I definitely recommended this place . Very helpful and nice staff. Their always there for you. Especially Ms. Ada Hilasaca (Mngr.) I have been living here for over 10yrs. and I just love it . And planning to stay more longer. Great service and their prioritized you as always. Very convenient the location , easy to most of the business around here in Commerce . In case you need something. Thanks 😊 so much for them , they won’t hesitate to get back to you right away when you need them ... I’ll give them a thumbs up....

We been this Appartment for 3years very nice service for residents.We loved the service and since ADA came service went really good. We never get parking before but after she came we always have parking.Really nice Appartment to live

Cheap Apts. Very good managers & very helpful staff. Best for new immigrants Pakistani Indian Hispanic. I love this place. Metro, busses, halal food stores, markets all around at walking distance. Literally center between DC - Dulles, Vienna - Alexandria, Arlington - Woodbridge, Trust me.

Great management and very confortable

Seems to be a nice community, I was driving through this past week looking for a place to move and spoke with the security guard doing his patrol of the property and was very impressed with the things he had to say. Very high on my list of potential places to move.

It deserve zero star, not even worth of one star. I through my 3 sofas because of bedbugs. No matter what you do bedbugs still gonna crawls down to your apartments from cracked walls and I don’t know from where else. It’s a mentally breakdown point. Mangement is helpful no doubt but they need to address this problem

Giving this place 1 star is a top ratingI lived her back in 2003 and it sucked. Cant imagine now after so many years.

Worst complex ever, this places CRAWLS WITH INSECTS OF ANYKIND!! Mainly bedbugs and roaches.. I had to get the apartment fumigated 3 times and thats just a waste of timer and disgusting! does not deserve a one star because its that bad. The rent is too high for an old complex , very DIRTY , theres always a maintenance issue needed to be fix, like hvac,sink,plumbing etc. its a bad area, If you have pets then youre charged for rent for any type of mammal, weight restriction on pets, managers dont even understand what theyre doing.. Anyone whos interested living here should AVOID AVOID AVOID.. Lee valley apartments are cheaper and nicer than these tenement buildings.. THEY NEED TO BE TORN DOWN FOR CHRIST SAKES

We reported multiple problems which they didnt fix.And our kitchen smells like gasoline.

This place is a really bad place i would not recomend these apartments to anyone its full of bedbugs and roaches plese find another place to live!!!!

Personally, I have nothing bad to say, it is my first year that we are already living and we are going to renew again in December, I have seen the comments about the property, but the house reflects who we are. If one is neglected, the home will still look like, I had doubts when I moved, but the place is neat, my apartment I like, the wooden floors make the place even cleaner, and of course the toilet that one gives it is the main thing, no I have bed bug problems, no roachesI am satisfied with the place, the utilities are very comfortable, the prices are not high, my electricity bill is $ 25 a month and water is $ 60 cheaper than this, you cannot live, I love it! Thanks!
