After a long day of packing our moving truck at end of evening the truck battery decided not to start. As soon as the dispatch was sent I received a call immediately and soon after the official arrival. Shawn went above expectations and made sure everything was safe & all our concerns were addressed. The dispatch woman Becky was so nice and helpful. I was trying to get a customer whose car broke down on the way to Riley NC car towed from Springfield V.A. to Glen Burnie Md. After speaking to dispatch and giving my company credit card she stated someone would at least go out and check if they could pick up the car since we didn’t have the keys on hand. Once Becky connected me to my driver who was a person named Shawn. Shawn began telling me that he did not WANT to pick up a car without keys, but there were no keys to the car since the customer was all way in NC and the car stuck in Springfield VA. I tried asking what else I could do and he began to tell me to call or go somewhere else! His tone was harsh, unhelpful, and bothered. He offered me no advice on what to do. Shawn never went and checked to see if the car was towable. He then began saying I had to show him the company card once he delivered the car even though the card is held by cooperate and being a tow company with corporate accounts I’m sure he knew this. At this point I canceled the tow since he obviously didn’t want to do the pick up. I tried calling the office back to make sure my card was not charged and complain and Shawn called me back. He refused to let me speak to Becky informed me calls are recorded and that now since I wanted to complain, if I wanted him to get the car he now would.

Needed to have some cars towed due to flooding issues. They called to confirm address and make/model of vehicle. The driver called when he was on his way as well as when he arrived. Very friendly, fast service. Never thought I’d be happy about a tow truck but they were great.

Last Friday I was run off the road and hit the median, popping two tires. After being on the phone with insurance for over two hours, my tow through them still wouldn’t have been there before the Auto place closed. Then, Edwin pulled up in a regular car with his towing vest on and asked me if I needed a tow. He explained that my insurance could reimburse me for the tow. He then called Hector who arrived in 10 minutes and was able to get me to the Auto shop before they closed. Both of them were extremely helpful and kind. Getting me where I needed to be in a timely manner. As someone who has never needed a tow before, they made the experience so much easier and way less stressful. Definitely a huge blessing. Could not be more pleased with the service.

I have used various towing companies in the past with various results. Mostly good. However, Dan from Advanced towing in Springfield exceeded all of my expectations. I gave him an almost impossible task of treading a car in between a large boat and an immovable hedge and having to land it upon a 6x16 foot pad that the car needed to be placed. As well, the car needed to be angled into place. It was NOT a straight shot. Not only did Dan land the car on the pad, but did so with exacting precision. Spot on. Dan warned me about all the complications and asked me repeatedly if I was comfortable with the situation. He needed me to approve each procedure, which I did without hesitation. Dan said he prided himself on his abilities and his professionalism. I can honestly say that Dan was the best tow driver that I have ever worked with and his abilities are unmatched in my book. If the rest of the drivers and company are as professional and talented as Dan, you are in great hands!

Dan was friendly and professional and provided 5-star service on relatively short notice. The car battery was completely shot and wouldnt hold a charge when attempting to jump it twice. Advance was able to dispatch Dan in around 45 minutes and get the car back home. Would 100% call Advance Towing again in a pinch.

Edwin wasnt even assigned by my insurance roadside assistance but he just asked if I needed help. He solved my motorcycle flat tire problem 90-120 minutes faster than the other dispatched truck and knew exactly how to care for my motorcycle, keeping us both safe.

I am very happy with my experience with Advance Towing. My car was leaking gasoline in a parking garage. The driver, Shawn, drove my car (the interior was full of gasoline fumes) out of the garage to a location where it could be towed. He was friendly, and never complained.

I was stuck in the Costco parking lot with a dead car. My insurance company said he would take over 2 hours to receive a tow. I called Advanced and they were there in less than 30 minutes. After getting on the road to come home after a much needed family vacation to the ocean, 6 hours into our trip the Rav4 waterpump blew and took out the drive belt on I95, instantly the car died!.
