Phillip and his staff were so caring and understanding during this most difficult time with the lost of our beloved Mother. With siblings located in four different states and unable to travel to Springfield due to the pandemic, this funeral home was more than accommodating while handling every detail without exception. We wish we could have held our planned services at their location but they have given us to tools to hold it next year to celebrate the life of this wonderful woman. This is the third time we have used the services through Bisch & Son. We have always been treated like family. Questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manner. I love the fact they are with you for the long run. Our last experience we had a cremation. No matter how long after, we can bring the urn back and have it opened for jewelry, memorial spreading, ect. and resealed for no extra cost.

We used Bisch & Son Funeral Home in 2007 for our Mother and received great services and care. We decided to used them again for our father. Once again we received great services and were very caring. Bisch was extremely professional and timely in a stressful situation. I was in another state and unable to be present making it especially concerning, but everything went well due to the folks at Bisch. I really appreciate the caring manner in which all services were performed and communicated.

Above professional if that is possible and getting the call that Bisch had our loved one in their care and out of the hospital gave us such peace of mind. It was as if to say, now family had them and they were being taken care of. Clinical is cold. Bisch is warm and family.

With each family members passing, we find the staff and services at Bisch to highly surpass all of our expectations. Jim Williamsons empathy and support was personal and truly genuine. He was available 24/7 and never made us feel rushed or pressured. There was nothing he wouldnt have done for us in his realm of responsibility.
