This is by far the best dealership in Springfield.We searched for five days for any sort of car and none of them were as nice or real with you as this one. As soon as we started to check the cars out they told us exactly what was wrong with them, which ones they recommended, and the price and rates. Also, their prices are more than reasonable and have great down payments. Once we were all ready and approved we had to get the insurance set up. For some reason we just couldn’t get insurance so they helped us search for insurance for hours. They got it for us and we ended up getting the car hours after closing. They are absolutely amazing people that will help you with your issue and make you feel like family.If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would.

I wouldnt buy nothing from this place they sold me a 2004 Saturn Vue that the wheelbaring windshield side mirrors were broke they wouldnt fix it wanted me to pay for that then when I got a better car I let it set here and they came and took it and they want to charge me 300 termination fee

What a great experience! I emailed the company last night requesting information on a Kia Soul, and I let them know that it was listed as a manual transmission. Tarra wrote back this morning to thank me, and I noticed that they had a second Kia Soul that was exactly what I was looking for. I contacted Kendall and let him know I would be there in an hour. When I got there, I told him that the price was too low, and gave him the opportunity to change it, but he said they price according to their business model, not online pricing web sites. I took the car out for a test drive, and it felt great for 124k miles. I looked it over and found a few flaws, but it was a deal too good to pass up. The staff were fantastic - I asked about a leak in the windshield, and the mobile windshield guy showed up instantly (literally - he was onsite). I asked about some bulbs that were out, and two gentlemen checked the fuses and replaced the bulbs. I had quite a few questions, and everyone was very patient with me. The purchase took maybe a total of 10 minutes. I had plenty of time to get to DMV, get my plates installed, and stop by Kia to ask about maintenance. As you can see by the length of this message, I really cant say enough about these folks. My hat is off to them!

HERE IS MY STORYAT 630 PM NOV 28 M husband and I ( mostly me) had been talking to the daughter candice Hancock about a 2003 black GMC envoy xl SLT spoes utility 4d,6 cylinder wkth 205,105 miles!...... Candice and I talked for a while on facebook market...she and I agreed to meet and look at the suv and look at my Toyota ( for a possible trade... When I pulled up to the SUV I got out of my car and into the suv and noticed it would NOT START..... So I tell the owner ( as he is getting ready to take off in my car to test drive my car).... He proceeded to tell me that a customer looked at the suv that morning and left all the lights on... So I gave him the benefit of the doubt.... He jump starts the SUV with a battery charger , and it dont start so he tells me he just has to find the right post? Sooo then after he gets the SUV to run (HERE IS THE BEST PART) I get into the SUV ,pull out and turn right going down karney, I noticed NOTHING IS WORKING NO RADIO NO HEAT NOTHING... SO I go to pull over at el taco to let my husband drive and figure this SUV out ( to make sure Im not doing nothing wrong) he pops the hood , the alternator looks extremely old. As he is looking at oil ( looks old) etc he walks around the vehicle and noticed it was rusted ,paint missing , and trim/body was hanging off).... THEY DONT SHOW THIS IN THEIR ADD)..... HE TELLS ME TO RUB THE SUV UP SO HE CAN HEAR THE engine WELL IT FDIE AGAIN AND WOULD Not START... So now I call the OWNER and to my suprise NO ANSWERS ,I CALL 3X AND MESSAGED CANDICE.... So we get NO HELP.... Its super cold outside and we had to WALK BACK TO THE CAR LOT!!!! I WALK INTO HIS OFFICE AND HE TRYS FO PLAY THE BATTERY DEAL AGAIN ... This guy dont even .appologoze for nothing!!! I ask for my keys, husband tells him to know his cars before he sales them! And we leave!!!Point in this message TO WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THIS COMPANYWho obviously dont care fot customers! Please message me if anyone has more questions?!
