I was referred to Supreme Team by a colleague of mine after having a bad experience on Groupon. I was able to speak to the owner, explain what I needed and after he asked me a few basic questions I was able to easily book an appointment. I could immediately tell the difference the moment I walked into my home ; everything was impeccable (even the hard to reach areas). Nothing was overlooked by the cleaning team, which was amazing because I have 3 dogs. The customer service is great, you get an immediate response, and they can easily work around your scheduling needs to find a time that suits you . Not to mention it is important to support your great Local Businesses, I would definitely recommend reaching out to Supreme Team .

Reached out to get quotes from a few companies as I was moving into a new property. Sent a message to ask what services included, they said check the website... I should have known then but some reviews were good and the list on the website was long so I figured they cant be that bad. The price was $400 for 4000 sqft and I had to Venmo the deposit. DO NOT VENMO. Venmo does not protect your transactions against scammers. You have to involve law enforcement if you want Venmo to step in.u2028u2028I wrote the date and time five times. Then one week before I bought the property, I get calls that the team is waiting for you at the door... I wasnt even there. I said you got the wrong week, Im moving the next week. Be there at 9 am. I have movers coming in at 1:30.u2028u2028Two days before my services, I ended up getting carpet cleaning so I called Joe to ask for a reduction in price since 5000 square feet of vacuum was just eliminated from the list of things to do. He said, floor vacuum is not included to begin with so the price wont change!!!! Can you believe that?!! It was in the darn list on the website.u2028u2028 Day of my move, nobody shows up... Nobody answers the phone, text messages, nothing... 3.5 hours later, right as my moving truck shows up, the cleaning crew showed up. Cleaning crew is good. Management and customer service is trash. Its obvious they get a bunch of friends to write good reviews for them

Joe is super responsive to the point I was surprised she answered my appointment request as quick as she did because I sent my message at 6:00am on a Saturday and she still answered me right away and booked it for me! I love when I can do that without having to actually call in. Very convenient! The ladies arrived and went straight to work. They finished everything within 2 hours and they left my house sparkling and smelling so clean! Joe messaged me as soon as they were done to make sure we were satisfied. I really appreciated that and that’s why I like working with privately owned companies. Thanks again Joe and team!

We needed a last-minute move-in cleaning, and the staff at Supreme Team Cleaning lived up to their name. They were punctual, efficient, and thorough, even passing my “crevices on the banisters” test. Moreover, they were very affordable, especially for the DMV area. Supreme Team Cleaning is definitely a company on the rise...kudos!

I’ve had 2 sessions of bi-weekly cleanings. For the first session, I was home for part of it and happy with the service. The second session, I scheduled while I was at work. In both instances I think they did a great job. I left out fresh sheets on my dresser and without asking they changed sheets, and in another instance they cleaned my cast iron skillet (when I didn’t expect it!!), which was very nice. Overall they did a great job. I can’t say there’s anything that they didn’t do as I expected. I will definitely book in the future. It’s great to come home on a Friday to clean space.

Supreme Team Cleaning came into my apartment and cleaned everything up. My blinds, my stove, floors everything. I was able to get my deposit back with no problem. Very detailed in their cleaning so that you are satisfied. I had no complaints and would definitely recommend their services.

Supreme Team Cleaning has cleaned my place repeatedly and always done a very good job. On top of dusting your shelves and sweeping/mopping your floors, heyll change your sheets, make your beds, fold your towels, etc. The management is also very responsive over phone-call and text and willing to accommodate customers schedules.

This review is long overdue, but I just had my second excellent experience with Supreme Team Cleaning, and wanted to be sure and leave a positive review. Joe, the owner, is always very prompt in responding, and has always been very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The work he does is absolutely fantastic; my house is sparkling! Its so relaxing to come home to a clean house. Seriously, even my dishwasher is sparkling. The price is completely reasonable, and they seem to run specials pretty often. Joe showed himself to be accommodating even before he arrived as I attempted to get him for an earlier appointment and he did his best to arrive earlier. Joe spent a good two hours doing my wife’s and I move out cleaning and I hadn’t seen that fridge and kitchen that clean since we moved in. Yes, my wife and I clean. Joe went into all the cabinets and cleaned it all up and did a sue peen job in the bathroom. He brought his own mop and vacuum and did all of our floors. One man stop shop for cleaning!I was so satisfied with his work in the end I left him a tip on top of his fee!

I asked for a total clean of the whole house. They quoted me $160. Two people were here for 5 hours and the house looks amazing!!! I definitely recommend.

These two did my apartment turnover cleaning, and were the best! They were very polite, professional and did a great job. They were also quick to provide a quote and were very reasonably priced.

Final Update: Beware. If these amateurs damage your goods, youre on your own. The response was first, how can I rectify the situation? So acknowledging that there was something to be rectified. Then when I sent the part that would have to be replaced ($110 or so), there was silence. Finally, I received an email after again asking for a response:My apologies for the delay. My team is adamant on not being the ones who damaged your range. Im not going to be able to replace.Thank YouJoe S.Ghastly cleaners. Came in for deep clean for the first time and asked me whether it was a move out clean. House is full of furniture, clearly we are not moving out. First thing they do is spray the stove grates down. I tell the lady in the bathroom no bleach on the tiles. Another comes down and asks if she can use bleach on the white wood trim! I have never heard of anyone using a acidic product on wood before. They clean, counter tops are left dirty, I didnt see the corners at first but looked after they left. Worst part is that the grate cleaner took the finish off my stainless stove console and scratched it for good measure in multiple places. Its a $3000 stove. The owner is now telling me he can fix it with a stainless polish. No. It has to be replaced. These amateurs will never set foot in my house again. I will update if I get a satisfactory resolution.Update: I have spoken with the owner and will ask for the company to pay for replacement of that piece of the stove. I have had several cleaning services over the 15 years Ive lived in this house. This sort of damage was done by only one other service but after several years and they too were fired. No idea what sort of degreaser does this.

I have mix feelings about the cleaning and service. When I initially called, the communication was great. Would get immediate reply about booking the date and services offered. After I made the payment and booked an appointment , I didnt get a single answer back when I reached out to them. The cleaning team arrived 30 minutes late but she did call/text and apologized for being late so that was fine. Three ladies arrived to clean the condo, but it seemed they didnt know what was going on. On the initial call, I had explained in DETAIL of how my condo flooring and walls were redone due to flooding. Therefore, there was dust everywhere and I would be moving things around to clean different areas. The guy explained that they didnt move furniture which was fine since we could move it for them. He said that I would need move in/out cleaning which cost A LOT (a big house cleaning service fee). I was willing to pay it since I really needed my place cleaned. It was however a different story when the cleaners were there. The leader was not expecting my condo to be so dusty. She asked if I had masks for the team (?!?!?). And then asked if I needed the drawers in kitchen cleaned. I should have said yes but me thinking oh they have lot to do said its okay. One person had a paper towel and windex and just went around spraying places and started to clean not even doing a good job. The other person climbed on my white cushioned dining chair without asking with her shoes on and started to dust/clean. The leader took charge of the kitchen which she did do a decent job. The cleaning service I had expected was more professional. I had my house cleaned in California many times and it was always an excellent job no need to point out anything. Long story short:-bathroom tub not scrubbed just windex (asked them to go back and clean. She sprayed water outside tub and I had to clean that when they left)-the rims on marble countertops/ bathroom tiles all still were dusty-the vacuuming was poorly done and had to point out places missed (still saw dust even after pointing out)-the mopping was a towel over a broom! They didnt even have a proper mop to clean the floor-to top it off, they didnt even have trash bags and asked me to provide it for themI really felt cheated out of my money. I really wanted to let them just do their job and not point out things out to them. They were all sweet ladies. But when you see half attempted cleaning and even skipping parts of it, it cant be helped. I went through so much with the flooding of my place and was finally ready to move back home after five weeks on the air mattress. I felt stressed out the whole time and it would have been better for me to just clean the place myself.

Stay away from this company. The owner, Joe, is extremely unprofessional. He emails me on the day of and changes the time. When I called to re-confirm the time, he asks me why I have an attitude. Very unprofessional behavior. Stay away from this company! This guy doesnt know how to run a business. After his threatening behavior on the phone, I didnt feel comfortable having him clean my house.

I worked for him last week and he promised me pay today . I call today and he refuses to pay me for working for him . HE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE . I scrubbed Floors bathrooms and cleaned to a T & the thanks I get is no pay and he tells me to take it out of a phone that was sold to him last year . He chooses to mix anger with business . Its sad and I would never have thought this would be the outcome but apparently HE shouldnt be running a business if he doesnt know how to act ACCORDING I wish I could give it less than 1 star

Never work for him he dont like to pay he use his employee to get what he want and I would never tell anyone about his company to work or to clean bad business
