I have been going to this facility for many years.I have always enjoyed the services they render.Last Saturday I paid to have my car washed and armor all inside, They were very busy and gave me rain check for the armor all.I went the next Wednesday and stated I could not find the rain check receipt, but they performed the service, and a lot more.I am very pleased with this facility, and the workers.

This place was my go to for a quick vacuum and wash of interior/exterior. Recently when I’ve gone the interior of my vehicle hasn’t been vacuumed well or wiped down well. When I got my car back last week all of the floor mats were messed up and I had to put them all back myself. I ended up going to the gas station to finish the vacuum job. I won’t be returning.

Ended up with a 6+ scratch on my freshly tinted window after kindly asking the interior team to avoid the windows. Also, floors were not vacuumed, watermarks all over the wheels and roof, and swirl marks were present throughout (website advertises brushless... ITS NOT).I spoke with 4 different managers at this location, none of which have been willing or able to offer a solution. Horrible experience considering they failed to provide the service which I paid for, and managed to damage a brand new truck in the process. Would not recommend and I will not be returning unless it is for them to right their wrongs.

Left parts of my interior dirtier than before. Whats the point of vacuuming first when the people wiping your interior end up tracking dirt after? 2 stars for the actual car wash machine, but you cant really screw that up right? Youre better off getting the wash at a gas station, save money on gas, then vacuum yourself. Cheaper and much more effective.

Berta is one of the best workers there! She was super nice and cleaned my interior well. She even carefully removed the blanket in my trunk and placed it on top of something else so it wouldn’t get dirty while she cleaned the trunk. I go here every week, and I think my car looks cleanest after coming here. A company that focuses on speed and quality is a company that I can respect.

Just look at their reviews, big mistake to come here. A gas station would do you better than this car wash.

Ive been here a couple times but this last time will be my last. Last Saturday I came to get my car washed, all was normal until my car was finished and I went to put my car in drive to realize my shifter button had been broken. It fell out and was in pieces. I asked for help and the manager came over and then said, it was my fault it was broken and I should have told them about it. I exclaimed that I was able to drive my car to the carwash and now I am not able to put my car in drive because the button is broken. The manager was then just like, well this is in you.I told him that there needs to be a conclusion because I cant move my car. The shifter cant move because they had broken my button. They eventually found a way for me to move my shifter so I could drive me car.The part that was broken was bought for $15 and easy to fix. It was the way I was treated is what ruined it for me. Accidents happen and they should own it. The fact I was told it was my fault that they had broken my shifter button is unprofessional and outlandish. Ill be going elsewhere for future services but wanted to share my experience to warn others.

I took in my SUV for an express interior detailing - when I called prior to heading over, I was told that it would take 45 minutes but upon arriving maybe 15 minutes later around noon, was told that it would take 2 hours. When I checked out, I asked the cashier if I would get a call to let me know when the car would be ready, or if I should come back at the 2 hour mark. She said they would call, so I wrote my number down (and car model) and handed it to her and left shortly thereafter.Cue 3pm - it had been 3 hours and I still had no call from Embassy. I called repeatedly through 3-4pm and when it hit 4pm, I decided to just head over. When I pulled into Embassy, I noticed that it was closed and that my car was in the parking lot. I was pretty upset at that point, because I assumed that they had locked my vehicle and had possession of my spare key. Upon approaching my car, I noticed that the side mirrors were not closed (they close when the doors lock) and that the door lock knob was up high. The doors were not locked. To make matters even worse, they had left my spare key in the main cup holder, plainly visible for anyone peering into the car window.I have no idea when Embassy closed, but they did not call me to let me know that they were closing early (their signs and website state 5:30pm as their closing time, and I was there around 4:20pm). They didn’t lock up my car and keep the key for safekeeping. They literally left my unlocked car with my key in the parking lot for anyone to steal. I can’t believe what happened and will be reaching out to them to ask what happened and why they did what they did, as well as sharing this feedback for anyone interested in leaving a car with them for any reason. If you are familiar with this area, you know that it is pretty moderate in traffic and my car could have been very easily stolen in the time they closed and when I picked up the car. It is simply unacceptable and I will not be coming back for any reason.Oh, and the cherry on top was that my request to not have leather conditioner on my dashboard (which this very same cashier had noted and said she would pass on) was not listened to. This was a specific request because the leather in my mom’s car had split and cracked from the combination of over application of their leather conditioner. I should have learned from that experience and not have returned.

Regular cleaning, I paid for Platinum deluxe wash and was not difference from a simple wash

Used to think this place was really good but I just had my truck done today with the platinum wash and they didn’t even vacuum the whole back seat/floors.

It was ok .I think in some ways they just run your car throughout the machine... Vacuuming might need a bit more attention wiping as well. OK experience nothing special really

I visited this location as it was nearby my hotel. As you can see by the photo it was very busy but the line moved fairly well. I was very pleased with my wash. I purchased the $22 package which included cleaning my wheels. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. 5 stars in my book!

Save your money!!! You’ll need it to wash your car again! Poor vacuuming of the interior. The interior of my truck was exactly the same afterwards. The exterior was covered in soap and streaks throughout. Highly recommend seeking a better, more professional car wash service or doing the job yourself.

I came here twice with my Jeep, both times I had to asked them to re vacuum my back seat. It a fast place, but doesnt provide quality work.

Long long lines, overpriced but quality is good. Again over priced. I get the same quality on other car wash cheaper. If you want their silver wash, I think, you will pay at least $30

Everyone there are vety professional and nice. Just wished customers would abide by the Masks required sign. I thought that was very rude of two women in front of me not to obey the sign and put masks on.

Such a wasting time and money. They didn’t do well with they job. Long line fast service but very low quality. Also they left the lint everywhere. I paid extra to clean my rims but they didn’t so I needed to ask, well make sure you keep eyes on them before you get your car make sure they do what you pay for.

Long line on a beautiful Sat morning but moved along once they opened. Waited 10 min in a long line and when they opened, 18 minutes to get through the line.

I’m mot sure where to began. I’ve expressed my concern with the cashier that the gentleman driving our vehicles into the ramp is super aggressive and could potentially cause damage to our tires, axel and wheel baring.Also they do not properly wipe down the vehicle inside. The windows are left went with water spots. And the rags used, have a horrible odor so I find myself leaving their establishment with a smelly car.

I had a car wash today(platinum) and they didnt vacuum at all and the floor mats were out of place. The roof dirt was also still there and there were even stains on the hood I will not be coming here again and I recommend that no one else does either, fix your service. Also i saw no difference between the regular and platinum car wash so dont get premium.

This was my first time using Embassy and all I have to say is that I wasn’t expecting the amazing job they did. I have very light cloth seats and they were absolutely filthy and gross. I dropped my car off and was told it would take 3-4 hours...which it did. When I returned to pick up my car I couldn’t believe my eyes. It looked brand new! I cannot tell you enough what a great job they did. They went miles above my acceptations. The interior looks brand new!

Quick but expensive and hardly thorough. Most car wash services are mediocre I was hoping this will be an exception.

They have all level that you can choose from, and they have a great process set up and it takes no time to get in and out.

Its great for a quick wash but had to clean my rims and a few missed spots.

I have no complaints! I buy the $16 wash with extra vacuuming. No they don’t deep clean for that amount but my car is washed, dried and cleaner in about 15 minutes. Plus I don’t have to do it:) I’d recommend!

Lately the people that vacuum inside are not doing a great job vacuumimg. I have to go back home and vacuum because it does not look like they vacuum at all.

There was a line but it went pretty quick because they have a good process in place.

I paid $30 for platinum car wash and I ended up cleaning my car because it was clean outside but they didnt clean well inside. 4 people for 1 car and they didnt do a good job

This was my second time there and I will never go back. Four people wiping a car and they couldn’t get it right. They rush and are not efficient. The windows were dirty, the interior wasn’t cleaned properly and windshield wasn’t wiped dry so it dried with spots. I paid for the Ultimate car wash and the clean up wasn’t worth it. Don’t expect much if you go there.

Got detail(inside)car wash, left in the morning and pick up around 3pm. When I got there my car was yellow for from the pollens, When I ask them to get a exterior wash again, response was very not good I feel bad, I will not come again for the wash,

If you want a sloppy cleaning inside after paying $20. The sides left untouched, missed large amounts of vaccuming.The people look like they are miserable to clean your car. All in all thoughtless and a hurried carwash.

As I must maintain a clean car for business, I purchased a plan so that I pay once a month for unlimited washes. The crew is thorough inside and out. Everyone is friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I took my two cars to get washed and they didn’t clean the tops of them. A nice female employee cleaned the top of the first car while the tubby young man had an attitude and refused to clean the second cars top. It seems like the women do 95% of the work while the two men lazily cleaned but for the most part just stood there. Every time I go; the cars don’t even get clean. When I started driving off; my daughter noticed the guy shaking his head and talking about us with the other guy. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t go there again.

The end of August is a busy time of year, after a 5 thousand mile road trip, the truck needed a good vacuuming and scrub, and I couldnt find a couple hours to get it done at home; so Embassy Autowash just made sense. The deluxe wash was worth every penny for how fresh everything feels now.Do I go often? No. But Embassy is always there there when you need them.

They do a good job. They arent cheap, but you get what you pay for. Good job

The car wash does an OK job. It seems like if you want clean wheels, you are better off doing those yourself. Dont pay for the extra service.

So I waited about an hour for terrible service my front plate almost fell off my car and they just shrugged it off and acted like it wasn’t a big deal along with they clearly don’t treat every service to the highest degree idc if it’s the highest pay or the lowest it doesn’t give you an excuse to do a weak cleaning job

I was hesitant of going to their wash because it seemed to good to be true, but when I say my car was a mess it really was. When they called to notify my car was ready I was excited i got the whole package for $150 dollars and I wont lie I really invested into something that turned out super great! Everything was wiped and clean beautifully my car looks brand new! Love that they really took care of my car :) definitely recommend this company to family and friends

Paid $26 for a basic wash with vacuum and armor all of the inside. Inside was not fully vacuumed at all and whoever cleaned the inside actually just hid a bunch of goldfish crackers under the seat (discovered later - I have kids). The outside still had visible dirty spots. I was not informed vacuuming the trunk was an extra $1 and wish I had known this as I received a dirty trunk and by that time they couldnt vacuum it. It looked pretty at first but of course closer inspection revealed all this. Will definitely not be returning.

Go early in the morning or they wipe your windows with dirty rags. They also dont do a very good job at cleaning the inside of the car with the vacuum. Unfortunately its really the only car wash around.

Specifically went here for an undercarriage wash. To asked if it cleans the underside and the individual said yes the deluxe does. Their Deluxe says a chassis wash. But after the carwash. I checked the bottom side and it was obviously untouched. Thick layer of salt, dirt and road grime underneath. Top side of Exterior looked great. I wish I would have looked under before leaving though. Waste of $20

I went for a detail,paid 135 in advance.The result ? It really sucks. The trunk under the spare was visibly muddy. They didnt even bother to look at the door frames I had to ask them clean all the 4 door frame hinge areas . Tree leaves were accumulated under the hood below the wipers area. They did the experes interior (value $40)with a price of a detail. I used to go at least twice amonth and i will never go back again.The only positive think i got was they were willing to give the service eventhough i missed my appointment.

If they changed me $12 for the wash, I wouldve been happy. However, I purchased the most expensive wash they offered. The vacuuming out was okay, the machine washed it well, but the end where it was to have that little bit of detailing was nearly non-existent. Most of the dust on my dashboard and door ledges hasnt been touched, the windshield was half washed and very streaky on that side, dirt was still on the wheel rims. I feel like the extra money paid goes towards that little extra wipe-down at the end and I watched the women chat instead of actually doing anything.

If you ever want you car just about 80% clean then go to Embassy Autowash they never completely clean my car. Outside of detailing, I have to always ask for a towel, BTW the towels are never lint free, and I always have to finish everything they miss with vacuum at home, because they never can do a complete job. That was my last time going there, I cant take it anymore. Im going to find another car wash, I dont care how far I have to drive because going to Embassy Autowash is a waste of time and money. Avoid it if you can.

$230 DETAILING JOB DISASTER! Made an appointment to have full minivan detailing. Compound, wax, interior shampoo and detailing. Told it would take 4-5 hours.I have the car detailed every year in the spring. I prep the car removing everything to let them focus on cleaning. Mind you I clean car every week to maintain.Pick it up 5 hours later in rain and do not inspect but left. Next day open car and the interior is still dirty. Kid crumbs under seats and headliner not touched.This place quick vacummed, wiped rug and slapped armor-all thick all over the place.This place charged $230 for the worst car detailing I have ever recieved in my 30 years of owning cars. They should be embarrassed. Avoid this place if you value your money or take pride in your car.

I just took my car here for the first and last time ever. While the car was being wiped down after the wash, one of the people put their foot on the gas, and red lined my car for 5 full seconds bouncing it off the limiter. No sorry nothing, I had to yell and them to get out of my car before they risk blowing it up again.

THEY DO AN AMAZING JOB (EXPRESS DETAIL)it’s a car wash. Not detailing. If you want a good job on inside, then cough up the money for a express or make an appointment for detail.Just because the price of each wash is different doesn’t mean what they do is different. Read what each wash offers. The same vacuum and the same cleaning in inside. The only difference is the outside. Wax, rainx, hot wax, etc.Does it say “clean inside meticulously”?Does it say “workers take out the trash”?Does it say “we guarantee vacuum will take out sand”?Stop being lazy and take your own trash out. Instead of complaining how they never do it for you.I am frustrated how much people bash the workers when they are incompetent. Read the sign people!Bash on workers when people are too cheap to pay for detail but expect a new car.Give credit to where it’s due.

Nice and clean only disappointment is that I took it there mostly to clean the inside of my car and there still was a little bit of leftover sand on the seat from the beach which is white leather.

I signed up for the $35/month wash plan and they started putting extra charges on my credit card so now Im getting billed 35/month plus 30/month with two separate transactions.You cannot get ahold of anyone at the Springfield location. I tried calling several times but they will not answer the phone. At one point they just started picking up the phone and hanging it up.If you want your car cleaned out without getting your credit card account cleaned out as well I would suggest another company.

Best price for a decent wash. I mean if you are seriously thinking about doing a gas station drive through wash...for very near the same amount you can get a proper cleaning in and out from this place. One caveat...lines can get really long on the weekend. I mean really long.

Made an interior detail appointment 3 weeks ago for 9am. I confirmed it yesterday. The exterior wash was complete by 9:15am and I was told it would be about 4 hours. I returned 3 hours later and my asking why it had not been started is why the began the work. The manager did nit care at all and said it would be at least another 1.5 hours! Why bother for an apt? Guess my time dies not matter. Don’t bother to make my mistake in coming here.

They did a great job detailing my car. I was putting it up for sale so I wanted it nice and clean. I am sure that what they did contributed to the eventual sale of the car.

Umm it was super fast. That being said,,, they hardly cleaned anything on the inside. They just spray n wipe as quick as possible and hardly vacuum.

I use to go to this car wash all the time but something has changed for the past 6 months. I always have to tell them to vacuum again. I have tried the express detailing three times now and the only difference between that and the $30 wash is that they polish the car. They don’t even wipe the dust off. They just polish. I have gone back and asked them to do it correctly but I just feel their frustration. They use to do a great job but not anymore. Won’t be returning here anymore.

When the workers vaccum and dry the car fast but missed alot of spots..... having a spot check after its done will have positive returns

Went in for a tar removal and they did a great job removing the tar and waxing it as well. They also cleaned the inside and did a fantastic job on the rims. Will be returning soon.

The quality of service has gone down over the years here but prices keep going up. They used to do a good job cleaning the interior and vacuuming. Now I always have to vacuum myself after.

We had fast service, and the car was clean inside and out after finished. The line was very long due to salty vehicles, but it moved through at a decent speed. Some of the attendants were smiling, and kind. The price was reasonable for the amount of attendants on site, and the detail they put into their cleaning. Overall a good experience.

Absolutely horrible. Paid for the $30 wash and my car was not vacuumed or wiped down properly at all. Tired of giving this place another chance. Absolutely will never come back.

Its your classic 1990s Car wash reborn. The staff is friendly enough. It doesnt take long. The prices are pretty good, and they always send out mailers for dollars off their prices as well. They dont gouge prices on their products sold inside the cashiers office. You dont tip the employees to their faces, there is a box for it. Never had a problem.The line for the wash does get backed up to the road on weekends though. Recommend going on off hours. I usually get the deluxe wash and thats good enough, I paid for a higher level once (one where I was supposed to get a scent in the car and wax). After the wash, there was definitely not scent, and the wax flaked off of sections of my car for some time. That isnt there fault, just the nature of the product. So, now I just stick with the middle level.Their prices for vacuuming (detailing) your car seem high though. Like $45 for a vacuum service

They are too busy to do a good job. I paid to have the interior and exterior of my car done. Neither was done well and I had to redo the interior when I got home. It was streaky and some areas werent even touched. Wont go there again.

For a more detailed wash make sure you go when they are not too busy. They might miss cleaning a spot. For regular wash its a little more expensive than an automated station but you get a much better result. Worth the try.

Great car wash

I have been going to Embassy Auto Wash for over a decade, and their service is always good. Today, I took my wifes Subaru Forester for an exterior detailing which only takes about 45 minutes. They did a fantastic job. Moreover, the attendant made sure he covered every part of the exterior service. He did things like cleaning all the door jambs and door edges. An SUV is hard to wax the top, but he did that and paid special attention to the cargo carrier. I highly recommend this company, and I have my kids and their spouses bring their cars here as well. Great job guys.

Fantastic interior detailing. I have a dog and lead an active life. My car gets messy on a weekly basis and I will continue to go to Embassy for their great services. If you are looking for a reasonably priced auto wash that has a great assortment of services, then this is the place to go. Other reviewers seem to be getting distracted by logistics and customer service, but the finished product has always been great and thats why I go to Embassy Autowash.

If I could put negative starts down I would. It was my first time going and I’m nothing but disgusted. You would think a place that has lines out the door does a great job but that isn’t the case. I was just there and my car still looks the same as when I came. I paid for a deluxe deal when I should’ve done this myself. My floors in my car were still dirty. The gentleman in there told me That the vacuum couldn’t pick up the dirty. I just picked up the dirty myself with a gas station vacuum. My windows were still dirty inside and outside with streak marks up and down. I used windex and it looks clean and clear. The front and back of my car still had dirt on it. I used soap and a towel to take it off. What is the point of paying someone to do something when I did a better job. Then they tried to tell me my car needs to be detailed and I should pay 99 dollars for it. I just detailed my own car and paid 0 dollars for it. This will be my first and last time going to this car wash. The only thing good out of it was the air freshener.

There are few full detail carwashes in our area, and they are pretty much all the same in detail and quality, which is disappointing. I would gladly wait the 3 more minutes for a level of pride in the work, but I am out of luck.First, as expected, long line on the first sunny day, but it moves really quickly.The sign says brushless, but if you are like the people who believe brushless means nothing other than the force of the spray touches your car, this is not your place as they do have the rubber strips that flop onto your car as you move through. Not an issue for me, but worth noting.Prices are reasonable - a basic wash without interior detailing is $10, and increases from there from $16-30 and you can add more comprehensive detailing with your wash (like shampooing carpets) starting at $50.The wash is good, I got the premium for $30 which includes all the treatments (wax, undercarriage, etc) tires, and a rain-x spray final coat. While the hand dry could have been better, not leaving so many water spots, it still looks overall pretty good.The service also includes an interior wipe down of surfaces and windows and a vacuum. This is where my expectations are always high and what brought my rating down. Passable job on both. The vacuum was hurried and hit the big stuff, but not really what youd want from a vacuum - it still looks like it needs to be vacuumed under the mats, which they took out of the car, but then didnt secure them back in. The wipe down was also passable, missing the obvious stuff in the center console and they dont take out obvious trash, they just leave it where it is, but dont give you the ability to throw out it yourself anywhere in the process. The windows all had streaks and despite having 4 people cleaning it out, they all missed the rear window and were annoyed when I asked them to come back and wipe it down.Ill go back as it is only one of two options in our area, but I would have really liked to give them a higher rating.

The facility is nice and the wait usually isnt bad. They offer coupons that make the price competitive, but I dont think they give out the half off coupons any more.
