Absolute waste of time if your trying to cash a personal check. Will not give you any information over the phone other than, Yes, we cash checks here. Then when you drive there, you must fill out a very detailed application with all your personal information. And even after all that checks out perfectly, unless the person who wrote the check has FIVE TIMES the value of the check in their account, they will refuse to cash it.The manager told the woman who was working with me that she had only seen two personal checks ever get cashed there...And then they will refuse to give you the application back and insist that it will be shredded. The strange part is, as I was leaving the parking lot I received an email thanking me for setting up an account and it had all my personal information in it.Very unsafe and a waste of time.

The ladies there were so professional when I called to help answer my questions and didnt make any fuss about me calling mulitple times to figure it all at brandie was patient with me when I not only called for myself but also when I was helping my father in law who has a hard time understanding things on the phone due to hearing loss. I wanna thank the girls again for their time and patience with us.

My fiance went in before i did to get a loan. They were talking bad about her behind my fiances back when i went in. Saying that she is lucky she gets to sleep in till 12pm. My fiance had an injury at work and was not able to work. She is now a stay at home mom looking for a job. Just the disrespect they had for the customer was ridiculous.

This place saved my life being as I just moved from out of state I still have an out of state title on my car so I couldnt do a title loan but they took the time and explained other types of loans they offer and were able to find a way to get me cash. They are lazy and dont do their job. They were supposed to call and verify a check today but they didnt which caused a lot of headache for me. I went to another place and was able to get my check cashed. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
