I went in looking for a Part nobody in the whole world would want, they had a set on a Toyota Tundra. I pulled them, easy access but bring your own tools !! I would suggest maybe getting a couple portable tool kits to rent out? They were great . And good luck w pregnancy counter lady!!! Congratulations.

I stopped by the Springfield yard yesterday looking for some parts for a project I am working on. The team there is very friendly and helpful. The gal at the counter listened to what I was building and printed me out a sheet with the locations of the trucks I should check. I went to the yard and felt like a kid on a treasure hunt. I found what I needed plus some other goodies, and would have kept going except I ran out of time. I will be going back today. I was amazed at how inexpensive my treasures were as I had priced them on a well known auction site prior to stopping at B&R. If you need parts, give B&R a shot. Please dont trash the vehicle when getting your parts as someone may need that part you broke getting to yours. 5 Stars for sure. Thank you B&R and the friendly gal at the counter.

Ive been a mechanic for a long time🐢 and a deal hunting mechanic at that. This spot used to be great for parts for a long time... but not anymore... They never answer the phone when called... and they charge what ever the hell they want for lunch. You can get a quote from one person and the next day come back, and it will be 19$ more. Dont trust and dont shop here

Im not sure what to think they had a parts car listed for sale at $1.10 paid it and when I called and asked about it I got disconnected twice Im now going to go in there in person see if I get a better result maybe the person was new??

Kid at the desk will take your money for a battery but won’t tell you which battery you purchased. As you are waiting there he just asks anything else.. You have to ask him which one or do you have to take a random battery.. poor customer service! Your job is not that hard! Get it together... and wear a mask!

Twice in a row I went to get parts, was told they were there, turns out they didnt have the part took my money had to wait 3 days to get it back

I tried to make an offer on a $45 center console for my vehicle, which was denied. I was told they would only take $40. So I offered $40. Waited over the weekend to be declined again, this time being told they would only take $45. Tried to call multiple times and got no answer. This isnt how a customer should be treated. Ive been shopping here for years and this is the last time unless I at least get some semblance of an explanation or apology. This is ridiculous.

Great used auto parts. Fun to just walk through and look. Great, if not the best taco truck sits outside. Highly recommended! Makes a great lunch stop. Big burrito, coke, tour the wrecking yard.

So busy that it takes a while to be allowed in and when close to closing extremely pushy to get out.

Person I talked to was professional. However I bought a transmission from them for around 600 with warranty and paid a mechanic over 600 to put it in only for it to be a faulty transmission. They are trading me a new transmission out. Also testing this one. Ill give them that but this still doesnt make up for the over 600 I paid to have it put in, another 600 ill have to pay again and the time Ive been without a car. Bummer deal Im not rich and as a first time customer dont know if ill ever come back after this. Im really disappointed to say the least.

I tried to explain, but since I was not able to provide make, modal and year she was extremely rude and condescending.People, I needed a single spark plug wire for a 55 year old riding lawnmower.B&R, apparently, is not capable of acquiring counter help that can get you a spark plug wire.Sad.

I use B&R all the time. They have always been great to me & try to help me find what Im looking for. Their yards are full of many makes, models of all year ranges. The yard is organized very well. Witch makes it easy to find what you need. I strongly recommend B&R for your used, OEM & aftermarket parts.

I needed a new motor for an automatic window which they had in stock at their second location it was only about a day and a half wait for the part I needed. Anytime I need anything for my cats I call Arturo Delgado!!he is very knowledgeable about cars. I can explain what the problem is with my car and he knows what I need to fix it.

Clean to be a junk yard, lot of vehicles and they keep pretty good inventory in the system which help you find the right part at the right location without wasting your time. Staff is friendly as well. Good place for a used part plus prices are good.

Prices are affordable and customer service is one of the best I have talked to. Highly recommend for any novice or professional mechanics.

Excellent selection of vehicle parts

They gave me the runaround on a radiator I prepaid for saying it will be here tomorrow for three days ending with no radiator and a week later finally got my money back. It was a Chevy with a 350 motor not a Lambo so I dont understand why they had such difficulties and why their communication was, well nonexistent. I had to contact them everyday only for them to have bad news and besides misspelling my name never asked for my number to contact me when the part showed up. Well I guess they didnt need it because they never got the part but sure took my money lickety split. EDIT... Stopped in again to maybe chalk up the first go round as a fluke.... same old show and communication is completely unknown to these people after they get your money.... guess you just wait till the part they said they had finally does show up....

5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Mack Rhodes! I found my self in a bit of a bind with a dead battery one afternoon and my toddler with me. I called AAA only to discover my coverage had lapsed so knowing I was close to B and R I gave them a call to see if i could get a new battery cheaper than AAA wanted to re-up my coverage. Mack was more than helpful and actually brought me the battery and got us back on the road. Cheers mate!!

B&R can be a terrific resource for used parts, but the quality of customer service can vary greatly. I exclusively work with AJ Alley. He spends the time to get to know his customers, like me, what our wants and expectations are, and he always responds quickly to my parts inquiries. He is also a great communicator and always lets me know if a part is delayed or cant be found. As the parts manager of a body shop, this kind of service is greatly appreciated and worthy of note.

And then told that they were already that way all though I inspected them before the pull to find no issues. I just recommend pulling your own parts I guess...

Normally don’t have an issue with you guys. But when I call I would appreciate your counter employee not answering the phone with just a “hold” and nothing else said, didn’t even give me a chance to say anything before putting me on hold for 8 minutes with no return answer. I ended up canceling the call and calling the Eugene location, where I was greeted with a “hello, thank you for calling b&r, can you hold please”. Might want to run this by your counter guy at your Springfield location. Thanks.

Doc saved the day!+Two days prior I was stopped by a policeman.+Taililight and brake light out.+YouTube video How to replace taillight.+Went to Auto parts store.+It wasnt just a bulb replacement.+Lens had cracks and was full of water+Bulb and socket rusted, drowned and blown up.+One new wire assembly $49 dollars. YIKES!Enter B&R Auto wreckers... 30 minutes before closing I went into the yard, armed with headlamp, screwdriver and 8mm deep socket.10 minutes later I was back in the office with not one but 2 non leaking full taillight assemblies.Doc made me a great deal not much more than just one stupid new wire... and I have 2 functioning taillights that dont leak... the bulbs even work.Yeah DocYeah B&R

Frank is simply the best!! My familys repair shop in Des Moines, WA has been in business 30 years & in the 10 years Ive been dealing with Frank has always been excellent. Frank is enthusiastic, personable & a pleasure to speak with on the phone. Hes helpful and on his game. Our delivery guy, Sid is just amazing too! Weve mentioned a few times to Frank & B & R Auto Wrecking that we would hire Sid in a hot minute. The best part of working with them is the developed trust Ive personally, as well as my family, has built with them. Answered phone promptly and was polite. I was seeking a used rear lense cover for a 98 Ford Ranger. Was told it cost $50 for a used pulled one from B & R by their parts department I was transferred too. I bought a brand new one off the internet for $21.I think this is dishonest to up charge their local community to make a couple bucks.

High priced and usually the reception is really gruff like they are bothered and always in a hurry. No ramp if you are handicapped, you have to take about 12 steep steps on the stairs but there is a bar on each side but to far apart to use both at the same time.
