Great repair service! I have used them on multiple occasions for old appliances (that I did not purchase from them) and Steve is a real pro. Courteous and responsive and super nice... plus obviously he knows what he is doing. He has fixed a washing machine that was on its last leg and he made it last for another 5+ years. Its probably still going but I moved from that house. Most recently, I smashed my relatively new glass stove top and he ordered the part and fixed it really quickly. Great reliable service. Highly recommended.

Thank you for helping me out today. I called because my washing machine wouldnt work. You gave me a couple of suggestions on the phone and I was able to start it. Thats what customer service is about. I will definitely call again if I need service.!
