Been apart of CHD for years. And I can honestly say. I got one of the best therapist thats can come by. Im so blessed to have her in my life and to call her friend. Again one of the best CHD theropist.

At this place you a really just a number. The administrative staff are condescending and rude. Good luck if you need help with anything. My therapist is so so. I wish there were better options. Since they cater to the poor though, they dont have to change. The incentive is not there. People have no other options and they know that.

This place does not take mental health serious. They took me off the wait list without me knowing after waiting more than 2 months for outreach which i found out when i called wondering what was taking so long being that i was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks. After DAYS of phone tag with the supervisor they told me they would get my case open and assign me someone....of which i had to call numerous times within 2 weeks and never called me back...when i called the office they told me the worker called me a week prior which was a lie because i had no missed call or voicemail. When i said i dont feel comfortable seeing who i was assigned because she clearly was dodging my messages i was told i can be put on a wait list again...Seems to me they dont understand how mental health works and how hard enough it is for someone with mental health to even advocate issues for themselves at times. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! If you have serious mental health issues i recommend finding somewhere reliable.

The management at the Palmer mass shelter is the most unprofessional, rude , harassing people Ive ever come across . Constant defimation of character which is very much so against the law..I made a complaint against a certain woman and nothing got done. Now its time to call the news and let them know what kind of people they employ there..
