Ive used PC Net nearly as long as Ive owned a computer. Initially Id call as needed for help with one work station. As my business grew, they built my entire server network. Now that Ive been on their Pulse service for a few years, I realize that I take them and my computer for granted. I dont recall the last time i had any problem or spent any significant time dealing with computer issues. On those occasions when i do need help (upgrades, expansion, etc.) I appreciate that they speak in plain language and respond quickly.

One of my business computers was compromised. The error message advised me to call the Microsoft 800#, and against my better judgement, I did. The Microsoft technician informed me that bad people from overseas have tried over 10,400 times to hack into my computer and I had to spend $$$ to get the problem permanently resolved. I was informed no local IT guy can fix this error and purchasing a new computer would be futile as well. Instead of falling into their scam, I called PC Net.PC Net gave me their reasonable rates up front. I opted for the 1/2 hr diagnostic plan and brought the computer to their beautiful shop conveniently located close to my office. The staff was remarkably knowledgeable and very friendly. They had my problem fixed within one hour and advised me on a piece of software to help prevent this problem from happening again. And they did not scold me for being a moron and almost falling for a dangerous scam. WOW! Impressive and inexpensive!I highly recommend PC Net for your business and home computers. Sydney is the tech that came out to help us. She was super professional, as well as willing to look at a few other issues on the fly while here. Gave us her input/suggestion on issue we had been unable to fix...what she told us she thought we should try did indeed solve the issue! Impressed by her willingness to really diagnose a problem that wasnt even the main reason for the visit.
