DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! SUBPAR PARTS AND THEY DON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY!!In may of 2021 I went to them to replace my broken screen on my iPhone 11. They did so in a timely manner, but failed to mention that the product they use is grossly subpar to an actual Apple product. Visually the new screen was different and it was 100x more sensitive then the original screen. It would glitch out occasionally and trying to type with the sensitivity was difficult! I was able to adjust the color and sensitivity a bit which helped but couldn’t adjust it enough. Every couple of words I would type would cause it to think I wanted to input a period to end the sentence. Very annoying. Fast forward to July 28th 2021, yesterday, only two months into the new screen. I was scrolling and then stopped to highlight a word when the screen completely spazzed/glitched out and I noticed a crack under the actual glass face that wasn’t there before. Note, it had never been dropped. Just normal use and always in a phone case.So, today, after looking up their warranty information, I took it in to have it repaired. The lifetime warranty states,“If the original repair fails because of the quality of a part we installed or due to the workmanship in the repairing of the device, Cell Phone Repair Springfield will fix it for FREE. No questions asked. You can’t beat a warranty like that!”To me, this is obviously a failed part due to the “quality of a part they installed”!!The assistant at the register denies my claim, and offers $20 off a new screen. Why in the world would I want to pay for another piece of junk screen that would probably fail in another 2 months?!?!? I just wanted it repaired under their warranty and for them to stand by it, which is why I chose to do business with them in the first place despite my intuition telling me not to.Shady business practices if you ask me.

My son cracked his screen at school this week and I went online that evening and googled cell phone repair service. CPR was first choice, went on their website got a quote submitted. I received an email in a timely manner with a response. We live over an hour away, so we made the trip Today (Saturday). They got our phone checked in an told us to give them 3 hours but took our number in case they got it done sooner. Got the phone call almost 2 hours after dropping it off. The staff was very friendly. Will return if any of our house members break their screens.Phone looks brand new. Everything works as it did when I took it in.

Called CPR to get (2) iPad screens repaired, same day they said I could drop them off. They called back immediately after and quoted the repairs out. They were done in no time! Very impressed with the service, quality of repair and pricing. Thanks so much!

Great and friendly service, but expensive repair. A new screen and digitizer for my Note 20 Ultra was over $300.00. But... I guess we have to pay for our mistakes, one way or another.

They dont wear name tags so I dont know his name but he was super friendly and helped with our phone issues.

I went in to have my back camera glass replaced, the camera was obviously dirty cause the glass was cracked. So they replaced the glass and left me with a dirty camera lens. It shouldve been cleaned too I figured thats part of the job. Unless I can get it made right I wont recommend this place

Dont usually leave a whole lot of reviews but this place has been great every time I needed a phone repaired. This last time went in and had a screen and battery replaced on an s8+ (which they had in stock and were able to complete in a couple hours). Also cleaned the speakers for me free of charge, and cut me a little discount for having multiple services done. Phone is like new again and I can hear people talk!

The guys here were amazing. I wish I could remember their names because they definitely deserve a shout out! I waited too long to take my phone in with the insurance claim thanks to the weather. They let me know exactly what I needed to do and as soon as they had my new claim information they called me. The phone was fixed quickly and works great. I would highly recommend them for any phone repair needs!

My LG phone decided to be weird today. I tried to turn up the brightness on my phone while I was in the car. My screen went black. The only screen I could see anything on the screen was when I pressed the button to turn off the phone or when someone called the phone.I looked up Cell Phone Repair online. The first place I tried had apparently gone out of business. I decided to try these guys. We drove out to Battlefield Road to see them.The young lady who helped me was very polite and listened intently while I described the problem. She didn’t know if her tech guy could help or not but she took my phone and headed to his desk. She came back a few minutes later and told me my options. I told her to have him do a reset; which he did and it worked. My phone was working again.I asked what the charge would be and was told No Charge!I will definitely be visiting them again.

I dropped and broke my Samsung note 10 plus. The screen was almost unusable. These replacement screens are pricey, but they gave me same day service which was awesome. Excellent service

The guys that work here are really sweet and nice. Greatly appreciated. They fixed my phone and didn’t require me to wear a mask. (They are not going to help prevent you from the coronavirus, sorry if you disagree it’s just logical science) look it up, please. If a surgeon were sick, especially with a viral infection, they would not perform surgery as they know the virus would NOT be stopped by their surgical mask.Please dear Americans think about what you are really doing. They were great. Im 1500 miles from home and my phone would no longer charge. My phone would say it was charging but would not charge. Took it into them and they diagnosed it as a bad cable. I bought a cable from them it cost me $20 when I thought I had to replace the phone.They were very honest and treated me well

I took my sons nintendo switch to u break i fix to fix the charge port they had it for a month and a half. They never fixed it. So I picked it up and took it to CPR they were great fast I mean less then 24 hours. They even cleaned it up and fixed a little water damage. It cost me half what it would at u break I fix.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CPR

My son completed cracked his screen on his iPad 3rd gen. They got it done in a little over 2 hours and they also got the marker off it even though I didn’t ask them to. HIGHLY recommend

Got a new screen put on my iPhone 11. Had the choice of an aftermarket screen or an OEM genuine apple screen for another $30. Went with the apple. Had talked to 2 employees about these options, Klayton and Cole. Everything went well. Nice guys, had the service done before the estimated time, and there I was happy. Then I started getting notifications on my phone about my display not being genuine. Talked to apple, they said talk to the 3rd party store that had replaced the screen. Come to find out, the $30 dollar more, genuine OEM apple screen is really just a premium aftermarket screen that replicates an apple screen. I do not think it is okay to mislead customers into buying premium aftermarket parts, that are marketed as genuine OEM apple parts.

Very friendly staff, easy to talk with. They got a part for my discontinued phone in less than 2 weeks and had the replacement done in just a couple hours. Came here for Wireless Trendz on Kansas and found the same reason I loved that store, right here.

I am a novice on phones I walked in there because of recommendations from another computer store and they fixed my phone in 10 minutes and didnt charge me anything showed me how to operate it theyre wonderful people out truly recommend them

Talked to Cindy on the phone who sold me on their business. They also had the most competitive price, even without discounts or anything. On a busy Saturday, they had my cracked screen replaced within a couple hours. It looks perfect, works same as before, and Allie went above and beyond and helped put on an extra screen protector I had on hand. The crew was nice and professional, and Im happy with this experience!

Went in for a broken IPhone screen. They replaced the screen and I went on my way, when I got home I noticed an imperfection in the screen. Went back the next day and they were able to get it taken care of as a warranty issue. Was worried they were going to charge me again, glad they stood behind their product.

Took in a new screen to have mine replaced and they did a good job...except for breaking the wifi antenna. However they ordered a new one and took phone in next day and they gave me $10 back for inconvenience and told me they sent wrong part and now have to wait another week to take it in yet again. They are very friendly and doing what they can to make it right and have otherwise done a good job fixing my phone. Maybe theyll offer me a free phone case for all this hassle of driving back and forth and waiting.

Go see Brady because this guy truly works to find his customers the best rates rather than working for just a paycheck. Replaced cracked screen and battery in under 45min. This is the place to stop and id love to have employees like him.

I was really dreading finding a new phone. I paid off my Galaxy S7 through Verizon (@ $25/mo.) and was ready to eliminate that monthly payment for good. I researched and found the right phone that was still going to up to date for quite a while and was far less expensive than what I paid for my last one. I looked online and was really having a tough time finding the best deal, especially with my busy schedule. I decided to call around town so I could just get it today and be done with it, even if I had to pay a little more. I discovered Wireless Trendz had a Pixel 2 and was pleasantly surprised to find the price and condition of the phone to be exceptional. When it was all said and done, this experience was the best Ive had at any Wireless store. Mercedes handled my situation like a pro. It was so easy that Im still happy about it. This phone is awesome and so is Wireless Trendz. I saved a lot of time and money which are basically the same thing.

Phone wasnt ready to pick up when they said it would be. But Im pretty sure they are the best Springfield has to offer. 🤷‍♂️

These folks rock! After I foolishly attempted to replace the battery in my Galaxy S7 edge and fractured the back glass in my oafish attempt, the techs had me up and running in under an hour. Returning my replacement battery to China and will never try to repair a cellphone again on my own.

I emailed and phoned the day before about a repair on my Samsung phone. I was quoted a price and told repair time of 1-3 hours. I explained that I live nearly 50 miles from their location and I had a couple other errands to run while waiting for the repair work to be done. When I got to the store at 10:30 AM, I was told the phone would be done at 5:30 PM. I could live with a 1-3 hour wait but I couldnt wait around for 7 hours.

I spoke with a representative that told me they had the screen I needed for my phone in stock and to come in anytime. Went all the way there to be told no, it looks like they have it in stock but they really dont and that I could be put on a list to be called when it does come in. This is really irritating as it was a total waste of time, especially after calling to verify they had it.Update: Because the merchant attempted to rectify the situation, I will change my rating. I do believe that mistakes can happen and that a prompt courteous response should be taken into consideration. I dont know that I will do this but I appreciate the gesture.

Had a broken screen on my iPhone 7+. Technicians were extremely knowledgeable and straight forward about my options. Had some moisture damage that they brought to my attention and advised me on my options before the repairs were made. I Opted to make the repair and prolong the purchase of a new phone. Wow ... Ive got to say I was very surprised . The counter help could have been better but there tech and tech work is remarkable. He came out and explained everything to me showed me in detail other problems , and even when he could have blamed the broken screen on the needed repairs he didnt he stood up and was 💯% honest and said it was his mistake . Im a secret shopper on my off time , not in this case though , but rest assured if they had done me wrong i would say so ... These guys get my approval all day.

Their team was very knowledgable and worked hard to fix my broken screen while also saving me money. Their quote was the most competitive than any other I researched and they even found a more efficient way to fix the screen. I also loved that they gave me a ticket with an exact window that the job would be done. They delivered perfectly. Plus, owners Tim and Cindy are wonderful people and they run a great business!

Now normally, when I write a review, its because the store went above and beyond, or they wasted my time. I ride the bus, so I normally call ahead to my destination to make sure they have what I need. I needed to fix my charger port since it was loose on my pixel 2. I called and they said they had 2 in stock. So I go ahead and take the bus, make it there, and they said they didnt have any. I know which store I called because my pixel 2 has caller id turned on. So now, out 3.75 in dollars wasted in a bus pass, i still have a messed charger port and wasted 2 hours of my time on the ride there and home. Good job.

When I went over there this morning, I told them that I had a cracked screen and dead pixels on my phone and the guy that helped me was really amazing. I loved the fact that my iPhone 5S looks like a brand new phone because of these guys. I would seriously 100% recommend them to get the screens for an iPhone or any phone fixed. These guys are amazing. Really awesome customer service.

Called as soon as my phone broke employees were very helpful and understanding and answered all and any questions that I had and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Prices were surprisingly VERY REASONABLE. Compared to what I thought it was going to be. I was able to speak to the manager no questions asked and I was reassured everything that her employees had told me was fact. Only like 45 mins to replace both the back and front glass of my phone. I would give them a ZERO if I could. I took my phone in after it got wet. They kept it for 2 days. On the phone told me it would cost $40 for water process. Got to the store was told it is $50 so I paid. When it was done was charged another $20. So a total of $70 paid. Got the phone and was told it is good as new. NOPE it wasnt lasted less than 8 hours. Went back in spoke with the owner and long story short just got a lot of blah blah....not our problem but we will sell you another phone. Drove to another company, they put in a new battery and it has worked fine since ......... Wireless Trendz NEVER mentioned trying a new battery- - just hey here are some used phones you can buy......... spoke with the owner again today, tried to work out something only told we dont warranty our work, we cant guarantee it will work after we do our water process....... so do your home work. There are other companies out there that do FREE diagnostics and will give you the EXACT amount it will cost........NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will go to this business again.
