it on you, and it has happened many times. They do not care about the people they are suppose to be helping.. This is an edit as of a year later. As usual it was time for My yearly intake and review and my paperwork is lost in the mail. This could very well be true but it seems to happen every single year. Now I have to rush to Springfield once the System is back up ( because it is down for the next five days for upgrades) and get My paperwork redone and turned in within two days. This office in Springfield Ohio needs serious overhaul and staff change.

Called to get my Medicare renewed because of their fault. They called us a liar and had to be on hold on the phone for 40mins! How unprofessional would never reccomend this place to anyone!

From the looks of the workers they process food quicker than paperwork; this office is a joke and needs looked into for fraud, neglect and down right ignorant employees; the job center is a joke unless English is your second language and you have multiple children by severaldonors. Worse than the US Senate

Sent me a scheduled visit date the day before it was scheduled and I didnt have time to grab all necessary documents for it. Been trying to call for over 2 weeks, left multiple messages requesting a call back to reschedule and even talked to someone who said they sent my info over to the correct dept to reschedule me and still no call back. Been on hold today and have someone pick up and quickly say hold on then put me back on hold.... poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. They NEVER answer the phone and when you leave voicemail messages you will never receive a call back. Youre expected to wait hours, yes, hours, just to ask a question or get anything accomplished. Paperwork is consistently lost. Ive been told repeatedly that theyre short staffed, but this has been an ongoing issue for years.

The benefits plus division person i was speaking to insulted my intelligence and hung up on me! Trash quality workers!

These people have no idea what they are doing. A gross allocation of tax payer dollars. You get a different answer from everyone you talk to. Been waiting since Nov 2017 for any movement on our case and now its almost April 2018. WAY TO LOOK OUT FOR THE KIDS Clark County!!!!

I really wish I could give them 0 stars. My family moved and I went in and reported the change and my address never got changed in their system so everything they mailed to me I never received so they stopped my assistance. Its been well over a month and still nothing. Now my wife is pregnant and we cant even get her insurance because they are so slow (not to mention she applied back in February and NEVER got anything back) if theyre so understaffed they need to take steps to fix the problem.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was trying desperately to get my medical situation worked out as I am chronically ill and they hung up on me. Apparently just hanging up on people is how they deal with situations they have no idea how to fix. I was not rude, I did not yell or curse. I just got hung up on for whispering Jesus under my breath.

I am a 20 year old, who lives on my own, with 825 a month rent, all utlities in my name, a full time college student, my work doesnt provide insurance, my parents dont have any, i do home health care 50 hours a week at 10 an hour to make ends meet, and i get told i need to make under $200 a week to qualify for medical insurance?!?!?! every one i have talked to has told me something absurd and different. went in the building, waited through 26 tickets, after 2.5 hours, i was greeted by a snarky lady who obviously hated her job. WHY APPROVE ME FOR INSURANCE, SEND ME MY CARD, THEN LET ME HAVE IT FOR 2 MONTHS AND TAKE IT WITH NO INFORMATION OR HEADS UP? i broke my ankle this past sunday, went to the ER monday, after being told its broke and xrayed, i get told my insurance was DENIED????? SO I NOW CANT EVEN FOLLOW UP OR GET TO THE ORTHO??? amazing how people who try do something in life, and work, pay taxes, pay into medicaid, go to college, live on their own after 18, pay their bills get NO help?????? thanks goverment. guess i need to quit my job, have 17 kids, drop out of college, do drugs, cause then, ill have my housing, food, utlities, medical insurance all PAID FOR YAYYY!!!! IDIOTS .

Been waiting over a month for insurance and food stamps. Called multiple times just to be told that my application hasnt been reviewed yet. They told me they are short staffed but that dont matter to a pregnant lady that needs insurance.

It should never take longer than a week to process paperwork. Ive seen people waiting since October 2017 and its almost February 2018! Ridiculous! Get it together Clark county!
