I called this place for a quote, they advised they needed to send the tech over for them to be able to tell me how much, I have scheduled them twice and no one shows up. You might ask yourself... why keep scheduling when no one shows? I guess I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, they have very good reviews after all. But my experience was not pleasant at all. I left 2 stars because their phone staff is friendly, otherwise I would have left 1.

Every 3 months I have these folks spray for bugs and they keep my house bug free.

Update: Change from 5 stars to 1 starPaid $200 to dust our house for brown recluse spiders so our 4 year daughters would not get bitten. Still finding the same amount a month later. Would not come back to resolve the matter unless i paid an additional $92. Dont feel that I received what I paid for.

Chris came out in the rain to make sure that we were taken care of as soon as possible. There wasnt much he could do for our situation, but he did everything he could and talked us through the entire process. Its good to know there are some companies here in the Ozarks that truly care about the customers and the work they do for them. Don’t use Rottler. They came out to get rid of spiders and promised they would guarantee their work. The spiders didn’t go away even after several treatments. After speaking to home office in St. Louis we were promised to refund the payments we made to them even starting more than once that a check was mailed but said check never came.

As always Rottler is the best!!! Our previous technician moved out of state; our new technician, Curtis Love was/is easy going and to talk to. Weve been with Rottler for about a year now and prior to that my mom was with them for more than 10years back in St. Louis. Their reputation supersedes them.

Joe did a very professional job coming out and taking care of an issue we had in a unit. He did everything in a organized and timely manner with a smile of his face the entire time.

I was in a serious pickle and they were able to get someone out to our business within 24hrs... and we are three hours from Springfield. Mr. Wallace did a professional, thorough inspection for us and we ended up not needing treatment. I insisted on compensating him for his time, but they stuck to their free inspection policy, however, if I do get a bill I will happily pay it.

Rottler technicians are always polite and professional. He notifies me when he is on his way and keeps me updated with any changes. If I have any additional questions or concerns, he takes the time to explain things.

Even though I was a bit frustrated with the company, Joe, the actual service tech, explained everything and was very professional and courteous in doing so. The 5 stars are for Joe, of Springfield Missouri, for being an excellent representative for your company, which is more than I can say about your female phone receptionist in St Louis.

Ive been nothing but impressed by Rottler Pest Control. They were willing to make a long drive to assess my situation. When Moe showed up, he had his job cut out for him. I would suggest the owner get in tough with me if you would like to explore option to discover who is actually posting these negative reviews.
