These people are awesome. They are really fast and extremely friendly. They also have lots of options for payment such as pay off by a debit card over the phone, debit card on site, and cash onsite. You can even sign your paperwork on your phone!

Wish I could give -5 stars for these idiotic crooks.Fell on hard times and have bad credit and they were all that would work with me. I had taken a Payday loan of $500 out about 2 months ago. Well I made 2 payments and again fell on hard times and couldnt pay it at the time. At this point it was 476. About 2 weeks later (around a month ago) i got my tax refund back and intended to pay it off in full at the time. I called to make the payment of 534 but was told that the loan had been paid in full already and I owed nothing. I was confused about how it happened but just took it as a blessing. 2 weeks later I get a call asking for the loan amount of 569. I was further confused but they explained that their stores do this but I still have to pay it back to the store. No problem i borrowed it ill pay it they worked with me on a payment plan and took off a $25 late fee making it $534 again and told me that a payment of $144 would be due today August 24th 2017 and then the normal cycle of payment would continue. I agreed and called today to make the payment but again they said it was paid in full.. only this time it really was because they took it upon themselves to withdraw the entire amount of what was owed on the loan at 3am this morning! A whopping $534! I of course was appaled and outraged and explained what i agreed to then asked if they could refund some of it back at least a couple hundred. They said their system had all the information i mentioned but for some reason it took the full amount of the loan instead of the agreed $144 but they could not refund any! Then they further rub salt in the wound by telling me that the good news was i could get another loan. I dont have much choice but to get another because after they fradulantly withdrew the $534 and I paid other bills i have $7 left to my name to get me to my next paycheck. But if you have any other choice avoid these dumbass crooks before they take your money payment agreement be damned then i urge you to do so!!
