Hey your team just installed a new unit in my house at Willard. Redoing this review. My a/c quit working within a week. Your 1st crew set it up incorrectly. I know your team works long hours but it was frustrating. Fortunately your 2nd and 3rd tech fixed the problem and I.d. the issue. Straight honest what the issue was. Thanks to them.

A company that works 24/7 and doesnt charge exorbitant fees on the weekend is a gem. I had used someone else every year when my A/C is low on refrigerant and it usually needs at least a pound of freon. This time on a Saturday night we came home to a house @85⁰. I waited until Sunday morning to call because its not fair to contact someone unnecessarily at 12:30 a.m. I know when Ive worked service in another industry going out in the dead of night sucks. I was contacted within about 30-45 minutes of my service request Sunday morning. The very nice dispatcher told me they were really busy and booked up but they would try to fit me in in the afternoon. I received a call about 12:15 p.m. by the technician. Kevin the technician gave us enough time to finish grocery shopping and go home to meet him. Kevin was friendly, knew his business and found the two issues. He had the capacitor our unit needed outside and added the appropriate amount of refrigerant. Yes, Freon is expensive, yes it cost some money for the labor and capacitor, but its worth it to keep your family in comfort on a hot humid weekend and many days to come. Ive used a company many years ago at a different house that charged me 2-3 times what I paid today just in labor on a weekend. I highly recommend Air Serve. My bill was less than $500. Thank you for outstanding compassionate communication and quick work!

I did have an issue with a prior (no longer there) technician about a year ago. When Aire Serv was made aware of the situation they made it right. I dont know of many other companies that does whats right when it costs them $ because of what a dishonest employee does. We have had Roger as our tech for 3 different services - he is honest and very knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Springfield!

I used them to install my new air-conditioning system. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional from the technicians all the way to the customer service rep who answers the phone every time I call. The only reason why I did not get a five star review is because my system was not operating properly immediately after installation but they did respond promptly to every phone call that I made afterwards.

Came to repair air conditioner, couldnt repair it. Showed and explained everything to me , why it couldnt be repaired. Very nice and courteous, didnt try to sell me something that wouldnt fix my problem.

I love that in the middle of emergency they will credit your repairs to a new system if thats what you need. You dont have to think about it that day. For example my heater went down, I think I need a new system. But that day they just got me up and running and theyll credit The repairs to what I decide in the future when Im not freezing!

Aire serv came out to clean our ducts. 2 hours later our entire home was covered with dust and dirt. We contacted the company, and they sent the same 2 technicians to redo the ducts and to vacuum. Another 2 hours later, and all they did was remove the visible dirt. My feet are black from walking across our living room floor. I had to beat dust out of our 2-year-olds beloved stuffed animals. I had to wash our towels, our bathroom mats, our clothes, our sheets. Ive had to clean our floors, sinks, toilets, countertops, and furniture. Weve been breathing in every allergen and particle that collected in our vents for decades. Aire serv even refused to refund our money, because we got the service at a discounted rate and they didnt make a profit off us.

We had the pleasure of having the owner himself, Scott Jay, service our unit over the weekend. We had been experiencing our unit freezing up and the second time it happened we called around to find someone to come check it out. Air Serv was not only prompt in responding (on a Saturday afternoon) but made time to come out that day to assist. Scott was knowledgeable, helpful, and went the extra mile to assist us. We absolutely will be using Air Serv again!

I cannot comment on their work quality (which appears very high on their reviews, to their credit) but I was not impressed with their professionalism or desire to retain a new customer. I called to ask about a coupon I received because I regularly service my systems every year. But in the course of the conversation, the receptionist discovered that I also have a home warranty company and explained that they would not honor their own coupon or work with me. I attempted to explain that I wanted to work independently of my warranty company to service my systems but she was quite rude. Additionally, they responded to my Facebook message by encouraging me to schedule my work at a later date, presumably after the date of the coupon, rather than this time of year. This is when I typically budget to do all my household appliance and repair maintenance, so I will be looking for a different company that is more interested in my business.

Jeff was on-time, very thorough, and professional. I’ve dealt with several HVAC companies over the years and many spend more time trying to create problems rather than fix them. Jeff was meticulous in his work and explained everything. No pressure sales, which is a breath of fresh air. I’m completely satisfied with the work and feel I can trust Aire Serv in the future.

Called on a Saturday afternoon with a/c problems. Phone was answered with a very friendly person, she let us know that there was a technician in our area and that she would give us a call with estimated time they would be at our house. As promised we received a call letting us know our technician was on his way, a text with our technicians name and picture. The technician was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing service and we will be using them in the future

Replaced a HVAC system from 1987. Couldnt be happier with new duel fuel system. Work is tidy and neat. No surprises at all. Cleaned our ducts. Have a USA made unit with a lifetime warranty on outside compressor. They have 0% financing if needed. We also installed the electronic filtering system with a UV light. We do not have dust on everything now. The inside the house is amazing. We cant tell if the unit is running with the variable speed fan. Couldnt be happier with sale, service, installation, and follow up questions.

I knew something wasnt quite right with our unit all winter, I could hear a sound that wasnt there last winter. When I saw a FB advertisement that Aire Service would come and give us a check up I called..I was right, and our unit was about 20 years old. They could fix it and let it run and have the problem again in the future. So when they offered to install a new one, 0% interest and clean out ducts as well this for me was a quick decision. They came in, completely professional and of course use of their protective gear for themselves and ours as well..my experience was great from the office (Linda) to the Salesman (Steve) to the installation (Eric).. I would recommend this company for anyone..I give it a 10 !!

Our furnace had issues. We called at least five heating and air businesses in the Branson area. Those that we called were either busy or did not return our call. A friend gave us the number for Aire Serv. I called and they were at our property that same afternoon. Within a couple of hours the work was completed. I was able to pay over the phone, but they would have billed me, which is a plus since we live out of state. Our place was toasty warm when we arrived the next day.Aire Serv is the ONLY heating and air service we will call in the future!!!

We had to have a new central air and heating unit installed, we also had our vents cleaned.This is in December, and this was done in a very fast and timely manner . With high heat wave in the area the last thing I needed was the blower motor to fail. Im one who tries to fix whatever I can myself, but our heating furnace was greek to me. Im leery of home service companies but with winter coming upon us, I had to get our heater fixed. My neighbor told me that Mark and his wife (whom she knows) have a heating/ac business and that they are honest Christian people. I set up an appointment and initially tech thought it was a gas valve and we were quoted a price for a new one. When Mark came out with the new part and he got into the unit, he found something else and he got it working perfectly. He explained to my wife and apologized that it was something else, but it was 60 percent less cost than the original estimate. He could have easily replaced the part (or not) and charged the original quoted price as some other people might have done, but he was honest and our heater works great. Also Erika who answers the phone is one of the most pleasant and helpful person I have talked to at a business. I signed up for their twice a year tune up, because I feel very good about them and their work.
