The initial install was was good but follow up terrible. They do not return calls. They promised to come fix a problem with loud noise but never did. We had to pay someone else to fix the problem they created. We had even recommended them to friends hoping that would cause them to do the right thing but it didnt. We have filed a complaint against them for negligence. Do not bother to use them. They will respond saying they dont know this customer or person but it is not true.

Excellent customer service. The process, what I needed, how things should work; everything was broken down and explained to me in a way that I could understand without being talked down to.They have been out to install all new HVAC for both zones of my house. Always prompt and professional but you definitely feel they have your best interests at heart and arent 100% there for just the paycheck.Would absolutely recommend to family, friends and strangers.

I had a great experience with Show Me Heating & Cooling! They came out after I requested help through Home Depot. The units came with a rebate and long warranty. What really made my experience great is the owner, Darrell Hopkins. He was pleasant, oriented to my needs and nowhere near as pushy as other HVAC reps. His integrity is outstanding. He misquoted the amount Id get for the rebate from Home Depot, telling me Id get $400 dollars. When Home Depot sent me a rebate of $150, he mailed me a check for the difference! I would use this company again.

I called them at 8:30pm on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for a repair for 5:30pm on Wednesday. The time came and went and still no call. I tried to call at 6:15 and left a voicemail. I waited til 7:00pm before just leaving to go to church. My wife called at 8:45pm and she left a voicemail letting them know that we have 4 kids and its 87 degrees in the house and never did I get a response back from them. They installed the unit 2 years ago into a new house that I bought and I told them that it should be under warranty and they said thats ok, well it looks like that is why they probably didnt want to fix it. Good news though I called AIR SERVICES and they were out that same day and fixed the issue. Turns out the set screw wasnt tightened down enough and the fan was able to move making a loud screeching noise. I will not be using them again.

If youre having problems with your HVAC unit Daryl Hopkins with Show-Me Heating & Cooling is the person to call. He works through the Home Depot and I would highly recommended him. I had a bad experience with someone else who only wanted to sell me a full new system so I called Daryl for a second opinion. He came out quickly and solved the problem saving me a ton of money. I did not really need a new system yet. My old unit is now working better than ever. I wish I would have found this guy as my first call.
