I took my Cobra 2000 to him in February 2021. I was told to call back in a month to schedule a pick up It was for a tune up and cleaning. I have called repeatedly with no call back or message. It now August and still no contact. Right now he is a thief and a liar in my book. Dont leave anything with him.

He set everything up got my CB Tuned And even got me Longer Range 10/10 would Recommend.

I didnt hate the shop it just doesnt exist. There is a top golf being built on this site and if you look close enough at the website you will find he does mobile repairs by appointment only.I am looking to build a station and need a storefront to pick out my equipment.

I paid him the 3rd $360 for new equipment this is now the 12th he isn’t answering calls or txt or emails because of this non response I’m going after refund . I would suggest looking elsewhere .Your response is BSYou have been paid in full according to your own receipts. Ordered merchandise on 9-13... have had a hell of a time contacting him. His communication is worst Ive ever encountered. Here we are on 11-20, and Im calling it a $340 loss. Take your money to the casino. Youll have better odds!!!My phone never leaves me and has never rang. You responded to me Tuesday. Told you I was in town till Saturday morning. In that time I sent you 7 text messages and called 3x. You ignored my calls and messages. Stop stealing peoples money. We work hard for it!

Steve came out to talk to me about my CB and gave me some recommendations and sold me a replacement microphone. His price for the mic was a bit high. Nice guy though, and responsive.

This shop has been working on my radios over 20 years now, I detour to come here. If have trouble on the road a quick call and he can usually talk me through fixing it until I can get there. Guarantees his work. Everyone I have sent here has had great service and radios work better than ever.I have him install whatever I need, would rather have a pro do it then screw it up myself, worth the extra money.

Called them yesterday to get my cb repaired. Steve met me in Walmart parking lot, gave him my cb and said he would call me in the morning.Today Steve called me in the morning, we set a time to meet, Steve was waiting for me.Done, cb works great!

Sent a message through messenger shows where he looked at it and here we are a week later and no response. I don’t understand a lot of these places they have absolutely no customer service skills and hence forth is why they will keep losing business and making money . What a tool

Hes had two of my radios for over a month will not answer emails now his phone is turned off..... Wish I had saw these reviews before I took my radios to him.

Dropped off a new radio for tweak & tune, got it back in an hour. It works great, I must say. Looking forward to getting my base station up and running. Very knowledgeable.

Met this guy at Kmart in Springfield Missouri, he took my radio comes back an hour later, replaced the a few internal parts, charged 80.00, then I noticed the light had quit working on the display, when I brought this to his attention and explained it was working before he took it, he explained its like a light bulb and that for another hour and another 20.00 he could fix it,, I explained I expected to get the radio back better and not items not working that were working when he took it... What he should have done was make sure everything was working before he put the radio back together and not tried to charge a customer for something he did, as I know for a fact the light was working before, but when he replaced a final in the radio it was no longer working...I would not recommend this guy to work on your radio... As a truck driver over the road, this is first time Ive had a cb repair put the burn to me... Also you can check out a you tube video on trucker9000, who put up a video of what happened.... Just keeping it real...

I cannot emphasize would never use them EVER again enough!On February 11th I contacted them and spoke with Steve. I inquired about having them install a CB antenna and run coax cable at our business. After having a conversation with Steve, he said it would be an easy process! I asked him a few different times if he wanted to come out to our business and conduct a site evaluation prior to ordering the materials he would need to install the antenna since it would be mounted to the roof of a building. Again, I was told that wasnt necessary and it would be simple. The same day, I purchased and paid for (in full) 70 ft of coax cable and the CB antenna. I was told these items would arrive in approximately 1 week. After waiting 1 week with no contact from anyone at their business I called them. I was told that only the coax cable came in and it would be another week before the antenna arrives. At the time, I said not a problem. After that next week went by, I called again to do another follow up. No answer. I had to call numerous times, send an email, and call from my cell phone. I finally received a phone call back from Steve and asked him when he could come install the antenna since all the items were in. I was told he would contact me the beginning of the following week to come out and install it. Without surprise, the entire next week went by and not one phone call from them. The start of the 4th week, I attempted contacting them AGAIN calling numerous times, leaving messages, sending emails, etc. It took another week for me to get another returned phone call. At this point we were now 5 weeks into this order/installment. I told Steve that we needed to get this installed immediately as when I ordered this back in February it was already a priority. He informed me that the beginning of the next week (Week 6) he would contact me to come out and install the antenna. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday went by with ZERO contact from him. I called numerous times on Thursday, left messages and demanded a phone call back. FINALLY - today (Friday) he contacted me mid-morning. He agreed to come out to our business and install the antenna at 1 PM. Once they arrived at our business, they informed us that we needed to provide them with ladders to access the roof and we needed to provide them with additional materials for them to install the antenna!! Needless to say they were FIRED and asked to leave! Never - EVER - have I done business with such an incompetent company! They clearly were aware of the task at hand, they chose not to do a site evaluation to know what to bring to conduct the business we were paying them to do! Thankfully, I only paid for the materials and not labor! (Yes, they were told to leave the items we paid for). I highly recommend, NEVER using them for business purposes!

As i stated in previous review, the final was replaced by the radio shop, who i met in kmart parking lot, who then took radio to an undisclosed location and returned an hour and 1/2 later, i noticed light was not working as i stated in previous review, the next day i went out again over the road i noticed the talk back was no longer working.. Ive had this radio for little over a year and know all about it,, when i took my radio to the radio shop all i wanted was a check to make sure everything internal was working properly, a peak and tune. Now ive got the radio back with no light and no talk back... Ill be having to stop in at another cb shop to have them fix the issues.... Just keeping it real.. The radio guy has called and offered to make it right with the light issue, but at this point im concerned he might cause other issues...

A complete and utter waste of time. If you open at 10, answer the phone at 10. Not to mention the wild goose chase to find the location.
