Ive had shelter as my insurance company for years and they have always been wonderful. Very helpful informative and professional but they treat you like family not just as a customer. Ive had a few claims with them and they handled everything in a timely manner and they were with me every step of the way . Would highly recommend shelter insurance to anyone who needs insurance. From farmers to renters and homeowners to auto and life insurance I will never hesitate to reccomend shelter insurance because the quality of service is amazing and just cant compare to any other insurance company. Terrible company their only interested in collecting your money I constantly had to follow up on everything that had been done as their were more mistakes than I can count ! Would strongly advise against this company.
