Its been warm here the last couple days after a couple of weeks of really cold weather for February. So the car wash has been very crowded as you can see in pictures, still good water pressure and all that but the automatic wash broke down on me the last 2 nights. I use the car wash all the time and this is the first time its ever been down. Its a good car wash. A little hard to get to. But good

Took our husky to Patriot Car wash on the 4th of July weekend. They provide full service, self-serve tubs and dryers for your pup. Balto had a great time. They even have staff to attend to it after your done.

We just love the dog wash. The price is reasonable and you can be as quick or as thorough as your dog will allow and only pay for the time you use. The counter height tubs are a life saver for your back! The water temperature and spray pressure are perfect and the staff is so quick to come clean a bay as soon as the customer is finished, so you know the tub is clean and sanitized before you bathe your dog. Weve used their shampoo on our dog when weve forgotten ours and he tolerates it well even though he has pretty sensitive skin. They also have built in flea and tick shampoo, conditioner and even sanitizer in case you want to sanitize the bay yourself before washing your dog, although its seriously not necessary. The dryer is not super loud so its less likely to scare my dog. Coming to Patriot Dog Wash is actually fun and has made us enjoy bathing our dog instead of dreading it!

I took my car to get washed today and it got dented and scratched up in multiple places.

I went to wash my two small dogs. I washed, rinsed, conditioned, and rinsed one more time. I then used the dryer on them. This took a little over 16 dollars. The water pressure is so low that I think I could have cut the time in half had it been decent water pressure. It made it not worth it so I will continue to do it at home. The pressure should at least be the same as a shower head in a New home. Its more like a Wal-Mart faucet trying to save money on water.The idea is great but its not worth it for small dogs.

I used the dog wash. It was pretty cool. It has everything you need included.

There has been other car wash places where I get disappointed with the quality of the wash. This one may be a little bit more expensive for the automatic car wash, but I find it to be worth it. My kids and I even enjoy the bubbles as we drive in and the rainbow colored foam. It makes for a fun experience.

I use the dog washing station frequently. They provide aprons so you don’t get soaked washing your dog. The tubs are always clean. I love it!

Everything works as it should, and the manual wash stations are clean, easy to use, and well maintained.

Got the super wash and it wasnt as super as it sounded. Lots of streaks on my car. You can specifically see where their clear protectant was sprayed and spot free rinsed off. Also, the machine said to go forward, then stop, then go forward immediately after, then it said to go backwards. Yes - the last part is mostly user confusion but shifting my car into park shouldnt make it tell me to go forward and then backwards again.

Its good. The self service wash is superior to the auto wash. Sometimes a wet dog smell can waft by, but If you love dogs like me thats more of a plus.

My favorite spot to wash my car. I dont think I have ever spoken to an employee but I dont really care about that for a car wash. I like the music they play over the speakers

Whe traveling through our dog was starting to smell and was dirty. The staff was very helpful and the wash stations were clean when we used them.

I take 2 of my cars here, they have a really nice car wash with hot wax, it’s currently $12 and worth the money.

Yeah the owner real good people friendly the biggest big enough for RVs to pull in there all the machines are working real good putting out good soap and rinse and all that and you left me hang out there for a little bit longer than usual because it was my time for detailing cleaning the truck out for my Long haul so thanks

This carwash really works, plenty of water and soap all the time.

I have a very tall Jeep that due to the ground clearance, sometimes the sensors to the blowers will think I have already left as I drive through. Called Carl & he can turn them back on from his home! 5 Star service. Always taken care of.

This use to be a good place today. But I went today and there was barely any water pressure. When I told the guy working he just stared at me. I put about 15 bucks in to start, and it took me forever to rinse my dog because of the water pressure. I had to put more money in, about 6 bucks.

Best drive thru touchless wash in Springfield, Ive tried them all. I always come here in between handwashings for a quick cleanup after the getting caught in rain or just to get rid of pollen or dust. You can immediately just jump on the highway to blow off any missed water if you are in a rush as it is right beside the on ramp.

Probably one of the few places I take my GTR if I need to clean up and wash. Ppl are nice, staff is awesome and the area is big and clean. Next to the freeway so drying the car at LEGAL and SAFE speeds are fun haha

The perfect place to take your dog for a bath

Went to use the self service dog wash before taking my dogs to the vet. Really pleased with the facilities that make washing my dogs SO easy. From start to dry it was 15 minutes each. Wash takes credit cards so you dont have to carry a pocket full of quarters. You can wash, rinse, condition and rinse your dog with the same wand. No need to bring shampoo because everything is included. There are two wash stations, that are separate from each other in case your dog gets overly excited with other dogs. Since i have two dogs, I can leave one in the car and keep an eye on them because I can park outside and keep an eye on them thanks to large windows. I spoke with the owner while I was there, nice guy, retired Marine. Ill be back for sure.

Dont buy out of the vending machine. Bought a Dr.Peper that expired in 2008. Also, kinda pricey for a vacuum.

I like using this wash because its very well-maintained, they cater to dog lovers, and the water in the car wash comes out hot. The hot water makes a big difference; it cleans better and faster.

Shout out to Carl..you were very helpful!!..hes the owner who happened to be present when I went..first time going there and its quite different then other self service car washes I have been thru..they have a touch free automatic wash which is a rare find..just wished the express $5 wash had the option to dry your car as well!I wasnt happy with the express wash, but Carl made it right for me with a free wash. He really is big about customer service and businesses like these are a rare find!And their self service wash are great..well kept unlike some of those ghetto places!I am going back here every time I need a wash..a bit out of my way but worth it!

I am just visiting Springfield for a week and needed to wash my filthy car and by chance found this lovely gem. What struck me is that there was no lack of suds when using the brush...and everything worked amazingly well. If you live or new to Springfield.. I recommend this ... and they have a dog wash place attached to it... another added plus.

One of my preferred car washes to go to. Their self wash bays always work properly because they maintain them. Their touch free auto wash works great as well. I can count on this wash place to always clean my work truck.

Best automatic, scratchless car wash in this hick town.

The price is fair, but the vacuums aren’t very strong - even when you pay for the “extra suction”. I’m sure the people who run it are nice though.

In my opinion this is the best self service carwash in Springfield. I like to wash my car myself and I have tried probably every self service one in town and this seems to be the best bang for your buck.

Brushless wash. The power spray nozzles were so powerful it was rocking my pickup truck! It actually got the front and the tailgate clean. I have a bed cover a even got it clean. I got the Super Wash for $9 I liked it. The truck was really really dirty from the winter weather. My first time there at this automatic wash and I was impressed with the end result.I will drive a couple extra miles to go there again!

I came here to use the dog wash! I stupidly thought I would bring my 100lb dog to this thing and be able to force her into the sink stall on my own 😂 HA! Thankfully the attendant working was super helpful and helped me shove her up the ramp to the sink. (So if you have a large dog, take note of that.)Once I got her into the sink, it was a breeze! The machine takes change, cash, or card. You pay by the minute. I think I only spent $5 in total and like I said, I have a 100lb dog!! Also, it was nice that there were aprons available to help you not get completely soaked in the process.I definitely will be coming here again next time I give my dog a bath! This is way cheaper than going to use a stall at a pet store. And the attendant comes in and cleans the wash stations when they are done being used. 10/10 recommend!!

I live on 44 going towards Willard, but i would drive to this car wash station because there are subtle things that this business has that keeps me coming back. Clean area, machines that actually work and best of all, credit/debit friendly. Its never busy, customer service is great and theres always some1 on staff to assist.

In case you were wondering, this place is TOTALLY worth it. Professional tubs with restraint, warm water, shampoo, or flea and tick shampoo, conditioner and blow dryers. They even provide water proof aprons so we dont take a bath as well. Takes cash or card. I have a chow/aussie with the chow chow fur. Was still only $10.

Best place to take your dog on Springfield!

The attendant is good about keeping the dog bath area clean. Costs around $8-$10 to wash and dry a full grown German Shepherd. Much easier than cleaning up the bathroom after washing my dog!

I have a black car so I need a brushless was. Patriot is great. Thet have brushless automatic wash and the location is super clean. We live on the opposite side of town but will drive across town just for this car wash.

Nice place. You can wash your dog here which is cool...kinda smells like a dog in there but par the course. Only place I know that if you go to the river and your car and dog are muddy you can clean it all at the same place. Reasonably priced and the manager came out to assist me while I was staring at the debit card machine. You can get coins to use at the vaccuum and car wash at the front, or pay with debit card at car wash. Coins can be used for car wash, vacuum, smell spray station. They also have vending for air freshener and snacks....

Always clean and machinery functions well both in the car wash and dog wash!

They had two gentlemen on the inside help get me some change and they were there in case I needed help which I like lot of places dont have anybody there they did

Best wash in town

I have been stopping and using the self service side of this car wash for years. Over that time I cannot recall ever having issues with anything but the vending machine that you purchase car detailing products/materials. It would not take my money. With that being said they always have an attendant on duty. Even into the night hours. My issue was quickly resolved without question. The best part is they take debt cards, use tokens or my favorite you can exchange cash for the gold dollars everyday. That in itself is nice especially if you have kids that work harder for gold dollars then they do green dollars.I recommend this place for a quick stop and wash or a lengthy detail wash if you want to take the time. It also has a brushless auto wash and a dog wash.

They dont even deserve one star. The layout of the bays are setup to make you have to spend more quarters, the pressure of the water is lower than average, and soap continues to come out of the sprayer over two minutes after you switch to rinse. I would say the vacuums suck but that would give them too much credit. Dont waste your quarters here!

While Ive never used the dog wash portion of the car wash the car portion is great!The equipment has always worked and all the stations take credit card! No need to haul a bucket of change over to wash your car.Friendly staff. On nice weekend afternoons when it is busy the staff will bring out free ink pens and window wipes to those waiting in line.

Paid $7 for the all inclusive wash. Left a black film all over my truck. Had to go home and hand wash to get it off. Plus they want a $1 for vacuum where a lot of local car washes have free vacuums. Will not use in the future.

Awesome place for my little Mya. Never been to a self service dog wash. What an excellent experience. We are truck drivers from Michigan. Been on road for over a month. My dog, Mya, just enjoyed it. Been so hot and she really need a bath. Truly recommend it, need more like this around. Clean place with aprons you can wear. Has a rinse, shampoo, condition and flea shampoo bath button and a blow dryer. Price starts at $2 for 2.5 min. And goes up for more minutes. Really fair prices I think. Beats using a lake or my tub when Im home and super nice cause be been on road for awhile. I love it!

All bays take cards, removing the old requirement of getting a roll of quarters or using change machines. Their automatic wash is thorough, and doesnt require you to do anything but pull up and stop.The only change Id like to see is the dog wash open on Sundays.

Honestly it wasnt bad but the $12 for the auto car was was a bit steep. Also for some reason it didnt wash off bird poop on 1 of the side mirrors.

Id give it 5 stars if were a bit cheaper. Prices start higher than the automatic $3 drive thru washes around town, but I think my car gets a lot cleaner by using Patriots stand still auto wash. Its quick, its easy, and gets my car squeaky clean everytime. Located in a well lit location for night washes, and the owners keep it clean and nice looking. They also have a dog wash on site which weve used and loved!

My car comes out CLEAN! Not pricey and it always works, which is more than I can say for the others Ive used. Its the only car wash I use.

We have a Ford Focus and an Escape. The Focus is too short in length and it did not get clean on the hatch and back bumper. Works great on the Escape.

One of the best places in Springfield to wash your car and even your dog! $1.50 for 4 minutes with your car and $2.00 for 4 minutes with your pup. Cheap sodas and candy bars in the vending machine. Been coming here since they opened.

It would be excellent. But I dont think the air dryers arent sufficient enough to dry anything. Other than that they are FANTASTIC! I washed, conditioned & rinsed my 75lb pitbull Justice in 6 minutes! I will be back!
