Wish I could give 0 stars! We came to cash some checks because we just recently moved to Oregon. The guy who was helping us was a jerk. He treated us horrible!!! He wanted a phone number to call (note- utah is an hour ahead) I googled the company and gave him the number. He told me they wouldnt cash it because he had to call and verify it was an actual check although it had two signatures from the owner and it was a watermarked check. We also heard him hang up the phone on a customer simply because he could only answer so many questions. You guys seriously need to evaluate your definition of customer service and how you treat people. I will NEVER return due to this first experience. And the man who was working should be fired. Ive never dealt with someone with so much attitude. If you hate your job so much, quit .

There is an employee there that was rude when I first came in, as well as a time when I called. I dont know her name but she is kinda heavy set and in maybe her mid to late 40s. I would not recommend dealing with her. Her customer service is horrible and she is very rude. There is another lady there that is pretty nice. I would see anyone else, but the rude one has to go. You shouldnt have someone working with the public with such a nasty demeanor.

Not charge a fee just to deposit money into my account, which I have had for several years.

I used their check cashing service and now Im getting 3+ calls a day from different numbers for fake debt collections and other scams. It started right after I used their service and the a-hole on the phone keeps saying its about my student debt. I checked for identity theft after the first call, Ive never had student loans of any type. I block the number and I get a call from another number with the and same guy with the same stupid pitch.Unless theyve been sitting on my number for months, I strongly suspect that Ace sold/gave them my contact information.

Stop sending me promotional papers in the mail. If I needed cash I’d get it from my bank account.. you are wasting paper on people who don’t blow all their money in one day and need a loan later in the week. We don’t and won’t ever use a cash advance

Since Friday is obviously a pretty busy day have enough staff on hand that customers arent having to wait 45min to add $ or any other services especially because the staff is unequipped with working electronics or are unfamiliar with the equipment needed to perform parts of their job
