Forget about what the on-line folks tell you. Go local and go to this guy, as he is the best. After months (yep, you heard me months) of being told I would need a new computer because you couldnt buy a new hard drive to fix this computer (Ace Ventura would say: Wrongo) plus, in addition to asking people who I thought could help me (boy what a load of manure that was) this gent explained to me what was wrong, fixed it (took maybe an hour and a half) everything was perfect when I got home. Many thanks to him. Again, dont trust what your computer maker tells you, go to someone local, and from me, go to this guy. Apologies it has taken me so long to write his review.

He was very nice! He fixed my laptop in 10 minutes! I use my laptop for work. I work from home. I was having issues for days & my IT dept could not resolve them bc I didnt know the admin password. I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer for work. He removed the password & my IT dept was able to get everything corrected. Saved me hundreds of dollars! I didnt get off work until 8pm & he worked on my laptop that night. Great service & very friendly.

I have used them several times and have been pleased with their service each time, and satisfied with the results.The first time I used them, the laptop I use for work died and I had no back up. Essentially two weeks of work had disappeared and had a deadline approaching. (Ive since learned to pay for an automatic backup service.)I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they said it would cost a several hundred dollars, they would need to send it off to a facility which would take several days, and they could make no guarantees that any of my data would be recovered.The Computer Fixer let me know that there was fee to expedite my order, but that they would more than likely be successful. I was quickly back up and running with all my data recovered, and for far less than Geek Squad wanted. Well worth it.Ive gone back several other times to recover data off of old hard drives I had thought were lost for good, and theyve always been able to take care of the issue. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful customer service! I had a tricky case of getting pictures and videos off a phone I used overseas. The owner searched through every folder on the phone to get all my memories onto a thumb drive. Very kind and professional.

We have taken our computer here for viruses three times in six months. It has taken them a minimum of two to three weeks each time to fix the computer but the same problem keeps happening. It cost us a total of $600. I call another computer repair shop and they say it can be done in three hours for $80. The problem is that they will put your computer on the shelf and wont get to it for weeks at a time. Plus they overprice you without fixing the problem. Our computer got the same virus faster than we even got our bill for the last one!

Took my computer there in hopes of a fast fix because I didnt have the time nor patience to deal with it. First off the woman handling the orders is a bit on the rude side and didnt really explain how their whole process works. Took them about 2 weeks to get to and fix my computer which was ridiculous and made constant excuses when id call and ask about the progress. When i got it back it was basically in shambles. He had to reformat my PC which is what i expected but half of my files were there and half were not, didnt properly install windows updates and would actually blue screen on shut down/start up. It was a total utter nightmare until I deduced that it needed a new motherboard. Which i got and installed myself. 5 hours later that night after undoing all the pitiful work these guys did to my computer I got it up and working flawlessly. I cant believe these guys call themselves professionals. Lazy work, Lazy service, POS building. Shame on me for not seeing that right away.
