Ive been with Allstate for about a decade but recently moved from east coast to the great state of Missouri. Mr. Torgesons office happened to be the first Allstate location I drove past so I stopped in to switch my policy from MD to MO. David was very helpful, personable, and made the hassle of switching policies more or less pain free. Its obvious David loves helping people and that comes across strongly. He even suggested some historical sites and local eateries to visit as a newly minted Missourian (a few of which I have done!).In the end my policy cost less and it was a quick, easy, and enjoyable visit with David. Most Allstate agents are nice but David is a cut above.

We have been going through David Torgeson going on 2 years now. Hes very helpful, gets the job done, and mostly saves us money in the long run. I love how he calls us on our Birthdays as well. This place is awesome. David & Tara are very, very good down to earth ( honest )people. They wont blow smoke so to speak at you & will keep it as up or down, left or right as possible. They saved me & my family hundreds of dollars compared to other quotes & purchases in insurance policies. Seriously , hundreds & I came from progressive as a great policy member with NO infractions for over 10 years & a teen driver. I appreciate & love the switch. David was great in the beginning. Then after my policy ended because I did not have a car to ensure he decided to charge me for a few days after. Then never once called, text, or even emailed me to inform me I had a balance. Then 4 months later i get a COLLECTIONS notice for 40.00$ I could have paid the 40.00!!! now theres a chance I cant get into the armed services my credit is being affected and my credit cards are calling me asking why.. Allstate. Are you in good hands?

Last year I was involved in an car accident that was not my fault. It was a scary experience after so many years of driving and I was a basket case.Thank goodness for Dave at Allstate....he made everything go smoothly. Besides calming me down he promtly put the wheels in motion for a rental car, and setting me up to get my car fixed.
