I am a property manager and have used this company once so far. I found him to be professional and good at communicating. He let me know our options and completed the repair as agreed. There was a delay due to the wrong part being sent, but he let me know and went back to finish once the correct part arrived. I will use him again in the future.

Well, Ill be nice to them, Ill give them 1 star. Why? For starters the only other 2 reviews this guy has says he is honest, far from the truth(hey dont believe me, just go check for yourself). Also they lack one thing: Communication skills, they assume you know what they are thinking, and then act on it....I know, weird.

The oven had a bad control board. I tell this to the technician since its what I also do for a living but cant fix it because its rental property. After 3 trips and 2 lock motor assemblies replaced he finally replaced the control board but now it will not self clean. Actually the manager assumed I would work on it ( for free mind you) and give them a free estimate of the cost of the repair. Apparently you and the manager get along so well because you both like to assume things. I told the truth and nothingbut the truth about you and if you can prove your comment about why they didnt use me then prove it or your a liar as well. If they didnt use me because of reviews then they lied and I have the emails to prove it.
