Great commercial cleaning service! We have used them since February 2013 and they have keys to both premises. I only have positive comments to make!I feel able to ask them to undertake specific tasks and they keep in contact when necessary. The cleaning service they provide is excellent, their work is thorough and our home and office are cleaned to a high standard.

Thank you for making my home a warm nice and clean place! Now i can enjoy my day off! The house looks amazing.

1) You showed up 4 hours late, leaving my friend and her toddler waiting with no phone call. When I called you were defensive and attacking when asked why.2) You abandoned your rather inexperienced and inefficient team alone with no supervision which was sorely needed taking house key with you. They immediately left.3) They stayed less than 2 hrs total, leaving 90% of promised work undone.4) I had to spend another $600 to get short notice professional cleaning for home.5) Unprofessional, incomplete, unnecessarily rude creating large stress for all.6) Showed up reeking of alcohol the next day to collect missing materials.7) After being offered pay for little work that was done, refused and continued to harrass my friend repeatedly.Not recommended!!

Guy named Anthony came to my house in a red Cadillac with a little vacuum that I could of bought at Walmart. I asked if he had deodorizer he said yes but Ive seen my couch cleaned many times I did not see or smell any chemicals or deodorizer. the next day couch still smells I tried calling company I ask for a different person hes the only one in my area but Im in a totally different state from him they need more people. The company stated they dont provide the equipment to the cleaner this company is not professional. They received payment from my couch insurance company and my couch is in same position because they have 1 person thats about 2 hours away with not the proper equipment. My insurance company can not help and give me different provider because they already paid and its not a separate issue

Great house cleaning! I would just like to say that Im extremely happy with the whole house cleaning service provided by Tri County Cleaning Service.The staff are always pleasent and polite and you have been very flexible to meet our needs as well.I cant imagine what I did without you!!
