My husband and I were extremely happy with Darlene and her crew. They were all very kind and efficient in our difficult time. My best friend of 50 years passed in Florida and was to be buried in her home state of Massachusetts. They were all wonderful and we deeply appreciated all of their help.

Darlene and her staff took excellent care of my mother. Everyone was extremely professional, communicative, and, most importantly, compassionate. It was a calming experience during a very difficult time. I highly recommend NEFCC.

I want to thank NEFCC and their info help desk. After 10 years almost, I needed a copy of the certificate of confirmation of my loved ones cremains so that I can bury them in Puerto Rico. I called on a Monday, and got the original copy emailed to me. I was able to bury my dad with his mother in the family crypt on Friday. Thank you so much for the fast search! I highly recommend NEFCC, Here I am 10 years later needing a document and the service was just as day 1, EXCELLENT!!!

Horrendous experience from beginning to end. It has taken our family years to recover from this terrible, terrible experience. We had to enlist the aid of another funeral home to get our mother’s body back from this place. We were completely taken advantage of at one of the most vulnerable & devastating moments of our lives. The woman who runs this place is avaricious, vindictive and cruel.Buyer beware.
